Tails was concerned and worried. The last thing he wanted to do was hunting, but thanks to whatever was causing him to not wake up, this was going to be the case.
"there you are tails, where were you?" sonic asked.
"sorry, I was spending time with mina..." tails said.
"oh, I get ya." Said sonic winking at him. Sally gave a disapproving look and sonic noticed right away.
"uh, I'll take it from here sally." Sonic said. Sonic took tails out into the woods, where the two would go looking for something.
"I want you to stay close tails, this could be dangerous. There are a lot of things out in the woods, not to mention the cannibal tribe..." said sonic.
"great, that's all I need to hear..." tails thought.
The two hid in the bushes looking for any animals that would pass by. Eventually, they found an elk.
"be quiet..." said sonic. Tails stomach turned. The last thing he needed was to see an animal get killed. He didn't have to worry though. He got shoved from behind and fell, causing the elk to run off. The stranger turned him to face him and tried punching him in the face. This stranger was ash of course. Sonic pulled ash off tails before he could make any contact.
"damn it ash what the hell is you're problem?" said sonic, beyond ticked off that ash had caused the elk to run away.
"what's his problem!" he said, pointing to tails.
"who the hell do you think you are taking mina away from me! Screw the rumors that me and her broke up, she belongs with me!" ash said.
"ash calm down ok, there are plenty of fish in the sea."
"plenty of fish in the sea my ass I know she's the one for me!" said ash. Suddenly, there was rustling in the tree's.
"hey, did you hear that..." said sonic.
"oh yeah sorry, that's just the sound of my broken heart!"
"no I'm serious..." said sonic.
"I'm serious to..." Just then, ash got kicked down by someone. Sonic looked around scared and aware that someone was attacking.
"tails, run..." said sonic.
"but sonic..."
"run!" said sonic.
Tails quickly ran for his life. Just as he did, he heard sonic go down.
"please wake up, please wake up, please wake up." Tails said pinching himself. He didn't care how wired it looked, he wanted out of this dream, and he wanted out now. Before he could he got knocked down by something.
Tails turned onto his back, and looked up at shadow, rouge, and wave, looking down at him. the fact that the poor fox was seeing double didn't help things either...
"look who's coming to dinner..." said shadow.
That was the last thing tails heard awake...
The dark warrior part 2:
"a sword fight?" asked lightning.
"yes..." Jisatsu senshi responded.
"jokes on you freak, I've trained and ranked myself to be one of the best in my old clan." Said lightning.
"very well, show me what you got..." The lynx clashed swords with the dark figure, he clashed swords again. The fight so far seemed evenly matched however. Both were moving back and forth up the field, and refusing to give up. Every time lightning would swing, jisatsu would swing back. Lightning backed off trying to catch his breath.
"I'll give you credit for your efforts..." said jisatsu.
"but are they enough to get answers out of me, and are they really worth it after what scourage did." Lightning held his head as memories flooded back. Scourage was about to go on another rampage when a giant light sucked up everyone.
"you ok?" asked conquering storm.
"y-yeah." lightning said.
"before this wave hit, scourage was about to attack you and your team mates once more. who's to say he won't do it again? besides, this universe is a mess, not even the silver hedgehog and 2 tailed fox knows what to do..."
Lightning didn't really get what jisatsu was talking about, nor did he really care. He saw this as once last chance to impress storm, it was this, or death... Lightning swung again, but jisatsu kept blocking the sword from touching him. He eventually retaliated and started swinging back faster. Lightning barely dodged most of them.
"come now lynx, show me all you're strength and anger. Let it out already damn it!" said jisatsu.
Lightning thought, he thought about how he failed storm, and how he was banished from the clan. He started swinging faster and faster, jisastu having a hard time keeping up with them as it was. Finally, the lynx hit jisastu, right in the stomach. The shadow lynx fell to his knees.
"oh what irony, just the way I have fallen when I was alive. Alright, before I disappear, I shall tell you this: you're friends are here alright. Fiona is out causing crimes around the mobious area, scourage, miles, and Alicia from anti-mobious are planning to bring back the submission squad, and predator is with the Babylon riders."
"what about flying frog and sergeant simian?"
"they have not made it into this world yet...but threat not...they will...one more jar of beans I'll spill, is that the old world and new world...are becoming one..." he said, before fading away.
"I'll give you credit." Storm said. "you did do a good job against him."
"thank you..." lightning said.
"Now what?" lightning said.
"well, though I have kicked you out of my clan, I suppose I could use some assistance."
"I shall provide it."
"very well, but do not backstab me, or else..." she said. The two started walking, and as they did, a fox with a white mask watched them walk away from the trees..
