Sonic's story: Sonic was feeling uneasy. It was bad enough tails was out sick, now he had to deal with the worry of him turning evil in super sonic form.

"you ok sonic?" asked silver.

"no...I'm sorry silver, but I just don't want to believe I could turn evil in super sonic form. Sure I was a bit wild as a warehog, but I could get in control of myself."

"I'm sure there's a good explanation for why this had happen in the future and a way to prevent it, at least I hope it is."

"well, there is one person I could ask. Tikal."

"tikal?"

"yeah, she's an echidna like knuckles, but in spirit form. Long story short she's...well dead, and the only thing that can get her into a somewhat physical form is chaos power."

"oh. Well, I suppose if they know about the chaos emeralds, it wouldn't hurt to ask her."

"let's go then." Sonic said.

"I hope she has an answer to this. I don't want to hurt any of my friends in super form..." he thought.

Tails story:

Tails was nervous as him and sonic walked over to the fox village.

"what's she going to be like? Is she going to be evil? Is she going to be nice? Is she going to have a crush on me?" Were just some of the questions that raced thought tails mind.

"well, here we are..." said sonic. The village was full of other foxes/wolf people.

"you tails?" asked one of them.

"yes." Said tails.

"follow me." he said.

The two went into a large temple. In the back was a thrown, which was where Fiona fox sat. Tails didn't like the fact that she was in what looked like her black "bad girls" clothes. She had a black bra on, a black flower in her hair on her left side, and wore a black loincloth.

"ah, tails the fox. And I presume you're friend sonic?" she said.

"yep." Said tails.

"glad to meet you." she said with a hug. Tails hugged back and blushed a bit.

"I'm glad you're here, I would like you're help." She said. "our village is short on people to go hunting. The two only hunters we have been sick, and where 3 days away from running out of food. I was hoping you'd help me."

"sure." Said tails.

"I'll come too." Said sonic.

"oh, I'm afraid I can't...I'm sorry sonic, long story short our village has been very paranoid because of attacks that happened recently, only foxes or wolves go hunting." She said.

"oh well, as long as you're safe, that and you have a lot of experience from hunting with me right buddy?" sonic said.

"yep." Tails said. This was obviously a lie, but tails didn't want to make things awkward or be in a situation he couldn't back up.

"great, come on, I'll get you a bow and arrow." She said. Tails once again had butterflies in his stomach, not only was he hunting, but he was hunting with Fiona. Sure this wasn't the one from recent events, but it still made him nervous. The two hunted into the woods, they looked around.

"see anything?" said Fiona.

"no." said tails.

"I'm looking thought." Fiona looked up into the trees. Looking around to see if she could see any type of animal, until she saw an elk.

"psst, little fox. I see an elk." She said to tails. Tails nodded. He then snuck up on it. He didn't know where he had learned the instinct, it just came to him. He then aimed his arrow at the elk.

"I'm sorry." He said quietly. He shot the elk. The elk was let out a roar, hurt. He then shot it again, and again, until the elk went down. Tails felt a bit un-easy.

"pretty good." Fiona said.

"i...think I'm going to look for some fruits as well." Said tails, somewhat uneasy.

"good idea, but let's take this back 1st." she said. After carrying the elk back, the two looked in the forest for fruits and berries.

"so what's you're tribe like?" she asked.

"oh, just like every other tribe out there, we protect ourselves, have different creatures and what not..." tails said.

"interesting..." Fiona said.

"mind if I pay it a visit?"

"uh...no...not at all." Said tails.

"good." she said. She then held his hand.

"come on, let's go find the rest of those fruits." She said with a smile. Back at the village, mina sighed, wondering where tails went.

"please come back soon tails. I've got a fever, and you're my only cure..." she said. Tails came back, but with anther fox.

"what's this?" she said. "

thanks for helping me." said Fiona. She then kissed tails on the cheek. Mina saw this, and ran with tears in her eyes to amy.

"just when I was about to give her these flowers to..." said manic, hiding behind a bush...

Behind the writing

Tails: come on ash, why are you so mad at me.

Ash hands him a copy of archies 30 years later comic, and opens to the page where tails and mina are seen with each other

Tails: oh...

Ash: and yes...I did let them hear about...FOR MONTHS!
