"it's alright sonic, I take it this anti-situation is getting worse?" asked silver.
"yeah. we're trying our best to track them down. The whole town has even tried angry mobs, but have come up with nothing, and one group fell into a giant hole."
"well I hope you guys capture them soon..."
"same here." Back in tails room tails was still somewhat shocked, and not sure what to think. The timing of this was pretty poor, considering he had just come back from a wired fever dream where mina had a crush on him and the two kissed.
"missed me?" said mina.
"yeah." tails said back.
"what happen to you guys?" he said.
"funny you ask. Me and ash where getting into an argument over something. Just then, a giant light went over us, and it's a bit of a blur from that point on. All I remember is the world begin corrupt and wired."
"corrupt and wired?" said tails cocking his head sideways.
"yeah, it was like we were in a video game with graphics that weren't loading, buildings looked different and wired, objects would float up for no reason. When we went to ask you guys what was going on you were nowhere to be found."
"and how'd you guys get here?"
"we don't know that either, we just woke up here..."
"glad to see you're awake." Said Nicole. "sorry to burst in, but hey, at least you seem better at the right time." she said.
"Nicole told me all about you're little fever. You were out for a while."
"a while?" tails said.
"almost a whole day." Nicole said.
"felt longer..." tails said.
"did you have any strange dreams?" asked mina. Tails was a bit unsure if he should tell them about it, so he just said he can't remember. Nicole took his temperature.
"wow, what sleep can do for you. you seem to be all better, but I suggest you take it easy." She said.
"well, that's some good news." Said sonic. Mina ran up to sonic and gave him a hug.
"long time no see? Sorry, I just miss you, and I miss you guys. The old world was getting weirder and weirder."
"glad to see you two mina. You guys mind if I speak with tails though?" he asked.
"not at all." Said mina. Her and Nicole left the room, leaving sonic and tails alone.
"so about what happened..." asked sonic. Tails knew sonic was going to ask him about this still, he wished he had forgotten it though.
"sonic I'm sorry. If you're going to suspend me or something I understand." Said tails, looking down.
"no, I'm not gonna do that." Sonic said with a smile patting him on the back. "but I won't be so nice next time around tails. promise me you won't sneak out or sneak into a mission. We need protection here at the freedom fighter HQ, especially with the anti-mobions weaseling their way into this world (somehow.)
"alright sonic, I understand." He said.
"good, now how about you and me walk around for a bit. I'm sure some fresh air should help you."
"so he can go into these worlds via dreams as well?" asked iron Nicole, looking down on tails and sonic via their screen."
"he doesn't have an understanding of how he's going into different universes yet. He has yet to acknowledge his own powers. However, I want him to be there when he does..."
"are you sure all of this will help you find her?"
"I'm positive iron. You know I care about her. You all wonder why I'm like this, the one I love who I'm too pained to say her name, has my heart. I'm a wreck. That and admit it, you want him to."
"only because I want the iron domination universe to cross with the universe now." She said.
"I want my good counter-part to pay..."
"and you will get that chance, though we better act fast or prevent sonic from going super. I found this prophesies that may throw off our plans." Iron looked at the prophecies that was given to her.
"the hero who saved the city will end up destroying it in a golden rage of stress..." The picture was of a hedgehog with gold fur and red eyes destroying a town with people running.
"it can't be..." iron said.
"I knew he'd turn evil one day...I just wasn't sure when...
Scourage and the others headed back to their secret base.
"glad to see you sgt. Simian!" said scourage.
"cut it green freak, I'm still not happy at you for what happen before the genesis wave." Scourages smile slowly faded.
"oh come on-"
"no you come on!" said the sgt pointing his finger in scourages face. "we trusted you god damn it! we broke you out of prison, you said you'd be a great leader, and you gave us shit, all because things weren't going you're way."
"then if that's the case why do you guys want me?" he said.
"because we know if you go out on your own you're gonna try to go super and destroy us all. Either that or just destroy us in general..." said Alicia.
"wow, the king of mobious getting treated like this...why me?"
"you were asking for it sir..." said miles.
"oh shut it!" said scourage back rudely.
"we'll be getting the distructix's back alright, but with some big changes..." said Alicia, giving scourage an evil smile. Scourage gulped, he didn't like the look of this one bit.
Dark zone: the shadow monsters may come part 1:
where am I? Lara su awoke on the ground, someone dizzy and confused as to what had happened, and where she was. She had no clue about anything but her name, and even that seemed fuzzy.
"um...excuse me miss?" said a butler, who was a cat.
"uh, yeah?"
"you new around here?" he said.
"yeah, names lara-su."
"alright, well, I'm sorry if I am begin mean here, but usually new people are required to meet are queen."
"alright, mind as well anyway, I know this is going to sound weird, but I don't know much about myself other than my name." she said. The cat butler sighed.
"considering the fact that this place is always dark that's the least of my concerns. Welcome to the dark zone, name says it all..." The dark zone was known for always begin night time. unlike the night zone (anther zone out there somewhere), it didn't have casino lights. Streetlights where all that made up the zone's light, along with a light house, that was made to calm people down a bit. The two entered the castle, and there, sitting on the throne was Ellie the bat queen. She was a hedgehog, but named herself the bat queen because of the fact that there were many bats in the dark zone.
"I brought a visitor."
"great!" said ellie, stepping down from the thrown.
"names ellie the bat queen, what's yours?" she asked.
"names lara su." "she said she doesn't know much about herself." Said the cat butler. Lara gave him a dirty look.
"aw, sorry to hear, do you know how that happened?" said ellie. Lara tried thinking on that, but she couldn't.
"sorry, I just don't have any memory of what happened before. I don't know why." She said, holding her head.
"it's ok, I'll tell you what, why not stay here for the night?"
"well, I don't really have any place to stay having just rolled up here, so sure." Said lara.
"butler, show her to the guest room if you could?" said Ellie. The butler walked and lara followed. The two walked down the fancy halls that were lit by blue lights.
"mind if I ask how she became ruler." Said lara su. "not trying to be mean or anything..."
"well, the dark zone has had a problem with trying to gain a ruler. People who went, here are mostly outsiders, they are depressed because they can't find any other place to stay that they can be trusted. Ellie came along, and took over. I'll give her credit, she's very cute and beautiful, cheerful too." Said the cat with a smile.
"I take it you like her?" said lara.
"well...oh, here we are." Said the cat. He opened the door and let lara into the room, which looked like a hotel room, with a shower, bed, and window that had a decent view.
"thanks." She said with a smile.
"if you need anything, call via the phone next to your bed." The cat butler said, and with that, left. Lara laid back on the bed.
"mind as well stay here for a while...as much as I would like to learn about my past, I don't know where to start." She said. Lara went to sleep sometime after. Crash Something awoke lara. She looked around, and heard the sound again. Crash bang
"what's going on?" said lara. She looked outside and saw shadow like figures outside.
"what the hec-"Lara heard a noise and turned around...a shadow figure was standing right behind her.
