Sonic and the freedom fighters were heading out east to some of the villages there. Sally had gotten a distress call from Ken khan, who she hadn't seen in a long time and was glad to hear gang arrived to the village full of monkeys.
"you looking for ken?" asked a money at the entrance.
"yes..." said sally.
"come with me." While walking there, sally had a talk with sonic and tails.
"I want you guys to be on your behavior, it's been a long time since I've seen ken and I don't want anyone to get in trouble." Said sally.
"sure..." said sonic. Tails nodded his head up and down, agreeing while nervously looking around. Tails was a bit paranoid to go to the east, out of fear that conquering storm or her ninja lynx would be there or someone form the village would accuse him of helping her out. If anything, tails wanted to keep a low profile, he had too much on his mind to get in trouble. The gang arrived at a big house, and inside was ken, sitting cross-legged and meditating.
"there here sir..."
"sally." Ken said smiling. He got up and gave her a hug.
"long time no see." He said. He then shook hands with sonic, tails and the rest of the gang.
"good to see all of you." said ken.
"the village has been a bit paranoid and worried lately."
"what's the problem?" asked rotor.
"conquering storm has risen to power somehow. In case you've all forgotten or have not heard about her, she's one of the ninja bride storms."
"I'm starting to remember now..." said sonic.
"when we faced her lynx friend lightning back then."
"yes...as I was saying..." ken said somewhat rudely,
"we haven't seen the other klan brides but were worried that she and her friends may show up again. We didn't think that we would see her anytime soon or with her ninja's after the little genesis wave thing, but alas, we were wrong..."
"so her klan is made of lynx?" said Nicole, looking around worried.
"yes...don't worry, my village won't attack you. I've told them who's who, and that you're nice." Said ken.
"thanks." Nicole said smiling.
"back to the matter at hand, I want you guys to come along with me and investigate her fortress. I'm sorry if this is too much trouble, but like I said, the village is very worried, and I know you guys are experts in handle this sort of thing."
"you bet." Said sonic.
"yes...I'm sure..." ken said.
"do you have places for us to stay?" asked bunny.
"yes...indeed I do." Ken's servant showed them to their rooms. While all the others got nice big rooms, sonic and tails were stuck with small rooms that weren't as nice. The room sonic and tails got stuck in was more of an outdoor tent, with no floor and very small space.
"I'm starting to get the feeling ken doesn't like you and me bud..." said sonic.
"jeez, what did we do?"
"beat me..." sonic said.
"don't worry bud, the faster we get this over, the faster we can get out of here..." said sonic.
"yeah..." said tails. Tails laid down in his bed, worried.
"she's gonna tell them isn't she...storms gonna tell them my little secret...and then my days of begin a freedom fighter are over...what am I gonna do..."
Blast from the future part 1:
Lara-su continued the journey to find out about her past, or where she came from at the least. Little did she know that there were two people watching her.
"you see that enchinta down there?"
"yeah..."
"what she doesn't know...is that her past...is actually in the future...she finds that out...where in big trouble...so let's give her what for..."
"ugh...mobious...why must you be so far away?" said lara-su laying down on a rock.
"tragic isn't it?" Lara-su shot right up and looked around.
"who said that?"
"oh...just an old friend."
Behind lara-su was thrash the Tasmanian devil.
"my, my, lara-su, how you've grown since we've last seen each other..."
"who are you?" said lara-su somewhat panic and freaked out.
"names thrash, I'm a "friend" of your dads..."
"what do you want?"
"you to go to a nice place called the zero zone..." said thrash. He suddenly let out a scream, and echo waves headed towards lara-su, who dodged them. From there she started running.
"come back lara, I just want to play!" said thrash.
"get the fuck away from me!"
"do you kiss your mother with that mouth?" Lara started getting a bit of a head ache, starting to remember something about her mother, but she pushed thought and hid behind a tree.
"come out lara-su...come out where ever you are..."
"oh jeez...oh jeez...oh jeez" was what was going thought lara's mind as thrash got closer to her.4
"you can't hide forever..." As much as she hated to admit it, this seemed to be the case..

Ken: no...IT'S BECAUSE YOU ATE ALL THE CHILLY DOGS I HAD FOR ON THE TABLE FOR ME AND ME ALONE!
Sonic: whoops...sorry. Scratches back of head, embarrassed while ken is tapping his foot armed crossed.
