"How can I prove to DA that I'm not just going to abandon her?" Carlos asked. He was sprawled on Mikey's bed, looking up at the ceiling. "I don't know." Mikey replied, "but you should have thought of that before you banged half the female population." Carlos bolted up. "Come on, Mikey!" He replied. "The guys haven't come up with a good answer, and if I ask the girls, it would get back to DA..." "How is that a bad thing?" Mikey asked, swivelling his chair around so he was facing his brother. "She already knows you like her." Carlos shrugged. "I guess, I want this to between just the two of us." Mikey stared blankly before wheeling over to his brother. "Listen. I can't help you with this." Carlos's jaw dropped. "Why not?" He asked. "Simple. While I do have a girlfriend, I didn't have to prove myself to her..." "Wait!" Carlos began. "When did you get a girlfriend?" Mikey turned. "Last year. I felt uncomfortable introducing you to her." "Why?" "Mikey!" Mr. Ramon called. "Phone for you!" "Coming, Dad!" Mikey called, then started to leave, then he turned. "Don't touch my computer." He added. Then he left. Carlos sat quietly on Mikey's bed, staring at his computer. It was turned on, but asleep. "What is Mikey hiding from me?" He wondered. After checking that Mikey wasn't coming back anytime soon, he went onto the computer. There was one file marked as "trackover1" it was minimized, so Carlos couldn't tell what it was. After a bit of hesitation, he clicked on it. It was a sound clip, that looked like it had some changes to it. Peeking out the door, and realizing Mikey was still on the phone, he plugged in some headphones, set the thing to the beginning and clicked play. A girl started singing. Carlos reckoned she was Mikey's mystery girlfriend, but there was something slightly familiar about her voice...

"I told you not to touch my computer!" Carlos jumped and turned. Mikey was glaring at him. "Mikey!" Carlos gasped. "Why didn't you listen?" He asked, rage reflected in his eyes. Carlos gulped and got out of Mikey's chair. "I was curious... Who was the girl?" He asked. Mikey calmed down, and squirmed uncomfortably. "That was my girlfriend. We recorded that a week before we started dating. After that, she came over frequently. We made more recordings, and now..." Mikey went quiet and Carlos understood. "Just tell me... Is that DA?" Mikey's eyes widened. "DA? No! I'm not dating her! I'm dating Evan!" Carlos quietly laughed to himself. He and DA did always joke about them getting together. "Alright..." Then he dropped to his knees. "But please Mikey... For Evan. Please help me?" Mikey rolled his eyes. "You really like her, huh?" He asked. Carlos smiled to himself. "I'm in love with her!" Mikey groaned to himself. "Okay, but if I do this, you'll have to do my chores for a month." "Understood." "And try to keep this one! I don't want you to destroy what Evan and I have by making it awkward." "I'll try not to... Though I don't understand how..." "Okay," Mikey began. "This is what you do..."
