"I can't believe you stopped me from ripping him to shreds. Do you have any idea how pissed off I was that he sent another one of MY children off to who the fuck knows where? Answer me." Bakura shouted in anger.

Yami sighed to himself. His arms crossed over his chest as he leaned back against the wall from where Bakura had trapped him. To say he was rather annoyed by Bakura's behavior was a bit of an understatement. He was more on the lines of disappointed on the fact that his lover can't keep calm on this matter. Causing more friction will only cause more harm.

"The world is better off with its kings still in tact, than for it to be completely abandoned because you decided you wanted to murder your brother for over something so trivial. I saved you and all of our people from a destructive fate. You know better than to walk onto his grounds Bakura. You know he could have had you killed if he wanted to." Yami exclaimed calmly.

Bakura slammed his hand down at Yami's side and leaned in good and close. He glared at his lover with a cold and harsh expression. "Ryou may be my brother, but we are not at equal strength. He may be king of his pathetic angel colonies, but I am far more superior to him. Do not underestimate me. You know me good and well that I refuse to die no matter the situation. To hear from you that he could have had my head, do you know how pathetic that makes me look?"

"I will not take back the honest truth." Yami said as he looked into Bakura's crimson and chocolate eyes. "You may not see it yourself, but your brother has amazing power. I do not doubt that. If he tried hard enough, he could take you down. I'm not saying you are weak Bakura. Only that you're underestimation for people and your surroundings, not to mention your reckless attitude will be your downfall in the end."

"Why you-?!" Bakura hissed.

"I refuse to become a mourning widow any century soon. So you damn well better promise me that you will not do anything like that again without first consulting with me and we have a plan. I will not sit at home while you get yourself killed." Yami concluded before smacking Bakura's arm away. He then headed down the hall to their bedchambers, alone.

"You have no respect for my strength and intelligence at all, do you? You should have supported me. You should have helped me take him down. But instead, you waltz in like Mother freaking Teresa and make me leave like a pussy. Well I'll tell you something, if you do anything like that again, you will regret it." Bakura shouted to Yami as he walked away.

"You would be a fool to think that I would stand by you on a plan that was non-existent at the time. Not to mention the fact, that your plan has caused you to lose yet another child of yours. You are irresponsible Bakura. Your people worship you. To have such little regard for their safety is madness." Yami shouted in reply as he made it the corner of the hall. He looked back over his shoulder at his husband. "On the soul of your father I hope you pull your act together and show me that you truly have what it takes to become the supreme leader of the realms, not a monarch looking for power."

Bakura flinched at the sound of the door slamming loudly behind Yami as he walked into the bedchamber. Bakura clenched his fists at his side, his grinded his teeth in aggravation. "You are my wife. You do as I say and you are supposed to stay by my side."

"I wouldn't stand by your side with that attitude either."

Bakura rolled his eyes as he turned around to face his head strategist. "Shut up Marik. You aren't apart of this conversation. So butt out."

"Not apart of it my ass. You and his highness were arguing over the fact that you had no plan, where in actuality, you came to me and discussed how you rip him to shreds before you left to see what the commotion was about. I feel rather insulted that your wife called my plan reckless and pathetic." Marik complained as he stood his ground.

"Whatever. I don't have time to sit and talk about this. I have a lot of work to do. Like yelling at people." Bakura said.

Marik watched as his king walked away from him. He shook his head in disapproval. Then, he made his way down the hall, heading for his destination.

The city lights shined their brightest as the lit up words for businesses and street lights illuminated their path as Jaden and Jesse made their way through the city.

It seemed the more people that would pass them by, no one seemed to look their way. That part puzzled Jesse as he knew that Jaden's wound would be an attention grabber. Was it that the people of this place did not care that his friend was wounded, and they continue on with their merry way? Or was it something else?

"We should be almost there Jay." Jesse reported.

Jaden nodded to his friend as he held onto his arm as he walked. "Relax Jess. I'm sure we'll make it with plenty of time. So chill."

"I can't relax just yet. Once we get you looked at, then I will, not now, not any time sooner than that." Jesse replied. "Come on Jay, you should know that by now."

Jaden was going to reply, but kept it to himself. There's been something he's wanted to ask Jesse since he gained consciousness, but he's been holding it he knew he was going to ask him soon.

Jesse noticed Jaden's sudden silence and looked over at him. He seemed to be lost in thought as he walked. He's not used to seeing Jaden think so much. It was out of character even.

"Now come on, don't go silent on me. Just because we're on an adventure to get you patched up, doesn't mean we can't talk along the way." Jesse teased.

"I know Jess, but I'm not really in a talkative mood, you know. I mean, we're in some place we don't know with people who don't seem to take any mind to us. That's a bit scary." Jaden responded.

"That may be, however, you got to look at the positives Jay. Like, the fact that we weren't separated when we arrived here. Or, that your arm is still okay." Jesse said.

Jaden knew that Jesse was right. Aside from the negatives, there were many positives as well. However, the fact still remains that they don't even know where they are or how to get back as of yet.

"Whatever man, let's just find a hospital. I only want to lose so much blood." Jaden mumbled.

"Whatever you say Jay." Jesse responded.

Huge. That was the first thought on everyone's mind as they entered Yugi's lab of wonders, as Yugi calls it. The laboratory was built first used as a secret hideaway to study the demon king's movements, as everyone knew that Bakura was unpredictable and could do anything and at anytime. Overtime, as battles became more face to face between kings, the lookout within the lab was no longer needed, or rather, it was forgotten and almost never used. So, one day, Ryou had converted the large room into a laboratory, as he knew his fiancee was good with his hands and had a wonderful imagination when it came to his creations.

"T-This is all yours. Are you serious right now?" Chazz stuttered as he looked around in awe.

"That's right. Ryou had it built for me. Isn't he sweet?" Yugi bragged a little.

Aster looked over at Yugi with worry. "So, what in here is going to help us find the others exactly?"

"What I have in here to show you all, will not only help us figure out just what caused the blast, but help us locate the whereabouts of your friends." Yugi placed a finger over his lips and tilted his head a few inches to his left. "However, that will only be the case if it works."

"IF. You mean you don't know if it works?" Chazz shouted in anger.

Yugi placed his hands protectively over his face in a protective manner. "Now now, I've had this machine completed for decades, however, with the war getting more and more intense lately, its been hard to find time to come down and test it. That is really my only concern. I have no real idea if the machine still works after so long."

Everyone was silent after that. They knew that Yugi only had his best in mind, however, they couldn't waste time on "what ifs" when their friends needed them. Especially now, that the demon king knows of their situation, no doubt, he may try his own way at finding them before they could. That would be a worse case scenario if the demon king succeeded.

"Well, just where is this "machine" of yours that you want to test?" Zane asked.

Yugi briskly walked over to the large monitor against the wall and began to type against the keys. Everyone else watched him intently, however, no one could figure out just what it was he was doing. Yugi's eyes were focused on the screen as numbers continued to roll down the screen at a fast pace, his fingers moving just as fast the numbers on the screen. Everyone watched in fascination at just what Yugi could accomplish on his own.

"It should be coming up now, just another moment." Yugi mumbled to himself.

Everyone turned around as they heard the sound of a large mechanism heading up from a place unknown, the sound of rusting metal made the location obvious as the turned around and saw a large hole in the floor, and something beginning to come up from inside of it.

Up came two large, clear glass pods and between those two pods, was another large clear pod but it was connect between them, connecting the two. Other than that, it was nothing but wires and a few other things.

"So what the hell is that thing?" Chazz asked. "Can any of you dorks figure it out?"

"Its an energy measuring device." Yugi said answering Chazz's question.

"Energy measurement? How does it work?" Syrus asked.

Yugi walked over to his machine and placed a hand on one of the glass pods. "Two test subjects would test their energy levels by combining their magic through the tube. However, no magic was ever sent through the tubes, it was more on the lines of "place your hand on the rim and see what kind of kinetic spark the receiver picks up", however, I believe sending an actual attack through the tube, having them collide, and measuring the pressure may lead me to figuring out just what happened."

"So, once again, we are relying on "what ifs" to figure this out?" Aster complained.

"A very strong "what if" I might add." Yugi replied. He turned to face the others and grabbed hold of the heart monitor that is attached to the pod. "So, who wants to be my test subject?" Everyone went silent again. Yugi frowned at everyone's nonparticipation. "Oh come on, don't be like that. I only two of you. Preferably, one of each."

"I'm not getting in there because it might explode." Blair complained.

"Exactly, why would anyone take the chance of sudden death for your crappy experiment that may not even work?" Chazz seconding Blair's statement.

"Because bratty child with the wild hair," Yugi teased. Chazz glared at Yugi. "My experiment may help us find your friend. You want to find them don't you? So, trust me and give this a shot."

"I'll do it." Syrus stepped up first.

"No way in hell. I will not let you step up for something like this. Its suicide." Zane shouted.

"I don't care. Jaden's my best friend. I refuse to stand around and do nothing. If Yugi needs my energy, then I'll give it to him." Syrus shouted right back. "You've been controlling me all my life Zane. Let me do something on my own terms for once."

Zane couldn't believe the words that were coming from his little brother's mouth. To hear him say such things to him, it gave him an uncomfortable feeling in his chest.

"I don't control you Syrus. I'm only protecting you." Zane corrected his brother.

"No, you do control me. You never let me do anything without your approval. I'm sixteen. I know what it is wrong and what is right. And I know that helping Yugi to find Jaden and the others is what is right." Syrus pulled on the collar of his shirt and lowered it down just a bit. He looked over at Yugi. "I'm your volunteer for our side. Put on the heart monitor please."

Yugi took a glance over at Zane before complying to Syrus' wishes and placed the heart monitor on Syrus' chest, just above his heart.

"This heart monitor will keep tabs on your heart beats and how many beats per minute." Yugi then placed an eye gazor over Syrus' right eye. "This gazor will help you level out your attack to the appropriate magnitude. If your attack is too weak, it will not give me an accurate reading to figure out just what happened a few hours ago."

Syrus nodded in understanding and waited for further instruction. Yugi rested a hand on his hip. "Alright, I need one more volunteer. Any of you demon's want to step up?"

"I'll do it." Zane volunteered. He couldn't believe himself that he said that.

"My my, to say I'm surprised." Yugi mumbled with sarcasm. "Thank you Zane. This is great news."

"So, you volunteer yourself, but make a fuss when I do. How hypocritical big brother." Syrus hissed.

"That's bullshit Syrus. You know damn well I'm only doing this because I want to protect you and make sure you don't push yourself too far." Zane replied.

"I don't need you babying me, Zane. I know you're only trying to help, but you're suffocating me. I appreciate the help, but I need to learn to do things on my own, and in some cases, fail on my own." Syrus ranted.

Everyone was silent as Yugi was placing everything needed on Zane. To say, he wasn't all that surprised by Syrus' words. He's been watching over those two since their birth, he knows what they have gone through and why Zane does what he does. He knows that Zane hasn't told Syrus why he protects him like a small child?

He knew it all.

"Alright, let's get started." Yugi announced. He clapped his hands and pointed to the pods behind him. "Get inside you two, and I'll get it running."

"You dumbass, you can't even walk straight." Haou mumbled.

"Shut up. You try losing this much blood so fast while walking who the hell knows how many miles. When you do, then I'll listen to you complain." Jehu hissed.

"Don't be a wimp. Or do you want me to carry you?" Haou teased.

"Like hell I'd let you touch me in such a disgusting manner. To even think it makes me want to punch you." Jehu complained.

"Take it from me when I say this. If carrying you was our last option of getting us both out of here alive, if I had to, I would, but I would hate every moment of it. If I could, I would leave you here to die." Haou said in half truth.

"Same for you. So do me a favor and don't do anything stupid. We can't afford any more casualties. My brother is out there with your reckless brother. Who knows what kind of trouble they've gotten into by now." Jehu mumbled.

"Don't you dare talk shit about my brother. My brother is as pure as they get. He would never do anything to hurt anyone. So shut your mouth before I cut it off." Haou threatened.

Jehu growled at the other as he continued walking. He knew that Haou was right about his wound. He's been bleeding out for miles. He was getting dizzy. He was growing weak. He hated it. He hated it, that his body wasn't listening to him and that he was slowly losing control. He needed to fix this wound, however, he could not stitch himself, it was impossible. He had to wait until they found a proper doctor.

Jehu let out another hiss as a wave of pain run through him. He fell onto his knees and held his side as tight as he could, blood rolling between his fingertips. The bleeding had stopped not to long ago, but now the blood has once again began to flow.

"You're body is beginning to piss me off. It can't stop bleeding long enough for you to walk two miles." Haou shouted in annoyance. Haou grabbed the collar of Jehu's shirt and pushed him against the tree and held his shoulder against it, keeping him there. Jehu glared at Haou who was now straddling his waist to keep him held down. "You're slowing me down from my finding my brother. I won't put up with your shit. So, I have no choice." Haou grabbed hold of one of the buckles on Jehu's vest and began to undo it.

"What the fuck are you doing?" Jehu shouted.

"What the hell does it look like? I'm taking your shirt off so I can patch you up." Haou said.

"Patch me up? Do you even know how to stitch? How to apply anesthetic? Anything?"

"No freaking clue. But you're annoying me, so I'm going to damn well try."

Jehu's eyes widened as he tried to move back, only to realize he was still trapped under Haou and he was already up against the tree. He had nowhere to go.

"You're crazy. Like hell I'll let you do anything to me. I want to live long enough to find my brother." Jehu complained.

Haou pushed Jehu back against the trunk of the tree. He placed an arm over Jehu's head and leaned against the tree so he could look Jehu in the eye. Jehu leaned back as far as he could. He hated that he was so close to Haou at this moment. It was irritating to be so close to an angel. He wished he had the energy to slit his throat.

"You don't have a fucking choice. You're wound continues to open the further we go. If you keep going on like this, you'll bleed out. I don't think your brother would want to find out his brother died being egocentric. So do him and me a favor and shut up. I'm going to patch you up and you will guide me through it." Haou shouted.

Jehu was silent. He just observed Haou's movements. He would never admit it, but he knew Haou was right. He had to get his wound patched up, at least well enough to they make it to the city. He knew it was risky, but he needed to go along with Haou's plans.

Jehu hastily began to undo the straps on his vest before throwing it off to the side. "Do whatever the hell you want. But if you do anything that you aren't supposed to, I will cut you." Jehu said giving in.

"Whatever. Give me your first aid kit." Haou mumbled.

Jehu reached into his vest pocket and pulled out a small first aid kit about the size of the palm of your hand. Haou rolled his eyes at how motherly it is that he has one of these on him in the first place, but didn't make word of it as he knew that they needed it right now.

Haou took out the syringe and vial that held the anesthetic and began to place the anesthetic into the syringe, filling it until it reached its appropriate amount. With that, Haou lifted up Jehu's black tank top shirt and placed the syringe onto the wound and squirt the anesthetic into the wound.

"If I know medicine as well I think I don't, your wound should feel numb in a few moments." Haou said.

"Whatever. Don't talk too much. This is awkward and I want to get it over with." Jehu mumbled in response.

"Hmmm, how so?" Haou asked as he gathered the medical needle and thread. "Is it the fact that I have the advantage and have your health in my hands? Or is it that you hate the fact that you're accepting help from an angel? Or something else entirely?"

"Trust me, accepting help from you is more mind numbingly awful than awkward."

"Hmm, so its not that? Then tell me, what is making this awkward for you?" Haou asked in an uninterested tone.

"Well for one, you are crushing my legs. Was it necessary for you to straddle me this way, just to hold me down and threaten me?"

"Perhaps. I mean, you are nonmoving from underneath me. Therefore, this is the best position as you are not struggling and I don't have to give a damn what you are doing to hold you down. Now please, be quiet and don't move." Haou answered.

Jehu rolled his eyes. He knew he shouldn't have said anything.

Haou, a few moments later, began to stitch the wound shut on Jehu's side. Jehu didn't feel anything that Haou was doing, however he was still nervous that he was going to screw it up. Haou was inexperienced in this kind of thing. And this was his body that he was tampering with.

However, as Jehu watched Haou stitched up his wound, he noticed that Haou was taking it slow and doing it quite accurately from what he could tell. To say, he was impressed that Haou has been able to figure out just how he needed to do this, but there was still time for failure if anything,

Jehu just leaned back against the bark of the tree and let Haou do his thing. He still didn't trust him. However, for now, he could trust him long enough to stitch the wound. After that, his trust level would go back to its original level, absolutely zero.

"Alright," Haou sat up and wiped the sweat from his brow. "You're all stitched up. Now do me a favor and don't fuck up my work. Stitching you up was a pain in the ass. You move too fast and open the wound again, your ass is mine, got it."

Haou stood up from on top of Jehu and removed the small amount of bandage that was in the first aid kit. He then carefully raised Jehu to his feet. After that, he wrapped the bandage around his waist to cover the wound and made sure it was nice and tight but not too tight that it rips the wound right open again.

"Now that that's over, let's keep moving. We wasted about half an hour on that bullshit. We have to get into the city before midnight. I don't want my brother wandering around all night." Jehu spoke anxiously.

"Touche." Haou said.

Jehu grabbed a silver band out of his pocket and placed it onto his finger. He clenched his fist and focused his power to his ring. As he did, a small map of their current area appeared before him from inside the right. He took notice immediately on the faint signal of his brother.

"They seem to be heading northeast. However, I can't get a clear signal." Jehu said. 'He must not be wearing all of his rings?' Jehu thought to himself.

"Northeast huh? They must be heading somewhere then. Once we get further into the city we should look out for anything specific that's in that area." Haou commented.

"That would be wise." Jehu replied.

With that, the two continued deeper into the city in search of their brothers. A comfortable, yet uncomfortable and intense aura radiating between the two, almost suffocating.

After wandering the city for almost an hour, the two teens managed to find the hospital after spotting a street sign about a mile back stating a hospital was just a mile away. Jaden was relieved that he was finally going to be treated.

As they entered the large white building, they came to realize just how light and bright it was compared to the darkness of the outside world. It was just constant white. White walls. White floors. White doctors uniforms. Jaden reminded him of his own realm, it reminded him of his neighbors who walked around, wings spread wide, white robes crisp and bright. Suffocating really. However, it also brought him a peace of mind at this harsh time of reality.

Jesse helped Jaden over to the front desk, a woman dressed in a blue nursing uniform sat behind the white desk. She was writing something down on a clipboard, and sometimes switching over to her computer. Jesse sat Jaden down on one of the chairs and then quickly ran back over to the front desk.

"Help, my buddy over there is injured. He needs a doctor." Jesse shouted in urgency.

The woman stayed silent and continued her work, as if she didn't hear Jesse at all, like she was ignoring him even. Jesse clenched his fists and slammed them down onto the desk. The woman was not affected by the sound at all. Jesse was beginning to grow annoyed with this woman.

"Look lady, my friend needs your help. Please you have to help." Jesse cried.

Again, she was silent. No response. No reaction.

Another man stepped up to the desk. This time the woman did look up at his saw that he was in the presence of a pregnant woman who seemed to be in labor.

"Please, my wife is pregnant and her water broke. She needs help immediately." The man informed the woman in a panic.

"Please sir calm yourself. I'll take care of your wife." The woman behind the desk announced as she hurried up from her chair.

Jesse watched the interaction play out before his eyes. He felt something was off with this situation. He placed a finger under his lips and began to think. He didn't understand why the woman did not respond to his frantic cries for help, but seemed to react immediately to the pregnant woman's needs for medical attention.

Jaden walked over to his friend and him a look. Jesse looked over at Jaden as well. He wasn't sure what was going on.

"Relax man, I'm sure she just didn't hear you. It is kinda loud in here." Jaden said in a reassuring tone.

"I'm not sure Jay. I reached out to her twice and no answer." Jesse ran a hand through his hair. "Something is wrong here."

"Well what do you plan to do?" Jaden asked.

Jesse thought about that for a moment. He didn't know what he could do. If he was unable to get the attention of one of the doctors to take a look at his friend, he was fearful of how Jaden's condition would worsen.

Jesse grabbed hold of Jaden's wrist and began pulling him off down the hall towards the doctors offices. He knew that he didn't have time to wait. Not to mention, if he could not grab the attention of a doctor, he would have to help Jaden on his own.

"Jess, what are you doing? Is this even allowed?" Jaden asked.

"I'm not really sure Jay, but you need help and we can't wait." Jesse replied.

As they rushed down the hall, they passed multiple doctors, however, none of them seemed to take any notice to them. This rose great concern to Jesse. Everyone seemed to pass them by, as if they were invisible. Like they weren't even there.

Jesse took hold of a doorknob of the closest and empty doctor's office and pushed it open. He and Jaden ran inside and Jesse silently closed the door behind him. Jesse then asked Jaden to sit down in the chair and he would start looking for some bandage and some medical scissors and thread. As he searched the cabinets for medical supplies, he looked back at the desk near the window sill.

He walked over to the desk and began to rummage through the drawers where he found some bandages but failed to find any medical scissors and thread. He sighed and closed the drawer of the desk.

Just then, the sound of the door opening made Jesse tense up. He looked up and saw a doctor walking into the room, she wasn't looking his way as she seemed to be going through something on her phone. When she did turn around, she immediately froze from shock.

She put her phone away in her pants pocket and walked further into the room. "Who are you? Why are you rummaging through my things? Please answer me."

Jesse placed the bandages on the top of the desk to show her what he was after. The female doctor blinked in surprise. She then looked over at Jaden who was still holding his arm. She noticed the blood and immediately understood the situation.

"Oh hun, if this was all that you needed, why didn't you just ask one of the nurses to patch you up?" The female doctor asked.

"I tried to get their attention, but the woman at the front desk did not seem to take notice to my presence. I had no other choice. I apologize for intruding on your personal items, but I was growing desperate."

The woman shook her head and placed a finger under her lips. "That's strange. Melissa usually takes notice to everyone who enters the hospital. How odd that she missed you two."

"No one seemed to notice us." Jaden finally speaking out. "We were able to get in here pretty easily. We must have passed about twenty or thirty doctors and none of them looked our way. It was quite odd."

The female doctor held her head and squeezed her eyes shut. She leaned against the wall and dug her fingertips into her hair and skull.

"Ugh, I think I may know why." She bit her lip and grinded her teeth. She opened one eye and began to examine Jesse, she looked him up and down. Observing him through the sudden pain. "You aren't from here, are you?"

Jesse and Jaden were surprised that she was able to figure it out. Jaden stood up from his chair and walked over to Jesse. He was nervous as to what this woman might do now that she knew the truth about them.

"And what if we aren't? What is it to you?" Jesse asked. He kept a finger over his silver band, ready to use his power if he had to. However, he was fearful that it may not work, as he was still unsure if this place kept him from using his powers.

The woman stopped holding her head and stood up straight. She took a deep breath and moved her bangs out of the way.

"What you are is no concern to me. However, you look and talk just as we do. So, if I may ask, what are you?" The woman asked.

Jesse looked over at Jaden who seemed to be staring at the woman. He watched as Jaden stepped up towards the woman, he looked her in the eye.

"If you patch my wound, we will answer all of your questions, as long as you don't reveal our secrets." Jaden responded to the woman.

Jesse was surprised that Jaden stepped up and began to bargain with the woman. However, he was relieved when the woman agreed to the terms.

"Very well, your terms are understandable." She walked over to the door and locked it. "Take a seat and I'll begin to patch your wound."

The woman walked over to her desk, Jesse moved away to give her space. She dug around until she found her spare case of medical scissors and thread. In her breast pocket, was a vile of anesthetic.

When she walked over to Jaden to begin, Jesse sat down in her office chair and watched the procedure take place. However, it was more on the lines that he was watching her to make sure she didn't do anything funny.

"Now, please bear with me, this may sting a little."

"Oww, what the heck was that?"

The woman giggled and began to place the thread in the scissors. "It was only the anesthetic. I warned you it would sting. I'm sorry."

"No, its okay." Jaden mumbled.

After about ten agonizing minutes, the woman pulled away from Jaden and wiped the sweat from her brow. Her white bangs sticking to her forehead.

"All done." She stood up from in front of Jaden and walked over to the small mini refrigerator and took out a milk and then grabbed a pack of cookies from her cabinet and handed them to Jaden. "Seeing from your wound, you've lost quite a bit of blood. Eat up and drink your milk, that should help you with the dizziness."

Jaden didn't complain and began to eat his cookies. He hadn't eaten in a few hours so he was starving. The woman didn't forget about Jesse and threw him a pack of cookies as well.

"Eat up too kid. You look famished."

Jesse stared down at the cookies. He then looked over at Jaden. He watched as Jaden ate them happily. So, he assumed that they were safe and opened the pack and began to eat away at the chocolate chip cookies.

The woman leaned against her wall and watched the two teens eating away in silence. She was studying them in curiousity. They looked so much like the human species. They acted like humans. They looked like humans. And yet, they were not human at all.

A knock at the door brought the woman out of her thoughts. She looked over at her door and saw the silhouette of one of her best friends. She was another doctor in the hospital.

"What are you doing in there with the door locked? You're off shift. Don't tell me you're pushing yourself again."

The woman placed a finger over her lips, symbolizing silence and she walked over to her door and opened it ajar just enough to fit her head through.

"Don't worry about it. I'm just getting my stuff together is all." The woman said.

"Oh really. Then why is your door locked?" A moment of silence. "And what's with the small trace of blood on your hands?"

The female doctor began to panic. "Oh, I didn't get the chance to get all of the blood off from my last patient. I'll go wash my hands before I go."

The woman outside the door pushed her way inside and began to look around. She looked around her best friend's office and saw nothing around. She rolled her eyes. She crossed her arms over her chest.

"Whatever. Are we still up for Saturday?"

"Of course. I wouldn't miss it for the world."

Another moment of silence. "Alright, well hurry up and get out of here. You need some sleep. You've been up for two days straight."

"I'll take that into great consideration." The woman closed the door and exhaled in relief and looked back at the two boys.

"Who was she?" Jesse asked.

"A friend of mine. No need to worry." The woman responded.

"Alright, well I suppose we should answer your questions then." Jaden said.

The woman sat down on the floor of her office, she sat criss-crossed and listened intently. "I'm all ears."

"Well, what would you like to know?" Jesse asked.

The white haired woman leaned back against the wall and smiled. "What are you for starters?"

"We're are actually two separate species. I for one am a pure-blood demon." Jesse explained. He placed a hand on Jaden's shoulder. "Jaden is a pure white angel."

The woman had a face of wonder as she listened to their words being spoken aloud. She couldn't believe that she was speaking to these creatures face to face.

"To be honest with you, I've seen people like you before. I've had the ability to see things from other worlds. However, I've never been able to touch or speak to them before. The fact that I am speaking with you right now, is a wonderful feeling. I'm honored." The woman said.

"See? Are you saying you have a theory as to why no one else has seen us yet?" Jaden asked.

"I believe I do." The woman pulled her legs up to her chest. "When I was young, I was in a car accident. My mother was driving the car. She was killed on impact. I was in critical condition. The doctor said that I had hit my head when the car crashed. I believed that during that crash, something happened in my brain gave me the ability to see other worldly creatures. This is most likely why only I can see you at this point."

"I'm sorry to hear that Miss...umm? I'm sorry what's your name?" Jaden asked.

The woman smiled and held out a hand. "My name's Amane. What's yours?"

Jaden grasped her hand and shook it. "Jaden." He pulled away from her and directed her attention to Jesse. "This is Jesse."

"I see. Well its wonderful to put a name to a face." Amane giggled. She stood up from the floor and brushed herself off. "Its getting late. Why don't we finish this conversation at my home?! If I don't leave soon, Alice will flip again."

Jaden and Jesse looked at each other.

"What should we do Jess?" Jaden asked.

"I think we should go with her. She did us a huge favor patching you up. Its only fair to go with her and continue to answer her questions." Jesse replied.

Jaden bowed to Amane before replying to her offer. "We would love to go with you if its okay with you."

Amane flushes with embarrassment and waved it off. "No need to be so formal. Like I said, I wanted you to come with me."

Jaden stood up straight and smiled. "Whatever you say."

Amane grabbed her coat and her bag before directing Jaden and Jesse out the door and they headed off to the parking lot to head off with Amane to her home.

And thus how it ends. Wasn't it great? I sure as hell thought it was. New characters to write with. Some plot. Yugi's weird ass lab. FANSERVICE...ish...IT WAS AWESOME. Review everyone. They fuel me to write more.
