AN: A long author's note, so I'd appreciate it if everyone read it :P

First, I'm very sorry for not updating in a while. Unfortunately with all the crazy weather and making up school work and stuff, I barely had time to sit down and actually write. Not to mention that my LE copy of Danganronpa came in yesterday even though it was supposed to come like...years ago :P Hope you guys are enjoying the English release!

Next, Sushii-Sushii drew another fantastic picture! This time it's of Mirai, and it looks great, so I urge everyone to take a look at it, drop a comment or something, download it, admire it, and absolutely love it.

/art/DRA-Mirai-Minoshiro-433488509

It's on Deviantart again, so just write the webcode for Deviantart before the slash.

This goes without saying but if you're confused about any of this please PM me or leave it down in the reviews. In this chapter, it's especially confusing, since I did my best to end the chapter and upload it so you guys can read it.

I would like to mention that while Yoshinori being a robot was intended from the beginning, I should have made it more obvious that she was. Obviously not completely obvious, but the kind of vagueness that sort of surrounded Nanami and what she really was. It was my fault as the writer of this story, so I'm sorry if this DID seem like it came out of nowhere, because I really wanted to drop hints which I completely failed to do.

For the soundtracks, refer to the list on the previous chapter and these new soundtracks below. Or rather soundtrack.

- DIVE DRIVE (We're doing Dive Drive again! I formatted it a bit differently and by format I mean jumbled decoration, so I hope you like this version.)

Enjoy the second part! And on another note, thank you everyone for another set of 100 reviews! The review count is at 300 and I'm amazed :) Thanks everyone again!

Reven228: I hope the trial is good too! TBH it's a bit of a clutter but I think how it happened is pretty good.

Shadowplayer360: Sorry I couldn't fulfill your wish, lol. Hope you're enjoying the official release! I know I am..!

Celes Ludenberg: Hopefully less! :P Thanks for the review!

Ode 30: We'll see at the end who the culprit is! Thanks for the review!

King Okami: He's saying that he didn't know how the murder happened since he couldn't investigate. Thanks for the review!

Masuyo Takishima: No worries! Also it's probably a coincidence. Memento Mori was more inspired by Persona 3 and the fact that she was a robot was sort of a homage to the first Danganronpa with Fukawa's "reveal." Zero Escape sounds interesting though. I'm looking to get into visual novels more. Love the speculation btw!

FateOblivion: Yup! The TITTY TYPHOON! Let's talk about that next :P Thanks for the review!

MizunashiFuyuko: Thanks for the review! Glad you liked it! BTW about your avatar, not sure if I replied, but it looked like a sword from a distance. IDK why but that's why I liked it rofl

Kizi1999: Of course! It's still ongoing ;) Thanks for the review!

cartoonfanatic1: Thanks for the review! Glad you're back!

TheRoseShadow21: Thanks for the review! Insane in the membrane! I think that's something related to robots, :P

fandomhospitalizedpatient: Thanks for the review! I love your username; glad you like it a lot!

Kougari: Yay school wifi, lol! Hopefully three, not five, lol.

gingericus19: Of course I'll BEAR with you! (Monokuma pun, teehee. I know you probably didn't mean that but I couldn't resist.) The problem with pacing and me is just...it doesn't really fit together. My schedule is really unpredictable, so my philosophy in uploading chapters is just to do it whenever I can. Sometimes that means daily updates and other times that means updates might come in a matter of weeks. And it's probably a good idea for me to re-read the chapters too xD I appreciate the review anyways! I'm always up for criticism like this so it wouldn't matter if 100% of your review was a rant :P I appreciate it either way!

AnimesWorld: Unfortunately I do not have a girlfriend. Sounds like you have a really big bone for romance though XD. I could write a smut MiraixKeiko just for you if you want lmao, though I don't know how to write smut chapters (nor do I plan to :P). And I admit I have a...rather strange eyepatch obsession. Don't ask, lol. And yes I did see her picture! It's a fantastic picture, and I appreciate her work immensely!

COURT IS BACK IN SESSION!

Soundtrack: Class Trial Dawn Edition – Volume Two

YOSHINORI: S-so..?

KEIKO: U-um, so what?

YOSHINORI: How...how do you feel about me now..?

KEIKO: How do we...feel about you?

YOSHINORI: Y-yeah. Do you think...I'm strange?

FURO: Well, that goes without saying...

NOAH: If what you stated last time is true...

Flashback!

YOSHINORI: I was a robot made to spy on y'all, made to represent human feelings and thoughts!

NOAH: You said that you were a robot made to spy on us. What does that mean?

YOSHINORI: Um, well, it's sort of complicated. I don't really remember everything.

KIREI: W-well, what do you remember?

YOSHINORI: I just know...that I'm not human. I don't really know why you all were sent down here, and are being forced to kill each other. I know my name of course.

YOSHINORI: It's...strange.

MIRAI: ...If you were sent to spy on us...do you know things about any of us?

YOSHINORI: ...I can probably profile everybody if I wanted to.

KEIKO: Really?

YOSHINORI: I don't know, to be honest, but I was sent here to spy on you guys. Maybe I could, many I can't.

KIREI: D-does that mean you can tell us about our lost memories?

YOSHINORI: I already told ya...I don't know.

SHOUGO: Um, I don't mean to interrupt...but I think we should ignore Yoshinori's...state, for now.

YOSHINORI: Hey! I didn't reveal my true colors for nothin'!

SHOUGO: No offense...but besides from the motive, we still don't really know anything about the murder itself, besides how Takayashi died.

KEIKO: That's true...

MIRAI: Hmm...Yoshinori?

YOSHINORI: Y-yeah?

MIRAI: I do believe that you are a robot, seeing as you were flying all over the place...

FURO: That's obvious...but you didn't have to reveal the fact that you are a robot, did you?

YOSHINORI: Huh? What do you mean?

KAITO: Is there a reason you told us..?

YOSHINORI: Not particularly...besides from the unbelievable pressure you guys were putting on me.

YOSHINORI: And I still don't know how y'all feel about me yet!

UNMEI: W-well, you're not really different if you're a robot, but we need to know...did you have anything to do with this case?

YOSHINORI: ...No. Not that I can remember. To be honest, I just remembered I was a robot during the investigation.

KEIKO: But you were acting strange way before that. I remember.

YOSHINORI: Well, that was because I felt like there was something I needed to remember.

MIRAI: ...So, the motive...should've helped us remember about our past selves?

YOSHINORI: Yeah...it did for me, apparently.

YOSHINORI: ...What about you?

MIRAI: …

MIRAI: *sigh*

YOSHINORI: O-oh...sorry...

MIRAI: ...It's fine...to get back on topic...

FURO: Was Ryoko acting the way she did because of her lost memories..?

YOSHINORI: Yeah. It probably was too much for Ryoko to handle, and she became sort of irate.

KIREI: U-um...I don't feel any different, to be honest.

MIRAI: So...Ryoko was upset because she remembered things about her past self.

FURO: So she didn't mean to ruin my work, huh..?

YOSHINORI: Anyways...I don't know much about both murders. I just know what happened with the motive.

KAITO: Wait a minute...you said you remembered everything during the investigation?

YOSHINORI: Huh? Oh, yeah.

KAITO: So is it possible that the ones who weren't affected will remember more about themselves?

MONOKUMA: I'll answer that with a resounding no! If it's taking this long, you probably won't remember anything!

MIRAI: O-oh...I see...okay. Then, we should move back to the a-actual murders, right..?

KEIKO: Mirai...

MIRAI: It's fine! It's fine.

MIRAI: Um...yeah.

UNMEI: Well, we already have a lead on Takayashi's death. Should we start there?

NOAH: The only possible way for Takayashi to have been killed...is by being eaten by those animals in the pound, correct?

KAITO: Yeah. We established that before.

KEIKO: So what does this mean..?

SHOUGO: Maybe...we shouldn't be looking too much into how it actually happened.

KEIKO: Is that too difficult..?

NOAH: The killer would've needed an amicable amount of luck. I don't think diving directly into the murder is wise.

UNMEI: Okay...so is there any evidence that was strange or out of place?

KEIKO: Mirai...do you remember anything?

MIRAI: Um...I think so. I was searching the cages, and...hmm...

KEIKO: Yeah..?

MIRAI: ...I remember, there was a really long piece of string that was connected from all of the cages.

NOAH: A piece of string..?

SHOUGO: I remember that. It was probably a few bundles of string tied together. Though someone would have needed a lot of time to do that.

KIREI: C-couldn't the string just have been there already..?

KEIKO: We probably would have noticed on our visit to the pound though.

UNMEI: Um, on that note, there's something I want to go over.

KEIKO: What is it?

UNMEI: When we wandered into the animal pound the first time...it was filled with animals.

KEIKO: ...And there weren't any when we discovered Takayashi's body, is that what you're saying?

UNMEI: Yeah. I'm a little confused on...well, where they could've gone.

KAITO: Where they could have gone, huh?

YOSHINORI: Weren't they let out of their cages..?

NOAH: Well obviously, then we would have seen them around the second dome...

YOSHINORI: Maybe they...managed to crawl out of the submarine pen, thingy?

MIRAI: ...But, then it would have been even harder for the killer to get out of her situation.

YOSHINORI: Right...so, what gives?

MIRAI: ...It's probably something to do with Monokuma.

MONOKUMA: Ho?

MIRAI: The only one who could have possibly gotten rid of those animals are you, right..?

MONOKUMA: No, no, no! I did not get rid of those animals!

MIRAI: ...Then was it Meowykins..?

MONOKUMA: Are you sure..? Meowykins isn't here right now!

KEIKO: But if you didn't do it, then Meowykins could be the only one.

MONOKUMA: Yeah, well, he's gone! I got rid of him.

NOAH: So you or Meowykins didn't have anything to do with this case..?

MONOKUMA: …

MONOKUMA: Oh, fine. You caught me.

KEIKO: So the animals are missing because of you two?

NOAH: In short, Monokuma got rid of the animals, so that they wouldn't endanger us, is that true?

MONOKUMA: It wasn't just because I cared for your safety. In fact, I couldn't care less at all.

MONOKUMA: The real reason I did...well, that's a mystery, isn't it?

KEIKO: The real reason that you got rid of the animals..?

FURO: I don't know if there's any real reasons except just to simply get rid of them...

MONOKUMA: Are you sure..? Upupupu!

MONOKUMA: So it's clear that I was involved with this case now...But how? Figure it out!

KEIKO: ...Why Monokuma was involved with this case..? Or how..?

MIRAI: Maybe we can connect two pieces of evidence together..?

KAITO: There wasn't much evidence to see though. Not for Takayashi anyways.

UNMEI: There wasn't much for Ryoko either...

UNMEI: Monokuma, you weren't involved with Ryoko's death either, right?

MONOKUMA: Well, I'm not allowed to really give a helping hand to the killer unless it's absolutely necessary.

MONOKUMA: So I think you can figure out that by yourself!

KEIKO: How was Monokuma involved with Takayashi's death..?

KEIKO: We just need to connect two pieces of evidence together. Okay, that should be...sort of easy.

Nonstop Debate!

Usable Ammunition:

::1| The Chair

::2| RC Car

::3| The Tarp

::4| Missing Animals

::5| Animals as Weapons

MONOKUMA: There's a reaaallly obvious connection between two pieces of evidence...

MONOKUMA: Find out what they are!

MIRAI: Well, what pieces of evidence did we find again..?

UNMEI: Was it the string in the cages?

KAITO: It could have been the bloodstain...

KIREI: ==P-perhaps it was the tarp over her body..?==

NOAH: Is there really a connection between evidence?

MONOKUMA: Of course there is!

MONOKUMA: Upupupu!

KEIKO: I concur!

Ammunition Used: The Tarp

Soundtrack: Class Trial FUTURE PART

KEIKO: I think Kirei is right...if there's any connection, it would have to be from the tarp.

FURO: The tarp? Wasn't that planted by the culprit?

KEIKO: But if you think about it, the fact that Monokuma had set up the tarp makes the most sense.

NOAH: There's no reason for the killer to have put the tarp over the killer's body like that...is that what you are saying?

KEIKO: Yeah. What do you think?

NOAH: It's probably true...since the fact that there shouldn't have been a reason to cover the body up with the tarp.

SHOUGO: But it could just be coincedence, don't you think? Plus, then we aren't really figuring out why Monokuma himself put the tarp over Takayashi's body.

KEIKO: But if we don't accept this theory, then the tarp would have just been there to be there, right?

NOAH: That's...true. Is there anything else you can point out, though?

KEIKO: Something about the tarp that proves Monokuma planted it? Well, that's easy!

ANSWER THE QUESTION: What else about the tarp proves Monokuma planted it?

Because it's on top of her body.

Because of the lack of blood.

Because of a certain emblem on the tarp.

Because the culprit wouldn't have placed it over her body.

Because Takayashi was cold.

KEIKO: This is it!

KEIKO: If you look closely at the tarp...there's a symbol of Monokuma on it.

NOAH: That..? You're going to cling onto something so vague..?

KEIKO: But if you think about it...there wouldn't be a tarp nearby in the animal pound when the killer was there, right?

UNMEI: I see! So the emblem could have shown that it was Monokuma's?

KEIKO: Yeah. I think that's fair judgement.

KAITO: Sure, okay...but then we still don't know why Monokuma would have placed the tarp on her body.

MIRAI: Hmm...maybe because it was too bloody?

KEIKO: Too bloody..? I don't know about that...

MIRAI: Well, if you think about it, the fact that the tarp was on top of Takayashi's body could have been to censor what actually happened.

MIRAI: It would have been sort of disturbing to see a body torn up like that first-hand.

MONOKUMA: Upupupu, of course, I was just being a kind principal! I wouldn't have done this on a normal basis!

KEIKO: Wait, so you're saying...the only reason why you covered the tarp was because Takayashi's body was too disgusting?!

MONOKUMA: Well I wouldn't have to do it if it wasn't for some Mary Sue who fainted all the time at the first sight of blood!

KEIKO: W-wait, you covered her body...

Soundtrack: A Dead End to the Ocean's Aroma

KEIKO: You covered her body just because of me..?

MONOKUMA: And why does that intrigue you so much?

KEIKO: ...I...I don't know.

KEIKO: What is this...feeling? What do I feel so uncertain when he says that..?

MONOKUMA: Either way, on the honor of a very honest bear, I assure you that that's the only involvement that the tarp will have with this case!

KEIKO: This...case...

NOAH: Is something the matter?

KEIKO: N-no, I'm fine. I just feel weird for some reason...

KEIKO: What's flooding into my mind..? It's so weird...

MONOKUMA: Either way, so that's that! That's how I'm involved with this case! Now is there anything else that you'd like to discuss?

Soundtrack: Class Trial Dawn Edition Volume Two

KEIKO: W-well, I guess it turned out Monokuma didn't have much to do with the actual murder?

MONOKUMA: Of course I didn't! How could you accuse me of such a heinous act?

NOAH: I have to admit...I'm a bit disappointed that the tarp was only to cover up the body.

FURO: So it wasn't Monokuma who did it. I don't even want to know how Monokuma got rid of the animals anyways.

MIRAI: Bringing us back to...how did the killer do it all..?

FURO: Yeah. I don't really get it...

NOAH: We were talking earlier about the string, correct? Perhaps we can elaborate on that more.

KIREI: T-the string was in all the animal cases, right? So what does that mean?

MIRAI: I...don't know.

KEIKO: Mirai, do you know where the string was found..?

MIRAI: The string? Well, it was on the bottom of each case, and I think it was trailing outside of the door too.

KEIKO: The outside of the pound? So it went through the door?

MIRAI: Yeah...definitely!

KEIKO: But...that doesn't make sense. Why would there be a string in all of the cases?

MIRAI: I think...we should have paid more attention to the string itself...

KEIKO: So do you remember anything else at all that was significant about the string? Anything?

MIRAI: ...Well...I remember, some parts of it were knotted and cut.

KIREI: K-knotted? Why would it be knotted..?

MIRAI: Who knows, who knows..?

NOAH: I do believe focusing only on the knot is a bit of a stretch for us. Rather, what else did you find in the room that could help lead us to the truth?

MIRAI: Well, in the alligator's cage, there was a really big bloodstain.

UNMEI: Wasn't there blood everywhere anyways?

MIRAI: But...in this cage particularly, it was like, a really big one.

SHOUGO: Are you saying it wasn't there before?

MIRAI: Well I don't know about that, but it's...really big.

SHOUGO: You've said that plenty of times.

MIRAI: W-well, yeah. But it was still big!

NOAH: Okay, aside from the bloodstain, what else did you find?

KEIKO: ...Um, that was it.

NOAH: All you found in the room were the bloodstain and string..?

KEIKO: Uh huh.

NOAH: Isn't there anything else?

KEIKO: I told you! All we found in the room were those two things! Not like there's much evidence to be found anyways!

KAITO: Well, we did find two things right outside of the room.

KEIKO: H-huh?

KAITO: You don't remember..? You tripped on it.

KEIKO: I...tripped on it?

ANSWER THE QUESTION!: What did Keiko trip on?

A bag

An untied shoelace.

A chair.

An RC Car.

A puddle of blood.

KEIKO: This is it!

KEIKO: Are you talking about the RC car? What does that have to do with anything?

NOAH: There was an RC car directly outside of the room..?

KAITO: Yeah...there was also a chair.

NOAH: A chair..?

UNMEI: H-hold on. Isn't this a little strange..?

NOAH: I do agree that it's strange...how would it be possible for the killer to up and get the RC car and chair like that..? Takayashi definitely would have escaped from the room by then.

MIRAI: ...Okay, then how about we think about it this way..?

MIRAI: Let's see...the string, that was knotted and stuff, led out through the door, nearby the RC car and chair, right?

KEIKO: Can you think about how that relates to each other, Mirai..?

MIRAI: I'm thinking...

MIRAI: ...Hrhh...Hrmm...!

MIRAI: Nope.

UNMEI: Disappointed again.

KEIKO: ...In that case, I should try and think of something.

KEIKO: How...how would these pieces of evidence relate to each other? It doesn't make sense to me.

QUESTION #5: What happened to parts of the string?

A: They were ripped apart.

B: Nothing in particular.

C: They were knotted.

CLEAR!

KEIKO: I've connected the dots!

Soundtrack: Class Trial Dawn Edition Volume Two

KEIKO: Ok...well, I think I thought of something of use.

NOAH: What is it..?

KEIKO: Thinking back, the presence of the RC car is strange, right? But then I thought...what does RC stand for?

NOAH: What does RC stand for..? What's that supposed to mean..?

KAITO: Well, to answer your question, it's remote control. Obviously.

YOSHINORI: Remote...control?

KEIKO: I realize that this is a bit of a stretch, but it's the only plausible thing I can think of.

YOSHINORI: Well, what is it?

KEIKO: Parts of the string were knotted, right? And Mirai also said that parts of it were cut, too.

MIRAI: ...Are you saying...

KEIKO: I think...the string could have been used...

Soundtrack: Class Trial ODD EDITION

KEIKO: The string could have been used to unlock the cages.

KAITO: …

KAITO: I see, I see..! From the presence of a remote controlled toy and messed up string, that's obvious!

KAITO: Not! Stop pulling the wool over our eyes all the damn time. How is that even possible?

KEIKO: Well, if you remember, the murder probably happened around the night, right?

NOAH: Indeed. It says in the Monokuma File that her time of death was around after the 3rd gameshow and before the 4th.

KEIKO: That means the killer could have spent all the time setting up a trap, right?

SHOUGO: A trap..?

KEIKO: Let's...let's take a look at how these locks actually work.

/i/12u0ajp

AN: Please note that for these future pictures, the website is imageshack, so please insert the weblink for imageshack before the slash.

KEIKO: If the locks could be pulled that way...then you just have to connect the dots.

/i/10yd6tp

KEIKO: All you would have to do to open the cages would be to pull on the lock, and then the cages would unlock. And how would that all be possible?

NOAH: Are you saying that the killer found a way to open all the cages at the same time, by tying a string onto each latch?

KEIKO: I know it's far-fetched...but it makes sense if you think about it.

KEIKO: If the killer tied all the pieces of string together like that, and then suddenly pulled...all the cages would unlock, right?

MIRAI: On top of that, even if all the cages didn't unlock, at least one would have to.

YOSHINORI: So then how did the killer pull the string?

KEIKO: Hmm?

YOSHINORI: It's...possible, I guess, what you're saying. If you're right it makes the length of the string and the knots make sense...but what about the RC car?

KEIKO: R-right...

ANSWER THE QUESTION!: How was the RC car used in this situation?

It was just there by coincedence.

It was used to pull the string.

It was used to distract Takayashi.

It was used to destroy evidence.

It was used to foreshadow the release of Super Danganronpa 2 coming out to the U.S.A this fall (It's true!). Buy it when it comes out so we can localize Danganronpa: Another Episode!

KEIKO: This is it!

KEIKO: What if...the string was also tied onto the RC car?

YOSHINORI: The string was tied onto the RC car?

MIRAI: I can't say, since when I was looking at the string, I just saw it lead out of the door. But it's possible...I think.

SHOUGO: So, this is all assuming this was done by one person at the second dome?

YOSHINORI: Tch! Someone here has a lotta goddamn free time, huh?

MIRAI: But Master...

KEIKO: Mirai..?

MIRAI: What would be the point of all that?

KEIKO: The point..?

MIRAI: If you're right...the killer could have pulled on the string by hand.

KEIKO: H-huh?

MIRAI: Oh, I know! I'll draw it, since I'm a really good artist.

FURO: Sure you are...

MIRAI: There would be no point in using the RC car.

KEIKO: O-oh...then, maybe the RC car was unrelated after all!

MIRAI: ...No, I don't know if that's it either...

KEIKO: ...Huh?

UNMEI: Well, quit changing opinions like that, Mirai!

MIRAI: I'm not. I think Keiko could be right...but I don't know how the RC car would have been used, that's all.

NOAH: The RC car was only present in front of the animal pound since the murder, correct? So it's most plausible that the RC car was in fact used in this murder.

KEIKO: …

KEIKO: That's right...so, how was the RC car used then..? Man, and I thought I was onto something...

KEIKO: Better think of something else again.

NOAH: If the RC car was only present in front of the animal pound...

NOAH: Then it must be involved somehow.

UNMEI: Are you sure about that..?

NOAH: What else could explain it's presence?

KAITO: But just cause it was involved really doesn't narrow down any of the options at all, does it?

MIRAI: What do you mean by that?

KAITO: If the RC car really WAS important...==then what would it have changed?==

KEIKO: You've got that wrong!

Ammunition Used: Name List

KEIKO: I think it could actually have changed one really important fact.

MIRAI: Master?

KEIKO: Shougo, you said something interesting just a few moments ago. I think it was...

Flashback!

SHOUGO: So this is all assuming it was done by one person at the second dome, right?

KEIKO: If the RC car was used...then maybe the murderer wasn't at the second dome when Takayashi died!

SHOUGO: ...I'm sorry, I'm lost. I don't know what you're saying at all.

NOAH: I see...so you think the killer could have controlled the car from the first dome?

SHOUGO: What was that..?

KEIKO: Yes. The killer could have thought that comitting her crime at the first dome would have narrowed down a list of suspects!

KEIKO: In fact, Monokuma gave me an actual list of names.

NOAH: A list of names?

KEIKO: It's about who was at either dome at the time of the murder. For example, at the time of Takayashi's death...

KEIKO: Well those people were me, Noah, Kaito, Kirei, Ryoko, and Unmei.

KAITO: So, the list of suspects are us six now?

KEIKO: This is all assuming that I'm right anyways...I mean, I know it's far-fetched either way. There's a chance that...I'm wrong.

KAITO: ...No, I don't think that you're wrong.

KEIKO: Really?

KAITO: Looking at the list of suspects...I actually realized something that corresponds with your theory pretty nicely.

KEIKO: You think you know who did it then?

KAITO: Of course, I may be wrong, but when I think about it, it's making more sense.

KAITO: Think. If you're right, then the killer would have had to been able to tie all those knots, set up a trap, and have to had the ABILITY to get Takayashi into the pound in the first place.

UNMEI: Oh! That's right! We weren't even thinking about that!

KAITO: Yeah. Through all this, we forgot one thing. How was the killer able to get Takayashi into the animal pound in the first place?

KEIKO: ...Oh...I...I think I got it!

KAITO: It would have to have been someone...whom Takayashi probably trusted.

KIREI: S-someone Takayashi trusted? W-who would that be?

KEIKO: ...Someone she trusted, huh..?

KEIKO: …

Music Halts

KEIKO: Someone...she trusted?

KEIKO: No...it can't be! It wouldn't be her...

KAITO: Someone good with his or her hands...and someone who Takayashi trusted. In fact, it makes your theory make a lot of sense, Keiko.

KEIKO: ...Is it her?

KAITO: …I suppose so.
