YOSHINORI: Kirei just said now that she killed to avoid the memories. In that way it changed her personality.
NOAH: Are you saying, android, that it's possible Ryoko became more brash...because the motive was affecting her in negative ways?

KEIKO: More accurately though, probably something subdued her.
KEIKO: And I'm sure that Unmei knows what I'm talking about!
UNMEI: I do..? ...Oh! Are you talking about...chloroform?
MIRAI: Chloroform..?
UNMEI: It's this chemical that's used in murder mysteries a lot. If a human takes a good sniff of it, they get knocked out.
MIRAI: Oh. Neat.
UNMEI: It's anything but!
NOAH: So you're saying that the culprit to Ryoko's case was able to knock her out using some chloroform?
KAITO: I guess sometimes the classics are the most effective.
KEIKO: If the murderer was able to actually stun Ryoko like that, they'd have no problem with carrying her sleeping body to the vice.
MIRAI: And then crushing her head afterwards...
KEIKO: So? You guys think it's possible?
NOAH: It's certainly the most plausible explanation. Where did you find this chloroform, anyways?
KEIKO: Oh, it was in the supply closet.
NOAH: The supply closet..?
KEIKO: You know, the one at the back of the gym.
KAITO: ...Then isn't it the least likely piece of evidence that we have?
KEIKO: Um, what?
KAITO: If you remember, the vice was near the front of the gym.
KEIKO: Yeah?
KAITO: The supply closet is in the back.
KEIKO: Okay?
KAITO: Can't you fill in the dots? The killer enters the gymnasium and finds Ryoko. He or she runs to the supply closet, and finds a convenient way to pour a select amount of chloroform on some sort of solid object to stun Ryoko.
KAITO: Then the culprit stuns Ryoko. Assuming that she's still there in the good minute it took to get the chloroform in the first place.
KAITO: Might I mention that it's not likely for the killer to have been able to locate the chloroform immediately?
KEIKO: ...I have never been shot down so accurately before in my life.
KEIKO: But no...the bottle was half empty. There's no reason for it to have been used until the murder. Why is it empty at all..?
KEIKO: I...I still stand by my statement.
KEIKO: I'm confident that the culprit used the chloroform!

KEIKO: No...I'm sure that it's possible that there was a chance for a preemptive strike.
KAITO: And? Your evidence to back up your claim is?
KEIKO: When I was investigating Ryoko's body, I found a letter clutched in her hand.
KAITO: A letter..?
KEIKO: At first, I thought it was written by Ryoko...because of how it was worded.
[Please come by the gymnasium after the fourth gameshow. I want to apologize after this gameshow ends, and after we manage to get the textbook. We'll make it...we'll definitely get the info we need out of Monokuma's hands.]
KAITO: The gymnasium, huh..?!
KEIKO: If we assume that the culprit worded this letter purposely to attract Ryoko's attention...then maybe the killer was actually waiting for Ryoko to come to them.
NOAH: They could have made all of the necessary preparements before. Therefore, it's likely that the chloroform was used in this trial. Case closed.
KAITO: I...I see. I'm sorry for leading us down the wrong path...
UNMEI: Yeah, well, only a pervert like you could do that...
UNMEI: Anyways, doesn't this basically mean...that we're closing in on the culprit..?
KEIKO: We are..?
UNMEI: Kirei, did you write the letter?
KIREI: O-of course not...the arm that the alligator bit me on was my good arm. I couldn't have written that neatly.
UNMEI: So...while I don't want to admit it...I guess there are actually two culprits to this case.
MIRAI: So whoever wrote that letter is the culprit to this case?
KEIKO: …
KEIKO: It's still sort of a shock. Two murders by two different people. I don't want to imagine that as being a possibility. But I guess it isn't an imagination anyways – it's reality.
KEIKO: Okay then. Let's talk about who the writer could be.
KEIKO: Whoever wrote this note killed Ryoko!
AN: Part 3 is finished! I hope to get it done in one or two more parts, so we'll see how it plays out. Hope you enjoyed it, and hope it was worth the wait as well.
