AN: Nothing much to say actually so just enjoy this chapter.

Gingericus19 – Well, in terms of your first review, I do agree with the whole SHSL thing. It's just something that comes unnaturally, haha. And part of your review sort of interested me, so I'd also like to mention that this story will tie in with my first story (Danganronpa -1). I'm not saying you have to read the first story (because quite frankly it sucks IMO), but just keep that in mind. I'll reveal all the necessary plot points later. And per second review, I never mean to offend anyone with the whole "confusing explain PM blah" thing. It all just has to do with the lack of confidence I have in myself to explain things, xD. And Rhyssa is deeeeead, lol. Phew! A long reply!

Megav: Thanks a lot! Glad you like it!

Shadowplayer360: Well, Monokuma said something about the execution thing, so you may want to re-read that part. In other news, thanks for the review! You actually reminded me of something, how does everyone feel about the changes to the fan-translation to the official DR release?

MiserableFairy13: Thanks for the review! Glad you like it! The letter is important to the trial, indeed. Gaww, Unmei. 83

Kizi1999: Thanks for the review! We may find out who the culprit is soon o3o

Reven228: Thanks for the review! Glad you're getting excited!

FateOblivion: Thanks for the review! Continue to speculate! Cause we may NOT find out whot he culprit is soon o3o

TheRoseShadow21: I swear I didn't copy you lol please believe me :3 I plan out my murders beforehand so don't worry about that, :P Thanks for the review!

Cartoonfanatic1: ORLY? Thanks fot the review! We'll see how many executions there are. Literally this chapter. (But the execution is not this chapter! Plot twist :O)

Unify: TWIST IT UP LIEK A PRETZEL. :P Let's see if you're right about Ryoko's killer. Thanks for the review!

Ode 30: Oh yeah. Sakura's death was depressing. :/ But you know what? It'll just get more depressing. :P

MiserableFairy13: What do you mean, lol? Monokuma announced Takayashi could have died. Thanks for the review!

MizunashiFuyuko: Yes I am! And Rhyssa is deeeeead, lol. Thanks for the review! We may see who the culprit is this chapter...and we might not o3o

Sushii-Sushii: I'm guilty as charged, x3 And that's good speculation. We'll see if you're right...Thanks for the review!

Soundtrack: Class Trial Dawn Edition Volume Two

KEIKO: So...I think we can all agree that whoever wrote that letter was the one who killed Ryoko, right?

UNMEI: Meaning we just have to find out who wrote the letter!

NOAH: Well, that's easier said than done you know. We can't exactly test for handwriting right now...

SHOUGO: So how are we going to figure out who wrote the letter anyways?!

MIRAI: ...Maybe we should forget the letter for now?

FURO: But isn't that an important piece of evidence? Why would we want to forget about that?

MIRAI: Because there's no way we can trace the letter back to whoever wrote it...I don't know if Monokuma will allow us to test handwriting right now.

MONOKUMA: Nope! Bzzt! It'll take too long! Besides, I don't carry paper around with me! Just figure it out yourselves here!

KEIKO: Then what should we do..?

MIRAI: If anything we should consider the letter as a piece of last resort and go back to how the murder actually happened.

YOSHINORI: But we already know what happened, yeah?

YOSHINORI: Because of the note, the killer knew to wait for Ryoko inside the supply closet...and then after they saw that Ryoko entered, they used the chloroform and then they killed her.

NOAH: While it does seem like we won't find anything else, we should review everything that we found at the scene of the crime.

SHOUGO: Does anything stand out..?

UNMEI: Oh! I know!

UNMEI: When we were investigating, there was a bloody needle on the floor of Ryoko's body. Maybe it's something involving that..?

KEIKO: The bloody needle wasn't the murder weapon though, right? So what could it be used for?

UNMEI: ...Maybe it could be used to subdue Ryoko..?

KAITO: But there was already the chloroform.

UNMEI: Right. Sorry, pervert.

KAITO: Don't call me that right now...

SHOUGO: There is one thing I find to be strange though.

NOAH: And that is..?

SHOUGO: Everyone remembers how Ryoko was killed during the search for Takayashi's body, right?

NOAH: Correct...

SHOUGO: If we all had to split up to search, why would Ryoko go to the gym during that time? I could understand if the killer went, but Ryoko..?

MIRAI: Hmm, yeah...that does seem a bit strange, doesn't it?

UNMEI: She was irrational though because of the motive. She was going crazy because she was remembering things about her past...

KIREI: W-which is...why I killed T-Takayashi...

YOSHINORI: But even in that condition, she seemed stable enough. I mean enough to know to search for a body instead of parade around the gym after a friend died.

KEIKO: So why did she go..?

MIRAI: Maybe there's something that we overlooked?

KEIKO: Couldn't be. All we found was the bloody needle, which couldn't have been used against Ryoko, and the letter in her hand.

UNMEI: So, are we out of evidence..?

NOAH: Perhaps there's something in the supply closet that may lead us to the killer's identity..?

KEIKO: The supply closet..? Um, let me think... Was there anything else in the supply closet?

PRESENT YOUR EVIDENCE!: Was there anything else in the supply closet?

::4 | Animals as Weapons | The animals themselves were likely murder weapons for Takayashi.

::5| The Tarp | A tarp with the Monokuma symbol was found on Takayashi's body.

::6| Lock System | The lock system works like a bathroom slide lock and is accesible from the outside.

::7| Really Long String | A huge string was found; connected through all of the pens.

::8| Blood in Alligator's Cage | A large puddle of blood was found in the alligator's cage.

::9| RC Car | An RC car was found outside of the animal pound.

::11| Bloody Needle | A bloody needle was found on the floor in front of Ryoko's body.

::12| Letter | A letter written by Ryoko(?) was found in her hand. Asked for someone to meet her, since she needed to apologize.

::13| Mystery Items | The mystery items from the motive were found in the gymnasium.

::14| Bleach | A puddle of bleach was found spilled in the supply closet.

::15| Chloroform | A bottle of chloroform was found in the supply closet.

KEIKO: This is it!

KEIKO: That's right...Unmei and I actually found some other things.

UNMEI: Right...I remember now. We found a bottle of bleach and a bloodstain, right?

KEIKO: Yeah. The bleach is sort of normal, but it was also kind of spilled around, you know? So maybe that's important?

MIRAI: The thing that's really out of place though is the bloodstain, isn't it? Where was the bloodstain exactly..?

KEIKO: It was found near where the bleach was.

MIRAI: Okay, so let's think about it. There's blood near where the bleach was in the supply closet.

FURO: Those two don't exactly go together, do they..?

YOSHINORI: ...No! Actually, they do!

FURO: They do..?

YOSHINORI: What's bleach used for?

MIRAI: Is it used as a poison like chloroform?!

YOSHINORI: N-no.

MIRAI: ...Oh. Sorry.

YOSHINORI: It's actually a cleaning product, Mirai...

MIRAI: A cleaning product..?

KEIKO: Bleach is used to cover up stains on like a T-shirt. It'll leave a white mark most of the time, but it looks better than say...

YOSHINORI: Than say a stain of blood, right?

NOAH: I agree. It's quite safe to assume that the bleach was used to clean up the blood.

NOAH: However, then why wasn't there any bloodstains on the floor?

YOSHINORI: On the floor?

UNMEI: I mean, there was bleach on the ground, so maybe any of the bloodstains that got onto the ground were washed out by the bleach?

NOAH: I suppose that's possible. But then wouldn't the killer have cleaned up the bloodstain on the shelf, too?

FURO: They could've been in a rush...it's not a big deal.

MIRAI: ...But if bleach is used as a cleaning product like you guys say it is...and it was found on the floor...

MIRAI: It does tell us how the bleach was used.

KEIKO: How the bleach was used..?

MIRAI: Why would there be bleach on the floor if it's not to clean something?

KEIKO: What do you mean..? We already know that...

MIRAI: But right now it's just a guess for most of you. But there's something that makes it absolutely true.

KEIKO: Absolutely true? And what could that be..?

ANSWER THE QUESTION!: Why is it certain the killer used the bleach to clean themselves up?

Because the killer would have poured it on himself.

Because the killer spilled the bleach while getting the chloroform.

Because the killer forced Ryoko to drink the bleach, and she vomited blood on the killer.

Because the bleach was used after Ryoko died.

Because I feel like it.

KEIKO: This is it!

KEIKO: Ah...I get what you're saying. If the bleach was used while the killer was standing up...

MIRAI: Then it would have gotten onto the floor, wouldn't it?

SHOUGO: So the bleach was definitely used. Okay. How does that change things?

MIRAI: ...It actually changes things a lot. I think...

NOAH: You think..?

MIRAI: Um...

MIRAI: …

MIRAI: I'll get back to you on that.

UNMEI: Inconsistent as always...

NOAH: Well, while we wait for Mirai's explanation...

NOAH: Perhaps we can talk about something else..?

SHOUGO: Actually, something else is bothering me that doesn't involve the needles.

NOAH: Hmm?

SHOUGO: Whoever gave Ryoko the note had the intention to kill her. But why would the killer target her in the first place?

NOAH: That's true...does anyone know anything about a potential motive?

FURO: Not me...

KEIKO: Not that I remember. It's been sort of a shock lately I guess I forgot some of the small things.

SHOUGO: Then I guess we can't answer that question.

MIRAI: ...No, I feel like...maybe we can.

UNMEI: ...Yeah, I remember something too.

KEIKO: Something that involves the motive..?

SHOUGO: Really? What is it?

KEIKO: Some evidence that we found that involves the motive...I wonder what that could be.

MIRAI: So is there any evidence out there that has to do with the murder?

FURO: Not that I know if. Besides the gameshow with the heavy metal the others weren't as important, were they?

YOSHINORI: Is the murder really that important to the murder case though..?

FURO: Naw...not that it really matters anyways.

FURO: I mean, what's so important about the heavy metal music..?

MIRAI: ...There were other gameshows too.

FURO: That doesn't really matter at this point...

FURO: None of them were ==involved in this murder.==

UNMEI: Are you sure..? Isn't there something we can use to get even the slightest lead?

NOAH: Perhaps...we should look at something else...

KEIKO: You've got that wrong!

Ammunition Used: Mystery Items

Soundtrack: Class Trial FUTURE PART

KEIKO: Wait a minute...isn't there actually something we have that's related to the murder?

UNMEI: Oh, are you talking about the mystery items that I found?

FURO: Mystery items...mystery items?

UNMEI: Yeah...it was some burned stuff, but a little bit of it was salvaged. It's probably from the time where we dropped that stuff in the brazier.

NOAH: If I may change the subject just slightly...I'd like to ask Monokuma a question about that.

MONOKUMA: Yes Liam Neeson? I'll take your question!

NOAH: What exactly was the purpose of that exercise? Was it for your own entertainment?

MONOKUMA: Of course not! All you did was drop some crap into a pit of fire! Even I wouldn't find that to be entertaining!

NOAH: Then why did you make us do what we did?

MONOKUMA: Well, I'm at a grey area here.

MONOKUMA: On one hand, if I don't tell you, the trial may become 50% more unfair for you all.

MONOKUMA: But on the other hand...if I do tell you, that may make things more obvious!

MONOKUMA: So how about you converse about what YOU think? And maybe I can throw in my two cents later!

KAITO: Are we supposed to talk about why we dropped all that stuff in the brazier? But we don't even have a lead.

MIRAI: But we do have a lead, I think. Or...no, I think we do!

UNMEI: What..?

MIRAI: I think maaaybe if we think about what the letter is saying, we can link the letter to the mystery items.

MIRAI: It says in the letter what whoever wrote it "wanted to apologize," but apologize for what?

SHOUGO: You think that could link with the mystery items?

YOSHINORI: Wait a minute...slow down. If we don't even know what the mystery items were, we can't really link it with the letter.

MIRAI: Well...we can always look at the pile.

FURO: T-that won't be necessary though, would it?

MIRAI: But we need to solve this murder, don't we?

FURO: ...Well, I guess so...

KEIKO: Okay, so, Monokuma, could we take a peek at the items?

MONOKUMA: Hmm. Fine. I don't really care. I might as well have just told you what the point of dropping all that crap in the fire was for, but have it your way.

[Monokuma handed Mirai the mystery items...]

MIRAI: Okay...here we g-

MIRAI: …

MIRAI: Um, Master..?

KEIKO: Yeah?

MIRAI: Would you mind looking at the items for me..?

KEIKO: ...O-oh, yeah, sure. No problem.

MIRAI: …

KEIKO: Anyways, let's see...

[I reached into the charred pile of broken creations...]

KEIKO: Um, well, here's the first slightly salvaged item.

NOAH: Is that...a patch of skin?

KEIKO: Eww..! I guess it is..!

UNMEI: W-why would there be a patch of skin?!

KEIKO: I don't know! Don't ask me..! There's a pattern on it too...ick!

YOSHINORI: A pattern..?

YOSHINORI: Keiko, could I see that?

KEIKO: I guess. Not sure why...

YOSHINORI: Hmm...that looks like a tattoo.

UNMEI: A tattoo?

KAITO: Which is what Ryoko is good at. Big whoop.

YOSHINORI: ...I think I know what's going on. Keiko, pull another item out of the pile.

KEIKO: A-alright...

KEIKO: ...This...is a towel.

KIREI: A...a towel..?

KIREI: ...I-I know...I'm a murderer, but...C-could I see that..?

KEIKO: I guess so...

KIREI: …

KIREI: I...I recognize this towel.

UNMEI: Huh?

KIREI: N...no...

KIREI: It's...it's a towel my grandmother gave to me when I was little...I never went anywhere without it when I was a kid...

KIREI: ...T-this is one of my...most prized possessions..!

KIREI: So why is it burned..? Why..?!

KEIKO: Prized possessions..?

KEIKO: Hold on, I'll get something else out of the pile!

KEIKO: ...Here!

UNMEI: That's a...is that a purse..?

KEIKO: Yeah...I think so.

UNMEI: ...T-that's my purse! It was my prize in a contest in my first year of school! I never went anywhere without it!

YOSHINORI: ...I'm seeing a trend!

NOAH: As am I. Keiko, keep pulling out items.

KEIKO: ...Huh? But there's only a couple items left.

KAITO: I know one of them has to be mine. Another would be Furo's, and then Mirai's correct?

KEIKO: Maybe...is this familiar?

UNMEI: Is that a doll..? Well, who's doll is it..?

KAITO: ...Um, what's the next item..?

Music Halts

KEIKO: It's...an artbook.

FURO: …

KEIKO: It's Furo's artbook. I recognize it...

UNMEI: You mean the one Ryoko ruined..?

NOAH: If I recall, it ruined about half of the book. There were still some salvaged pages.

KEIKO: But...now it's all burnt, isn't it?

FURO: …

FURO: Tch...

KEIKO: Is it possible...that this is what Ryoko burnt?

FURO: I don't see why that matters.

YOSHINORI: …

YOSHINORI: Maybe...you somehow found a way...

YOSHINORI: To discover that Ryoko was the one who destroyed your work?

FURO: …

FURO: Sure, let's all make guesses. That'll help us all.

KEIKO: I mean...that's definitely possible. But isn't that guess kind of outlandish in the first place?

KEIKO: How would he know that Ryoko was the one who burned his artbook, considering she was the one who actually did it.

YOSHINORI: I don't know. But it does seem to make a lil' sense.

NOAH: If it was not the mystery item burning, it could have been that first moment when his artbook was destroyed.

FURO: …

MIRAI: ...Hmm...

NOAH: If that were the case, then it is definitely a likely motive.

FURO: You know, you're just making accusations at me cuz of some motive guessing.

FURO: C'mon, you don't even have enough evidence. Besides a "possible motive."

NOAH: Well then, let's go back to the note.

FURO: The note..?

NOAH: Keiko, what does the note say again..?

KEIKO: Um...basically, whoever wrote the note wanted to apologize for something they did.

NOAH: Well then, we can't match handwriting because his sketchbook was destroyed.

NOAH: But let's assume Furo was the one who wrote this letter to Ryoko.

SHOUGO: But why would Furo write anything like that..? If anything, based on the past events, it's Ryoko who should have apologized.

NOAH: Yes, well, this is just an assumption. And if he did write the note, Ryoko would have obviously been intrigued at the content.

NOAH: Her thoughts would have been, "hmm, what would anyone want to apologize to me for?"

UNMEI: But wait, Ryoko's murder happened during the search for Takayashi's body. Why would Ryoko listen to anything like that during her murder?

NOAH: ...Well, that's a good point.

MIRAI: Well, one possible way could be that Furo gave it to her the instant she heard Takayashi was killed.

KEIKO: What do you mean by that..?

MIRAI: I mean around the time when Monokuma announced that Takayashi could have been killed, that would have been the perfect time to hand off a note without anyone noticing.

KEIKO: I guess you're right. In the chaos of everything, Furo could have handed it off to Ryoko without us noticing.

MIRAI: Yeah...

FURO: ...You're all just making assumptions for no good reason.

FURO: The note and the motive are just coincedences. Don't you have anything else to go off of?

MIRAI: Well, no. I'm still thinking about that.

MIRAI: But you didn't seem so dismayed when you saw that you're life work was now completely and utterly destroyed.

FURO: ...Tch!

FURO: Yeah, well, most of it was gone anyways. Why should I care? I'm already bitter about it. Too bitter.

YOSHINORI: Maybe you already knew about it? That's why?

FURO: …

FURO: Okay, fine. Let's think about what you're saying. I killed Ryoko because she burned my notebook.

FURO: That means I'd have to have premeditated that murder.

FURO: But the fact is that we only found out Takayashi was killed after the recent gameshow.

KEIKO: So..?

FURO: Which means how could I have known that Takayashi would have died? I mean we're thinking that I used her death as a decoy.

FURO: But there's no possible way that I could have used her death as a decoy.

FURO: You see where I'm getting at..?

NOAH: Is all that really important though..?

FURO: Of course it is. If I wanted to premeditate her murder I could have done it way before Takayashi died.

NOAH: That's...definitely a good point.

FURO: So what if she burned my art? I knew it was all because of Monokuma.

FURO: Besides. How else could I have premeditated that murder..?

NOAH: Alright. You have brought up a fine point.

NOAH: You could not have premeditated her murder, as our theory thinks that you used Takayashi's death as a decoy. Is that true?

FURO: Sure is.

NOAH: However, I still think that you did it.

FURO: What..?!

UNMEI: H-hold on, aren't we forgetting something?

NOAH: No.

UNMEI: Would you listen to me?!

UNMEI: I mean, didn't Monokuma say that there would only be one execution?

Flashback!

MONOKUMA: Be it as it may, there can be two murderers in two different cases, but only one execution will take place!

UNMEI: I mean, I know there has to be a second killer, but I was just confused on that part. And now that we're actually accusing someone...I feel unsettled.

NOAH: Well, obviously, there would be a way to kill both Furo and Kirei and once should an execution take place.

UNMEI: I-I guess so.

NOAH: Irrelevant matters aside, I still think Furo is the one to commit the crime.

NOAH: I think there's something to prove it...I know I found something. Though I'm not sure what.

FURO: Tch! Sure! Do as you please! Find a way to prove I'm the killer then!

MIRAI: Maybe...it is possible.

FURO: Huh?

MIRAI: If you saw Kirei carry out her murder.

FURO: W-what..? How would that even be..?

MIRAI: Knowing that she killed someone...you reacted to that, huh?

FURO: ...Tch! Whatever! All these accusations..!

KIREI: B-but, did he see me..? I...

MIRAI: You were in the animal pound, so it's reasonable to assume that he could have been spying on you...I think. Maybe. I don't know.

MIRAI: But...yeah.

FURO: ...Heh. You don't even have anything to prove that.

FURO: You're just guessing and assuming, and it's pissing me off.

NOAH: ...Maybe...that evidence I discovered will help. And I know I have it. I know that there's evidence.

KEIKO: Noah has evidence that Furo killed Ryoko..? I wonder...

KEIKO: ...The second dome.

FURO: To think that I committed a closed room murder..! I don't even know what that is!

FURO: Listen here! I-I didn't...I didn't kill Ryoko!

NOAH: We have already proved beyond a doubt that you...indeed have.

NOAH: And your reaction right now isn't helping your case.

FURO: My..my reaction?

KEIKO: Furo...quit denying it.

KEIKO: It looks like I'll have to spell a few things out for him.

KEIKO: Whether he likes it or not!

Soundtrack: Re Climax Return

Chapter One

The case all starts over at the second dome with Kirei. She sets up a trap for Takayashi's death because she desperately wanted to forget the memories that were flooding into her mind.

Chapter Two

Kirei created an elaborate trap to open all the cages at once, using the mixture of string and the RC car. After she prepared it, she called down Takayashi, who needlessly listened to her because of Kirei's sacrifice at the first gameshow.

Chapter Three

After trapping Takayashi into the animal pound, where the animals were still present, she trapped Takayashi using the chair to block the door, and then headed to the first dome, where she used the remote control to open all the cages at once. And her fate was sealed. Takayashi was mauled by all the animals from all sides. In fact, it was so extreme, Monokuma had to apparently intervene.

Chapter Four

Unknowing to Kirei, Furo witnessed this murder, and based on this information, was able to premeditate Ryoko's death. He prepared the chloroform beforehand, and as Takayashi's death was announced, he handed a note to Ryoko that had a contradictory meaning. Obviously, this intrigued her.

Chapter Five

Ryoko arrived at the gym, and Furo was there waiting inside the supply closet. He charged out with the chloroform, probably using something like a towel, and was able to subdue Ryoko. Though not before she presumably got a hit on Ryoko with the bloody needle.

Chapter Six

With Ryoko now knocked out, Furo was able to take her body easily to the vice, and deliver the final blow. He stuck Ryoko's head into the vice, and crushed it.

Chapter Seven

As this made a mess, Furo ran back to the supply closet, and cleaned his shirt using the bleach. Since it was a white shirt, mixed with the panic of discovering Ryoko's body, Furo was able to flee the scene before any of us could notice anything strange going on with his shirt.

Chapter Eight

After he saw us piling into the gymnasium, he used the panic of Ryoko's death to sneak into the crowd. And that's that.

"Furo! Stop denying it!" I screamed, pointing my finger at him. "Kirei admitted to her crime. You should do the same!"

And with Furo's panic, I could tell. He was the true culprit. Only the culprits could exhibit such expressions.

AN: Meh, I rushed the end a bit, but it's fine I think. I liked how this trial went down much more than the second.

Please tell me though if there are any major plot holes cause I feel like there could be .-.

And also, Furo's discovery of the mystery item will be explained in the tragic backstory+execution chapter :O
