AN: Yo! Finals are finally over (well almost but basically they are), as with my school year (well technically it ends tuesday but whatevs), so it's time for summah ^^ With the occasional vacation here and there, there shouldn't be more than a week gap between new chapters from here on out, and if there is it's because I'm a lazy mofo who's trying to learn P4A (if anyone knows what I'm talking about hit me up :o) but as of now, it's time to sprint towards the finish line.
plz forgive my hyperactivity in the replies today I'm just a little excited because I PRE-ORDERED THE LIMITED EDITION OF SDR2 YOOOO. And instead of saying "thank you for the reviews!" to every single person, instead I'll say THANK YOU FOR THE REVIEWS in the replies because well I like to mix it up and I'm weird and I think I can maybe write more and I'm making run on sentences and idk if its'e ven called that and my english class sucks and omg I need to take more Honors classes but IM SUCH A LAZY HO
Reven228 – Yes. HOPE. HOPE IS GOOD! HOPE IS FANTASTIC!
King Okami – We shall see soon. POLICE MAN HIYAHohasodhohd
Gingericus19 – Well assuming you don't live in America a huge part of the East Coast (not sure if it's a proper noun or not cuz i'm dumb) in the U.S. was just getting attacked by snowstorms. I think we had like 10-15 snow days we had to make up. Even our spring break was shortened :( but ANYYYYYYYWAYS the follow up starts now...
Kizi1999 – And he will keep searching...HE WILL SEARCH FOREVER. nudity(star)
DarkNite88 – Sorry if it wasn't clear. The closet was in the gift shop, sooo naturally Keiko stepped into the gift shop, lol. Buuuut yeah being the lil bitch that I am I take no responsibility for how confusing my story his lololol. (jk)
FateOblivion – naw Keiko was a bad bitch from the start. 3 (and how the hell did you know this would be fanservice? 18+ guise just warning you.) It's not really 18+.
Ode 30 – Yup, I'm back. New and improved and 100% bitchier, lol. And yeah I intend to finish this story, though I'm still thinking of whether to end this on a cliffhangy thing like DR or SDR2 where there's no real conclusion to the despair thing or to end the storyline all together. This is a fan sequel to DR/SDR2 btw so in my mind this is like a DR3, and I'm not sure if I should make DR3 the last in the series or if I should make a fan DR4 thing. But we'll see.
Holy crap I wrote a lot of AN. It nearly took up a whole page!
Pheww...
Now here's the actual chapter so you can hear the story instead of me yapping and yapping. Also no one got my Imogen Heap reference from last chapter :( oh well
[random bracket to finish off page in openoffice. YOU WOULDNT UNDERSTAND]

"Okay!" Mirai yelped confidently. He scurried around the entire dome searching for one of his little naked suits to wear, and I awkwardly watched as he turned the entire place upside down. "Master, what swimsuit do you think would look good on me..?"
"I'm not comfortable with that question," I sighed. "Plus, you haven't even found one yet."
"Well I will soon, don't you worry," Mirai assured. "Maybe I'll find you one too!"
You have just heard a statement that I answered with a resounding slap.
"Ow!"
"I agreed that I'd find you one so you can experience the beach, no matter how terrible our circumstances are."
"I-I know..."
Mirai took a deep breath and continued looking around the dome, the air still incredibly stuffy and warm. Sweat slowly trickled down my face as we came across a large golden door.
"Huh?" Mirai gasped in surprise. "Did we see this door before..?"
"It's probably just a room that we didn't come across," I said. "I don't think we looked at every single room at this dome to be honest."
"I see..."
Soundtrack: Monokuma Sensei's Lesson
"Oh, this?" Monokuma asked, slickly appearing in front of us. "This is nothing. Just a small engineering room that controls the wave settings and chlorine levels of our magical wave pool!'
"Then why is the door so extravagant..?" I asked. I looked above once again and saw that the entire door was coveted in real gold shavings. The door felt a bit rough to the touch, but it was clear that this wasn't some fake crap. It was real gold.
"What?" Monokuma asked. "Where else would you like to see all this gold? It's fitting anyways. This room is the most important room in the entire dome. If it wasn't for this, the temperature would fluctuate in such abnormal frequencies that you meatbags would die in just seconds. Plus, the waves in the wave pool wouldn't work!"
"But I haven't tried the wave pool yet!" Mirai wailed.
"Let's be concerned about the dying part," I said. "So basically no one's allowed in there then?"
"Oh no, there's no rule banning you from this room," Monokuma said. "If you want to kill everyone – including yourself, by all means, turn off the switch that keeps the temperature here at a livable quality."
"This dome is so damn hot," I snapped. "This is barely livable."
"But you won't die from this," Monokuma assured. "Well, you might out of heat exhaustion. But that won't happen because you are going to have to find those swimsuits!"
"About that, we've been looking EVERYWHERE for those things, and we haven't found one."
"But I put like fifty around the dome," Monokuma assured. "Your blind human eyes are just making it so you can't see true beauty."
"They must be pretty swimsuits..." Mirai swooned.
"Okay, so, where might we find one?"
"Well I was actually just going to give everyone one swimsuit away for free," Monokuma said. "That way you can test out the wave pool, and hopefully see what it's like for someone to die from these bad boys."
"There is no way in hell that I'm putting one of things on," I said. "If I could die, then there's really no point."
"Do you know what heat exhaustion is?" Monokuma asked. "If you are in an extremely heated environment for too long, your body can't regulate itself normally anymore. After that, your body will grow dizzy, you will vomit, and then you will probably die."
"If I get to that point, then I'll wear your swimsuit."
"But I thought we were all going to swim together," Mirai said, tilting his head.
"Well, okay, so after this one time," I sighed.
"Excellent," Monokuma chuckled. "I'll go distribute these to the others, and then you all can go to the wave pool and have fun!"
"How long are these going to last?" I asked.
"Two hours," Monokuma said.
"Why so long..?"
"Because my wave pool needs to be experienced, okay?"
Monokuma began to shake his head, sighing as if to prove how worthless we were against him.
"Now scram!"
Monokuma handed us our swimsuits and vanished. I held mine out in front of me, and was pleased to find out that it was a one-piece instead of a bikini. I took a quick glance at Mirai's and saw it was a pair of regular swim trunks. Luckily, we were kept with our dignity.
The swimsuits has a pretty funky design. On one half of the swimsuit was completely white, and on the other half it was black. I guess it was to compliment Monokuma's look, and it made me feel really tacky to know I was wearing something made to resemble him.
Mirai was excited though. His energy was profound as he ran upstairs heading towards the wave pool entrance. I sighed, wrapping the swimsuit around my arms, and ran upstairs to meet him at the wave pool.
It wasn't a "beach" by a longshot, but I guess it's the closest thing we'll get to a beach for a while.

"Hey!" Unmei called out to Monokuma. "Why is my swimsuit so busty?"
"Oh, relax, it looks good on you!" Kaito winked.
Unmei grabbed a beach umbrella that Monokuma laid out and began beating Kaito up with it, as I stared at Mirai as he waddled in the water.
"W-why is it so cold..?" Mirai asked. "Is it supposed to be this cold..?"
"Of course it is," Shougo said, as he was teaching someone how to swim. "Anyways, Hikaru, I was surprised you didn't know how to swim..."
"Please stop talking," Hikaru sighed. "And I'm surprised someone like you can swim so well."
"Yeah, well..."
Noah and Yoshinori lay down on beach chairs, wearing sunglasses as they stared up at the fake sun that Monokuma had painted on the ceiling.
"Hey, Yoshinori, why don't you go into the water..?" I asked.
Yoshinori gave a sharp glare to me, and I realized that it wasn't the best question to ask a robot. Noah lay down there, looking over the files I saw him reading that one time. I thought nothing of it. It was probably a good book he didn't want to put down. Something like that.
"At least it's cool in here," I sighed to myself, sitting down on the grainy fake sand. I ran my hands through the ground and looked up at the ceiling. I had to admit, the ceiling was very grandiose. The sky looked astoundingly real. Even the painted clouds and sun looked almost authentic, and fake rays of sunlight were placed generously around the room. This was actually pretty damn close to a real beach experience!
There were stalls around the beach where Monokuma and Meowykins stood, giving away food when we were hungry. There was even a volleyball court.
"U-Um, can someone trade swimsuits with me..?" Unmei asked.
"Hey, no trades!" Monokuma snapped. "We're keeping this a strict PG-13 environment!"
Kaito was squirming around, his head stuck in the sand as a result of Unmei's beating. He mustered something from the ground, but there was no way to actually understand what he was saying.
"The water is still too cold!" Mirai whined.
I looked at everyone, and smiled a little. It was nice to get into the moment, but after the last trial, I forced myself to realize that this peace wouldn't last forever. It had to crumble at a certain point.
...But hopefully, we can keep going like this for a little longer. Aside from our investigation from what exactly is happening to us.
"Keiko, you aren't going into the water?" Noah asked.
"Nah," I responded. "It's cool enough out here. I'm just thinking about some things."
"If it's our escape, then I recommend that you not dwell on that now. It's best to have fun when you can in a situation like we're in."
"Then what about you, huh..? You've been reading that thing for the longest time now."
"I'm not that big on swimming."
"I see. Well, neither am I. I'm more into horseback riding, though that's sort of obvious."
"Yes...and besides, with the situation we're in, it's impossible to advance with anymore investigation on our current status. Monokuma is forcing us to stay on this dome, and we need that textbook that Rhyssa had to make anymore real progress."
That...was a good point.
"Where do you think that could be..?" I asked.
"Who knows," he replied. "It's not anywhere on this dome though. I've been religiously searching all this time. I presume it's somewhere at the library over at the first dome."
"If it's not here, then how does he expect us to get out..?"
"He'll most likely let us back at the first dome at a certain time. He's always been technically fair, unfortunately. And that's assuming of course...if that doesn't happen."
Right. That.
"Well then, I guess I'll just relax while I can," I said. "I'll mentally prepare myself. How's that?"
"You have fun doing that," Noah sighed. "I'm going to continue working, on the other hand."
"I still hate this swimsuit!" Unmei yelled from the other side of the pool. "I demand a new one!"
"What?" Monokuma asked. "I didn't give it to you because of proportions or anything!"
"I would punch you so hard, but I value my life!"
"Aw...you mean my trick didn't work?"
I ran over to Unmei's side and dragged her away from the sadistic bear before her temper raised anymore. On the way back, I let Kaito out of his sand trap in case he lost his breath in there or something.
"Um, what's that?" Mirai asked me as I sat back down, pointing at the volleyball net.
"That's a volleyball net," I explained. "You play volleyball there. You never knew that..?"
Mirai shook his head and waddled over to the net. "Is it a game?"
I nodded. "It's a sport. It's sort of difficult."
"Let's play it!" Mirai asked excitedly.
"Volleyball..?" Yoshinori asked from her beach chair. "I can play that. My memory banks can track down all the rules and tricks to playing a sport like that."
"Y-yes, let's retreat to volleyball," Hikaru muttered nervously, as he stood in the water and staggered over to the sand.
"Volleyball..?" I asked. "I-I guess it wouldn't hurt..."
…
"Hell yeah, I'm the king of the court!" Yoshinori exclaimed as she spiked the ball over to the other side.
"Y-Yoshinori, calm down a bit..." I stuttered. "Plus, you'd be a queen, wouldn't you..?"
"Huh? But the reference wouldn't work that way!" Yoshinori cried out. "Besides, this is a shit ton of fun!"
"Can robots even feel fun..?" I asked to myself.
Noah continued to stay out of the social activities, and kept to his strange files. I didn't pay much mind to it though.
"Master, what's a 'spike?'" Mirai asked, forgetting all the rules of the game, even after I explained them to him.
"Unmei! Put the ball down!" Kaito screamed, running around the beach.
"You fucking pervert!" Unmei yelled.
"I didn't say anything though!"
…
*Ding, dong! Ding, dong!*
"Yo, you bastards!" Monokuma called out from the stand. "Your two hours are almost up. Unless you want to become fried fish, I suggest you get out soon."
"The time went by pretty quickly," Hikaru sighed.
"I want to find a better swimsuit next time..." Mirai said. "One with a longer time limit..!"
"Oh, and if just so you douchecannons know, I need to talk to you at nighttime. I am not happy at all..!"
Monokuma crossed his arms, and sunk into the sand.
"Is this another motive..?" Unmei asked.
"No, not really," muffled Monokuma from inside the sand. "I'm just pissed off."
"I see..." Unmei said. "Well, let's head out then, before we all die."

"Oh, wow, Yoshinori...that's, uh, pretty big..." Unmei noticed.
"What is..?"
"Um...you know..."
"Yeah, I was built that way, nothing I can do about it."
"I'm a little jealous..!" I chuckled. "It would be awesome to be stacked with those things."
Yoshinori blushed as she waved them around in the air.
"Like them?"
Waving her gatling guns in the air, she fired a couple of bullets at the lockers.
"These are real gatling guns," Yoshinori explained. "I guess I was built with the function to switch out my arms. I can switch between a human looking arm and these gun arms at will if I want to."
"That's pretty neat!" Unmei laughed. "It's not bad being a robot, is it?"
"I guess not!"
...Heh. If only things can stay this perky.

...And in other words, time to find out what Monokuma wanted.
Everyone had arrived to the entrance lobby a few minutes early, and we all stood there, waiting for Monokuma to appear out of nowhere like he usual does, and deliver his terrible news and sentiments.
It's time...Soon, Monokuma will arrive.

"So..." Monokuma asked creepily from the center of the room. "Which one of you bastards did it?
AN: A short chapter once more but THAT'S OKAY SINCE THIS WAS A FANSERIVCE CHAPTER :D
