Ok people, I am trying to continue this story after being unbelievably busy, sorry about that but I will continue taking ideas from the people who read this. For now I have to make this chapter short.

Applejack held her face into her hooves now as the embodiment of her older brother was dripping from the gears. Princess Luna tossed the key across the room now as Celestia closed her eyes to keep her emotions at bay.

"Applejack…Applejack we have to go." Twilight tried to pry her from the gears now but it didn't go well with the farm pony.

"No! Twilight that was mah brother…mah brother! I just saw him get crumpled like a piece of paper…" Tears streamed down her orange cheeks like a river. "Wh-why does this have tah happen?" She asked as if an answer lied right on Twilight's back.

A.J. trotted back over to Celestia, staring up at her with sorrowful determination. "Ah wan't you at' find the varmin that did this…and make'em suffer." She says stomping her right hoof for nothing more than mental emphasis.

Celestia, nodded and just turned away and out of the room as the door re-opened into the dark caves.

-

"SCOOTALOO!" Rainbow Dash called now while Scoots quickly hid the note now under her wing. "Uh y-y-yes?" She answered a bit nervously, note tucked firmly underneath that wing of hers.

"They are letting Pinkie Pie out of the hospital soon, I think we can go soon." The rainbow haired mare says extending her wings while the nurse led Pinkie out.

Scootaloo turned back to the empty box and sighs now while following Dash.

"You ok?" she asks noticing the forlorn demeanor now of the crusader.

"Oh…yeah." she stared at the ground as she walked, kicking a pebble out of the way.

"Hey, it'll be ok." Dash re assured her now and reached under her wing as Spike soon came waddling and rushing toward them, out of breath, holding his chest in a panicking manner. "Twilight…cave…dying…!" The baby dragon spoke out of breath.

"Twilight's dying in a cave?" Dash asks a bit confused at the misplaced information.

Well…she was close.

"Well, I mean, yeah, you gotta' come with me!" Spike says a she turned back, Dash placing Scootaloo onto her back and took off so fast they almost made a rainboom.

Meanwhile…

The rest of the gang trotted through the cave now and illuminated by Celestia's and Luna's horn. AJ was behind everyone, her face a sunken expression as they ventured further and further down the darkness until they got to another door.

"Oh for crying out loud. This has got to end…" Twilight says as Fluttershy nuzzled against Applejack while they entered the room to find two familiar mares with their necks in tight vices and a contraption around their lower jaws with spikes jutting out the sides.

As soon as the door opened a magical glow illuminated the room to find Vinyl Scratch and Octavia bounded by the neck. Their eyes slowly open now to a panicked state.

"Nnn! Ngh! Wha...what's happening!?" Octavia called in her gentle voice while Vinyl moved her head around frantically.

"Hey! What the buck!" She shook so hard her glasses flew off and shattered on the rocky ground below her while a speaker went off in the room.

"Hello there, I want to play a game. Right now you may notice a similarity to the ponies in this kind of predicament. Both of them are artists, very distinct in their form. But one thing makes them very different. The way they express themselves. Everypony has different tastes in music but it's one of the only ways to tell ponies apart. Right before you, you will have to save both of them from their own art that has consumed their lives. You must pry the objects from their neck very carefully, if you fail, their art will never be heard again."

By now the ponies were crying in their positions, Fluttershy couldn't take any of this and ended up crawling in the corner. Celestia tried to blast at the objects but they were magically bounded and ended up blasting her back.

"AH!" She fell to her side, wing tucked under her while

"What the…princess!?" Vinyl yells, her sunglasses now just a few dark shards on the ground while she shook her head around and only was able to cause the vice to cut at the skin of her neck, matting her white fur with crimson blood.

"V-vinyl quit moving!" Octavia screamed in a voice specially reserved for those staying calm in a death defying situation.

"What do we have to do!?" Twilight yells out, a purple spark of her horn was sent out in distress as she tried to work around the bonds on Vinyl and Octavia's neck without luck, tugging and pulling which only made it worse. That's when Fluttershy noticed a broken violin and a turntable in the corner of the room. She quickly galloped to the objects, still feeling the scars piercing her while she dug through the broken pieces of the violin to find a note and wires connecting up the wall and looking up at frequency meters on the wall.

She rose an eyebrow now and unfolded the note.

A note is a note, your similarities can kill you, it's time to speak the truth and right the wrongs.

She didn't understand the note one bit and she looked up now to see dried blood across the wall and pretty soon trotted back to Celestia, accidentally her hoof hit a tripwire. Gears on the necks of Octavia and Vinyl started to turn as the vices got a little bit tighter with each passing millisecond.

"C-celestia!" Fluttershy handed her the note now as Twilight struggled to use her magic, any magic at all to try to free them from the grasp but all they did was tighten. That's when Twilight finally remembered something and shrouded the lock in violet magic, unfortunately that seems to be the trigger.

As soon as the magic hit a chink was heard and the contraptions around there neck began turning slowly, there heads starting to twist in inhuman...sorry inpony ways. It stopped long enough to hear their frantic screams, echoing off the cave walls, making Fluttershy duck and cover her ears to drown out the screams of peril currently tearing out her eardrums.

"Oh no, it's triggered by magic, but how!? How are we supposed to get them off!?" Twilight stomped her hoof as Celestia finished reading the note, tapping her hoof. Luna watched on, seemingly frozen as she helplessly watched her subjects getting mangled.

"For crying out loud! GET THIS THING OFF ME!" Octavia screamed, the violinist finally losing every ounce of cool she was still carrying as her and Vinyl's heads were next to each other, a small contraption hooking into both of their jaws, as it locked in a clock on the wall ticked down from thirty seconds.
