Howdy-Ho everypony! Voltzs here bringing ya a new chap!

Heh, actually changed my name to Voltzs on here too... everything is coming to fruition.

Now then, I has some information for you all; and I'm going to let you decide if it's good or bad .3.

So, I've been on the wall lately about keeping this fic going, because I had gotten so lazy and I could never think up anything for the story. So i asked someone I've been talking to since possibly, the beginning of my fic.

Goldenponyboy. Or as you all know him, Crossback.

I asked him if I should keep going with the fic or just end it since i couldn't find anything to write. And this is word for word ya'll.

Voltzs: Heh. Hate to say it, but after i finish this I may be done with new stories until I can find out what made me want to write in the first place

Goldenponyboy: ...WHAT? You can't just... stop! It would be like... like... I don't know what it'd be like. Sure, I understand that you feel hassled, but that's no reason just top quit! You had better find that creative spark again. SOON!

Voltzs: hahah all right. Ill look over my first fic and see what made me start lol

And lets just say... after looking over my first draft for Chapter 1 of Tristan's New Life, including the outline that I didn't follow.

I found why I started writing. It's kinda cheesy to me, but it was so i could finally get all my creative ideas down instead of letting them drift away with the wind.

I know I say it alot, but thanks for putting up with me. Really, thank you all.

"Rainbow Dash, Fastest Pegasus Alive; will you marry me?"

Two days ago, I told that to my fiancée. And when I did, she was crying so much that she could barely even say the word that brought me to tears.

Yes.

I may forget things constantly, but this, this is one of the things that I will never forget.

Well, that and the taste of something called bacon. I don't remember what it looked like or where I ate it. But I would kill to have another piece.

And I mean it.

Anyways, right now we're planning out everything; decorations, dresses, activities; ya know, the works. Pinkie said to leave the food and decorations to her; and Rarity, the embodiment of generosity, of course said to leave the dresses to her; so there isn't much I'm doing besides picking out the cake.

Pinkie gave me a book that had all the available cakes and told us to choose which we'd like. Which is why I'm at home on the couch looking at all of the cakes and trying not to drool on them.

As I stare at a picture of a 7 layered chocolate cake, I start to wonder who all is going to be coming. Well I guess a few are obvious, but is anypony else coming?

"Guess I should go over who I've invited. Don't want to leave anypony out." I mumble to myself. "Okay so there's the obvious ones: Rarity, Pinkie, Twilight, Fluttershy, Applejack, Aurum, Lucinda, Solar, Fortune, Shadow, Night, Crossback, Hottrot, and Soulflight. No wait, I'm missing somepony… who am I missing?" I go over the list again… and again… and again. But still come out with the same feeling as if I've missed somepony else.

"Oh geez I'm gonna be thinking about this all day! Who the buck am I missing?!" then it hits me, "The CMC! I forgot them! But they weren't it; there was still another… is it the princesses? Yeah them too, but there's still more. Maybe I should check with the others, maybe they know. Nono, I'm a big colt, I can do this all by mysel-" I pause and slowly turn my head at Rainbow Dash, "How long have you been there?" I ask nervously.

"The whole time…"

"And you didn't say anything before..?"

"Didn't want to interrupt your train of thought."

"Unfortunately the train just fell off the tracks. Do you know who I'm missing?"

"Blackburn Tempest, Sonic Lightning, and Slipstream."

I clonked myself in the head, "How could I forget them?!"

"Because you're you. But don't worry, I've already invited them for ya."

I leaned over and gave her a peck on the cheek, "This is one of the reasons I love you so much."

"Because I can remember?"

"Well one of us has to have that ability."

She shrugged, "Fair enough."

I laid back and stretched my hooves and wings, "Now then, I guess I should figure out who else I can invite."

She laid her head on my chest, "Why not just invite all of Ponyville?"

I wrapped my wing around her and chuckled, "Should I get a bunch of invitations and fly over Ponyville and drop them on unsuspecting ponies?"

She closed her eyes, "Only if you want to sleep with the fishes."

"Good thing I'm a strong swimmer."

…

Two days Later

Finally, I get a day to relax again. Well, I'm just out with a couple of the guys. Fortune, Crossback, and Shadow; since they also just recently got a break in their lives.

Which is why I suggested we all go play with some of Shadow's inventions. "By 'Play' do you mean…?"

"I mean I want to test run some of your non kill Blaze inventions." I quickly said.

He huffed and started towards his house, "Rats. I've really been wanting to use that Blaze killer again." He then put a hoof over his mouth, "oops."

"I'll pretend I heard nothing."

"I do that whenever I hear your voice." Crossback smirked.

Fortune laughed and shouted, "Burn!"

I smiled and shook my head, "Shesh, did you two de-age a few times?"

Crossback shrugged, "Mature gets tiring after being it for all your life."

Shadow laughed, "Think it may be the opposite for Blaze though."

"Let's stop playing: Make Blaze Cry. And let's go play with some inventions!" I said and started walking forward.

"Did somepony say invention?" I heard a colt ask from behind me.

As I turn around I find myself being stared at by a black unicorn with blue eyes and a black mane and tail, each tailored with red streaks. He's also currently wearing a white scientist's coat, which would make his reaction to the word 'Invention' normal.

"I may have said it… why do you ask?"

The colt cleared his throat and smiled at us, "My name is Raze Silverwing, and as I suppose you can tell from my coat, I am a scientist."

Crossback stepped forward and asked, "Oh? Are you new to Ponyville?"

"Not at all; I've been here almost all of my life. And I actually live beside" he swallowed hard and mumbled, "SugarCube Corner…"

Fortune then asked, "If you live there then how come we haven't seen you?"

"I've been in recovery from a recent experiment, so I hadn't left my lab in about a year. Well, unless for some basic foods."

"I see…"

"If I may" it was Shadow's turn to ask, "What experiment were you conducting? And if you can't answer that; then what were you recovering from?"

The colt chuckled nervously, "Well, I can't tell you what I've been working on; but I'll show you what I been recovering from.

A bulge started to form on his left side and extend to wing length, he then removed the coat from his left side, revealing his wing.

Only… this wing emitted steam, and would produce a metallic sound..

Then it dawned on me. "You… lost your wing."

End!

Hope I introduced Raze correctly. I'd been waiting to put him in but omc I could never decide where; but this seems like as good a place as any!

Well now guys, I'll see ya laters; I've gotta go read a couple of Fics that I've been holding off on.
