Banished Love of a Prince and a Blacksmith

It's finally here! the first actual chapter :) Enjoy!

Chapter 1

The sun was starting to rise as the night disappeared, the small buildings to the east of Asgard hazed in a un-natural glow of that rising sun, the rest of Asgard glittered; creating patterns on the ground below.

The market and shops were slowly coming back to life, ready for the day ahead.

Tony Stark stood outside of his shop; he was watching a small boy fighting off a group of older and bigger boys.

The age difference between the three boys was a sure disadvantage for the youngest one but in this matter it did not seem to matter, every punch or kick in which the two older boys would apply to the younger one he would always block them and throw his own punch, there was something in the way that he moved and the amount of strength he held within a punch made Tony think of a young knight maybe a prince.

The two older boys ran off, leaving the younger one to stand there alone; he stood proudly and growled playfully at the cowardly boys. Tony walked up to the boy and patted him on the back.

The boy lent his head to the side and raised his eyebrows slightly.

"That was some good fighting they did not stand a chance, the names Anthony but you can call me Tony," Tony said, he smiled at the boy as he looked up at him. He always had a soft side for Kid's like this one and not in the perverted way, it was probably to do with his childhood; his father never loved him, he was a pawn for him to use in whatever way he needed to.

The boy seemed to be around the age of 7 or so, he had black hair which was slightly multi-coloured with blue and grey, his eyes were a dark shade of green almost brown and his skin was pale. He had a cute little smile which showed off his teeth, he had two fang like canines; he kind of reminded Tony of a wolf, wild and young. He seemed to be very childish but that was expected by a child his age.

"Hey Mr Tony, I'm Fenrir it's nice to meet you," Fenrir smiled back, he grabbed Tony's hand surprisingly and shook it playfully.

"Don't you have lessons to go to?" Tony asked simply, he watched Fenrir's eyes roll slightly at his question but he chose to ignore it. Tony shook his head slightly and crossed his arms over his chest.

"Not at all but I do need to get back to the orphanage, laters!" Fenrir called out and ran off; he gave Tony a small wave as he did so. He sure was a weird kid but Tony decided to not question it.

Tony chuckled as he turned and walked back over to his shop, he grabbed the keys from his back pocket, and he put the key into the key hole then pushed the door open.

"Lights" Tony called out, light suddenly illuminated the room, Tony was glad that he had learnt magic from an early age or he would have had to rely on candles and that itself seemed tiring.

The room was only half lit and dusty yet it felt like home to Tony, his tools were scattered all over; Tony was really messy and he did not care, it actually helped him to work because he knew were everything was and he hated it when people moved his stuff or they cleaned up his mess.

Tony looked down at the ground and saw a golden envelope with a red seal on it; Tony picked it up and put it onto the table which was placed at the far corner of the room.

He knew what it was and to be honest he did not care. Tony sighed as he heard the door open and shut close.

"We are closed," Tony said as he turned, a man stood with his back to the door so he was clearly facing towards Tony. The man had black shoulder length hair which had been pulled back, his skin was pale skin and his eyes were an emerald green. His figure was adored with elven armour and leather.

"Did you not hear me, I said we are closed," Tony mumbled, glaring half-heartedly at the man yet it did not seem to faze the man, he just raised one eyebrow and rolled his eyes.

Tony stopped for a moment, he recognised that look but on someone else's face; a younger face though he could not figure who or why it was so familiar.

"It matters not to me, I need something from you and I intend to get," The man commented confidently, snapping Tony out of his train of thoughts.

"Who the hell do you think you are, no one important I hope," Tony snorted.

"Please tell me that you're not that idiotic to not know who I am," He replied, a mischievous glint in his eyes and a smirk placed on his lips, Tony did not know how to take it, it definitely did not seem like a good sign.

"Hey I am no idiot and no I do not know who you are, please do me the pleasure of reminding me," Tony placed a hand onto his hip playfully as he lent against the wall of the forge.

"Oh do not worry I am no one of importance," He said, a smirk still lingering on his lips.

"Okay so what can I do for you today, Mr no one of importance?" Tony asked, he mentally laughed at himself for the poor nickname in which he had given him yet he composed himself and bit his lower lip.

"I am in demand of a new helmet," The nameless man replied, crossing his arms against his leather cladded chest. Tony wondered what it was like to always wear something like that, he made a note in his head that he would create a red and black version of what this man was wearing and he was sure to dance around with it on.

Tony ignored the fact that this man was being rude; he was also getting side-tracked by his thoughts on the way in which this man stood; he always stood with his legs miles apart from each other. It was hard to not imagine such things; in an intimate kind of way.

"What kind, do you want bunny ears? They seem to suit you," Tony remarked, he didn't know why but it seemed quite funny as different emotions flickered into the green eyes of the man opposite him; angry, irritation but then again amusement.

"Ha! No something similar to this," The man said as he glared at Tony, he moved his hand in a circular motion and a helmet appeared in his hands. He walked up to the far table and placing it on top of it, Tony walked up to him so he was stood beside him and picked up the Helmet.

"Made out of elven gold, hmm…I would say about a century old," Tony said as he twirled the helmet in his palm. He looked up from the helmet to look at the other man; he raised an eyebrow as he reached over and placed the helmet back onto the table.

"Okey dokey, oh and by the way I charge more for assholes," Tony said. He smirked and rubbed the back of his neck in an absentminded way. The man shook his head and rolled his eyes but did not comment. Tony ignored the other man for the mean time as he walked around to the other side of the table and collected a piece of paper in which was stacked up in a pile; he also picked up a set of ink and a quill.

"Sign here please," Tony said, pointing to a certain area of the paper.

The man nodded his head curtly, picking up the quill and dipping the point of it into the ink.

He pressed the quill to the paper and scribbled down a signature. He put the writing instrument down; he looked up and gave Tony a quick glance.

"Thank you, come back tomorrow it should be ready by then," Tony suggested. He picked up the sheet of paper and folded it up, he placed it into his pocket and packed away the ink and quill.

"Alright, goodbye Anthony," He said. He turned his back on Tony and walked out of the shop.

He pulled the paper out from his pocket and unfolded, he looked down at the signature; he smiled and folded it back up.

"Loki Odinson, I know who you are…a prince," Tony whispered to himself, dropping the signed paper onto the table as he walked away from it. He needed and wanted to get started on this helmet, he already had plans for it.
