The next day, I was hanging out with Jenny.
"I am having fun here," I said.
"Glad you are, Logan," said Jenny.
When I tried to talk to Mary Anne afterwards, she didn't answer me.
"I hope you know Mary Anne's not talking to you or Jenny for what you both did," said Kristy.
"That was a bad thing to do," added Potsie.
"Whose side are you on?" I asked.
"We're on Mary Anne's side because you shouldn't cheat on her," said Richi.
"Jenny, you would've thought about it before," said Chachi.
"You're breaking my best friend's heart," said Kaylee.
"We don't blame her for being mad at you," said Kayla.
The other girls agreed with her.
They didn't care if Jenny and I are just friends, but they tried telling me that Jenny was into me. I didn't want to believe them.
That afternoon, when Jenny told me she liked me more than a friend, I knew the girls were right after all. She told me she wanted to kiss me. I told her I can be friends with her since I belong to Mary Anne.
There, that did it. I went over to Mary Anne and spoke to her saying she was right that Jenny liked me more than a friend. I should've listened to them and I apologized for ignoring the warnings. She made me promise to listen for now on.
At least that was over.
"I think that Jenny should apologize, too," said Chachi.
"That's true she should," I agreed.
Chachi convinced Jenny to apologize to Mary Anne. That's what Jenny did and Mary Anne forgave her as long as she doesn't do it again.
