And we are back, so big reaction from the destruction of the smaller Quarian fleet, mainly brutal and harsh, I will tell you now that there will be an explanation for the commonwealth's actions in the story, so now then…

Me: *sigh* the cross over arc will probably begin in two maybe three chapters time, which reminds me I have three OC's so far all from the same guy (not that I'm complaining, the OC's are pretty fricking sweet) but I'm looking for at least three more to judge from, so please if you have an idea for one shoot it my way and I'll take a gander at it.

Terra- prime minister's office
Sir Integra hellsing looked at the report she had been given a few hours earlier by Rear Admiral Archer, the small Quarian fleet of 3,000 ships had lasted little more than 2 minutes against the 4,000 warships she had deployed against them and she felt confident that the Quarians would be none the wiser to the commonwealths backhanded tactic. Because while the commonwealth had destroyed the remnant fleet, as she was now calling it, the battle group had brought a fairly large number of Batarian wrecks scavenged from the battles fought in the Batarian relay war before any of the council races could scavenge them themselves and placed them in the system, there were enough wrecks there to convince the Quarians that after the main bulk of the Quarian fleet had left a large fleet of still active Batarian pirates had came in looking for a quick buck, so to speak, and tried to take the Quarians as slaves, the Quarians would have obviously resisted and fought back resulting in the mutually assured destruction of both fleets, that and some doctored films and photos made by the best AIs the commonwealth had and the only way the Quarians would find out was if one of the people in the battle group, who had been sworn to secrecy on punishment of death, or Integra herself told them.
Some people would question why she would do this, well it was a simple scare tactic, convince them they'll be safer with the commonwealth than without them and you have yourself an ally.
There was a knock on the door.
"Enter" the door opened allowing walter to enter.
"The Quarian Fleet has arrived at the edge of the solar system; one ship is heading for Terra as we speak." Integra nodded, she stood up and made her way to the parliamentary chambers where she and the other 4 representatives of the high parliament.

Terra-High parliamentary chambers
Fleet Admiral Hackett commander of all Naval and marine forces in the commonwealth leaned back in his chair and allowed himself to get comfortable as the other high parliament members made themselves more comfortable as well.
Recently promoted Field Marshal Henry Williams was over all commander of Army and Blacklight forces, the Blacklight was officially the special forces of the commonwealth under the command of the ground forces leader, but unofficially they were a breeding ground for the more formidable Blackguards who only took commands from the prime minister.
Sussie Woods was the diplomatic and economics administrator, she was the woman in charge of keeping up diplomatic ties with all the galactic powers and managing the commonwealth's economy, many people believed she was a goddess of accounting and diplomacy with how she was able to handle both difficult tasks with the efficiency she did.
Ulysses was the representative of the AI community, there were currently over 6 million AI citizens living in the commonwealth and all once a year voted in a new member to represent them, Ulysses had managed to wiggle his way into the AI representative spot 3 times now.
They were all chatting quietly as they waited on their final member Hackett and Williams talking about the thought of war games with the Turians, Ulysses was talking with Sussie about the very healthy state of the economy.
These conversations ended when the heavy oak door opened and their elected leader walked in.
"Good evening all" Integra
"Good evening Sir Integra" they all responded
She took her seat in the centre of them with Williams and Hackett to her right and Sussie and Ulysses to her left.
"Now I presume we are all aware of the nature of this meeting?" a chorus of ayes filled the air
"Well then I see no need to recap then, are the guests here yet walter?"
"They should be arriving here momentarily" as if being summoned a Blackguard stepped into the door way.
"Sir's, Madams the admirals have arrived."
"Ah good please send them in" The super soldier nodded and made his way back down the hallway his echoing footsteps fading slightly, stopping, then returning with more in tow.
The same soldier came to the door way again and bade entry to the 3 people following him the remaining admirals of the Quarian Migrant fleet.
"Hello admirals welcome to Terra, as you may or may not know I am Sir Integra Fairbrooks Wingates Hellsing, to my right are Fleet Admiral Hackett and Field Marshal Williams of the commonwealth armed forces, to my left is Sussie Woods the diplomatic and economics minister and Ulysses the representative of the AI community." The last member made the Quarians visibly flinch, Ulysses noticed this.
"I hope my presence here does not offend you admirals." The admirals seemed taken aback by this slightly
"No not at all it is just a bit of a cultural shock given what we have believed for over three centuries" Ulysses nodded his head which, along with the rest of his body, was projected from the emitter built into the desk
"I understand were the roles reversed I suspect my colleagues would react in much the same way."
Lora Raal nodded her head in acceptance then she and her fellow Admirals addressed the parliamentary representatives.
"My name is Lora Raal, to my right is Daroa Xen and to my left is Zaal Koris, we are here to discuss the possibility of an alliance with your people, but first let me ask something, why did you seek us?"
"Ah yes of course, we have heard about the plight your species suffered at the hands of the Geth and the 'punishment' the council inflicted upon you, quite frankly I had to keep it under wraps or the public would be howling for council blood." The Quarians seemed surprised by this so Integra continued.
"But I immediately sensed an opportunity, you see the council is doing it's damndest to keep our hands off of any eezo tech and we are doing an even better job of stopping them from grabbing ours but the way I see it…"
"If you can get the eezo technology off of us you would be able to gain a significant advantage over the citadel council"
"It will help extend our lead in the technology gulf that already exists between us yes"
"Also when it is available your man power will help in any conflict we may come into" stated Field Marshal Williams. Zaal, Lora and Daros looked at the aging man coldly
"You intend to use us a cannon fodder" Williams arched an eyebrow
"Did I say that? no, your man power would help in a conflict, that would mean more soldiers ready to pick up a gun against an aggressor, the more we have on our side the less likely the enemy is to pick up a gun in the first place" Zaal brought a hand to where his chin would be.
"Interesting so we would help be a deterrence, helping to prevent an attack on your people"
"Your people as well Admiral Zaal Koris" Integra said intentionally using his full name
"This is a mutually beneficial alliance, you would get some our albeit out of date but still valuable technology, we would also be willing to aid you in gaining back your home world"
"How?" Koris asked hope blooming in his chest, Integra was about to answer when an aid came up to her an whispered something in her ear.
"Good show him in" the aid nodded and left Integra turned to the admirals.
"Cover them" immediately 6 Black guards decloaked and aimed their weapons at the admirals and subdued their bodyguards. The admirals whirled around shocked
"WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS?" raged Koris
"You'll see in a second" footsteps were heard, footsteps all too familiar to the Quarian Admirals.
A geth avatar entered the room flanked by two human marines dressed in full combat armor. Their rifles held in a ready stance across their chest.
The Admirals were in shock they couldn't do anything for fear of being gunned down by the number of armed humans surrounding them.
"I am sorry that was a necessary precaution" Integra said drawing the attention of the Admirals
"I could not risk you panicking and attacking the Geth ambassador out of fear and panic"
"Ambassador?" Xen asked shocked
"Yes the Geth have sought us out seeking help with a rogue faction in their ranks, they apparently saw on the extranet about our usage of AI's and decided we were a safe option to ask for help. They were encountered after a scout ship jumped into a system being patrolled by one of my patrol groups, the ship immediately sent us a first contact message telling us what they were and what their intentions were. When I was told about this I immediately saw an opportunity, kill two birds with one stone, I help convince the Geth to give you your home world back in return my men help them deal with the rogue faction, securing an alliance with both your races while helping to smooth over relations between your two peoples"
The Admirals turned to look at the Geth suspiciously
"We miss the creators their absence has been sorely missed, we saw these negotiations as an opportunity to help be with the creators again"
"Why would we believe you after everything you have done to us" Lora said disdain in her voice
"We did not wish for what happened to the creators, but the creators attacked us, we defended ourselves, we only wish for peace between us, that is why we offer the home world"
"Why should we trust you, you're an AI?" Ulysses coughed behind them
"That will take time, but we as Geth are willing to do whatever it takes to show you that we mean what we say" The admirals relaxed slightly as Integra looked on.
"I believe a short break is in order, we will reconvene in one hour to finalize what is to happen." Everybody gave some form of acknowledgement and left the room.

Deep underneath the surface of a planet in the commonwealth systems a team of human scientists were working on a project which had recently been authorized by sir Integra. They scurried back and forth like ants typing away on computers or other devices or taking readings of the giant man floating in the tube.
He was well over 10ft tall muscles bulging all over his body, his milky white eyes hidden behind eyelids, his head was bald and his mind was calm all thoughts gone from it in the coma like state.
5 more tanks similar to this were set along the walls of the room, all filled with men in a similar conditions.
In the next room Engineers were working on weapons for these creatures, weapons that looked like they belonged on mechs, enlarged plasma rifles, giant 30cal magnetically accelerated miniguns, quad tubed rocket launchers, even a gigantic flamethrower
Engineers worked on the constantly upgrading them with the latest tech available
In the next room over more engineers worked on their armor it was a mixture of tank armor and carbon nano fiber weaved Kevlar, the Kevlar would be the under suit and allow the creature to move while the tank armor would help reinforce the already 20 cm thick Kevlar in vital areas, the torso, shin guards, elbow greaves, gauntlets and a helmet designed like the Blackguards but reinforced with the tank armor.
Collectively these fearsome creations were all part of project Zeus but the monsters in the tubes were known as Tyrants.

Yes that is a Resident evil reference with the Tyrants, not the movie series, the game series.
