Personality: He is cold, distant, arrogant to his coworkers. He is malicious, vicious, merciless to his enemies. Integra is the only person he respects, the reason is unknown.
Bio: Not much is know about his creation or his past. His name is an acronym V.A.M. stands for versatile assassin mech, he is version pi, model R. He has never failed a mission and has a 100% kill rate. He is best at indoor combat, his favorite tactic when facing a group of enemies is to stealthily kill them one at a time using a snatch and grab technique while they are in view of someone else. He does this because he likes to instill fear in them and finds it funny to watch them have mental break downs.
Weapon:4in long talons, high powered dehydrator syphon
Equipment:
dehydrator syphon:can drain targets of all bodily fluids in seconds, fluids used to prevent overheating due to experimental tech. The bodies of his victims will be in a mummified state.
Sound dampener:makes user in-audible to everyone around him. Emits a tight, sound proof shield around the body, silencing any sound made by the body. Must use coms to communicate when active.
Cloaking Field:allows user to turn invisible.
Hooded Cloak: made of bullet proof metal chain links to help prevent damage from bullets and explosions. Capable of solidify to form glider to help maneuver ability in flight.
EMP generator: creates a short range Emp field to disable near by electronics. Helps to impede enemy efforts as coms will not work and guns won't vent heating.
Legs: designed with rocket feet to allow flight when used in tandem with cloak glider. Capable of jumping great heights.
Arms: designed to lift a hundred times his own weight. There is a grappling hook launcher attached to each wrist. The hands are capable of interacting with other machinery through touch. Each of its five fingers have 4in long talons
Body/Armor: vibranium skeletal frame with armor exoskeleton. Incredibly strong and durable. Emp shielded.
Description: His body resembles a IG-100 Magnagaurd with the head of a YVH 1. His body is a midnight black color. He wears a black metal hooded cloak. His eyes are triangular in shape and glow red in the dark. His mouth has four extra long incisors for an intimidation effect, at the back of his mouth is a retractable high powered dehydrator syphon.

Habits: must refuel his coolant tanks or he will go into emergency shut down, do to the threat of over heating his eezo core. To stop shut down he must "suck someone's blood" every three days or drink roughly 6 gallons of water. To help in his efforts of physiological warfare he will leave his victims in obvious places to be found by their comrades.
Weakness:
The more of his tech is activated the sooner he will have to feed.
If he can't refuel him self he will deactivate.
Can only be reactivated by a suffienct amount of liquids.
When I saw this I thought 'a vampire robot… THAT IS FUCKING AWESOME' so yeah thank you Kebarton for your amazing OC and I hope I do it justice when I place him in the story.
