There were two things, and only two, that Colette liked about her inability to sleep.
The first was the stars. For all the hours she spent at it, she somehow never tired of gazing up at them gazing down on their world.
The second, and the most important, was that while she lay there, watching the stars that watched her and her friends, she could watch over them too. Both the stars and her friends. Because she was going to save them all.
