Hello there my lovelies! It's been a while hasn't it? Around 8 months, huh...

This is NOT one of those 'sorry im not writing this anymore' A/N's

So please read this:

I am most certainly not discontinuing this series. I made a promise more than a year ago when i first got this account that i wouldn't be one of those authors that discontinues stories and i don't plan on breaking that promise.

I am, on the other hand, completely re-writing the whole series.

The thing is... I'm over Harry Potter.

It honestly rips me apart to say it, i've nearly fallen out with my best friend over it, but i am honestly just not in the Harry Potter fandom anymore.

I have still been writing frequently, however this is on my new accound - Buttons Can't Fly where i write Frozen, Animal Crossing, Pokemon and some other stuff too.

No doubt this account will eventually and inevitably become inactive at some point... I may in all honestly, just transfer all my fics over to my other account... Idk at the moment i'm still thining on it.

And honestly, i have big things and i mean big things planned for the end of this fic too haha.

But i wont be writing any more until i have re-written the whole thing. Entirely, every single one up and till now.

And what ive found is that youre mood and state of mind reflects in your righting and characters. And this was getting quite dark tbh... But it should hopefully get better, I'll keep the dark stuff in there, but there shouldn't be AS much as before. I've come a long way since this time last year... And i'm an entirely different person (kinda) with a different (and hopefully improved) writing style so thats why i need to rewrite the whole thing.

If you wish to be kept updated then thats fine :) I'd be more than happy to!

and don't worry - there is no way i will EVER let this fic series die. Lissa and my other darlings mean too much to me tbh. On tomodachi life (3ds game) i've made Lissa and her future husband who i can't reveal hehe and they're expecting a child, Amelia and her husband have had a child too - called Poppy. So my characters are all still very much alive to me.

However, i will be erasing Emily and Catherine. I think i have too many oc's to successfully develop so they will exist but only as the people who share the dorm with Lissa and Amelia. Kind of like Dean and Seamus- they don't really serve a purpose as such and i never really liked them too much to be honest...

I did re-write a few chapters of S&L1 ages ago, but it was on my old computer so...

Oh well, there were a lot of plot holes anyways.

Just remember; I am still out here, and I will keep writing this.

Don't go anywhere, I love you guys, just have faith in me that I will finish this.

But bare in mind im starting gcse's in September so i may be a little busy.

I'm going to aim for the rewrite of S&L1 to be out in December shall we say?

Hopefully I can do that. I'll probably transfer everything to my other account tbh, idk maybe just s&l though cuz of reviews and faves...
