Lexi went white... she felt cold. Briggs, Mike, and the tag team rolled up and arrested the guy before he could get away. Still, Lexi did not move from her spot.

"Hey Lexi, hey.. hey" Mike said as he gently shook her.

"He knew me" Lexi said breathlessly.

"What?" Mike said kneeling down to meet her at eye level.

"He knew me! He said he thought the Petrova family was dead but here I stood before him! He knew me! He said my name!" Lexi was shouting now, "Petrova.. that's my real last name."

Briggs jogged up to the both of them. "Hey Stray.. you ok?"

Lexi shook her head, "not now Briggs... here" she handed him the file and took off in a run out of the park.

"Lexi! Hey Lexi come back!" Mike called after her.

"Let her go man... she'll come back." Briggs said opening the file.

"Briggs he knew who she was." Mike said.

"I know. Don't worry, we got the kid cover. He'll be in isolation for the rest of his miserable life in jail. He won't get the chance to talk to any one." Briggs said and then looked disappointed.

"What?" Mike asked.

Briggs crumbled up the file, "nothing in there we didn't already know."

Lexi could hear Mike calling after her but she didn't care. She ran and ran and ran, trying desperately to out run the memories which seemed to be swallowing her up. It had been a long time since her old life had come back to haunt her. Lexi ran until she couldn't anymore. When she finally did stop, she didn't have a clue where she was. She spotted a pay phone. Lexi placed money in the slot and called Lauren. When Lauren didn't answer she called Donnie. Voice mail. Lexi put more money in the phone and dialed Miami DEA.

"Miami DEA"

"Hi this is Alexia Graceland, agent 3308213, Can I speak with either agents Lauren Kincaid, or Donnie Banks please?" Lexi said into the phone.

"One moment." ... "I'm sorry but they're both under cover and won't be out for two or three more weeks, if you want I can see if I can get a message to them next time they check in with their control officer."

"...Can you just tell them that Lexi called?" Lexi said as a tear slid down her cheek.

"I sure can. Anything else?"

"No, just keep um safe." Lexi said, her voice was growing shaky now. The woman on the phone said something else but Lexi didn't hear. She hung up the phone and began to cry.

"Hey you two. How'd your op thing go?" Charlie asked as Mike and Briggs walked in.

"Ahh it was a bust Chuck." Briggs said.

"Hey where's Lexi girl? Wasn't she helping you guys out?" Charlie asked.

Mike looked at Briggs.

"Um, she took off Chuck." Briggs said scratching his head.

"What? What happened?" Charlie said.

This time Mike spoke. "The guy we were making a trade with recognized Lexi and called her by her name... Alexia Petrova. After that she just spilt."

"Oh, my God, Briggs.. how could you let this happen?" Charlie said, throwing her hands up in the air.

"Hey, look Chucky, I had no idea." Briggs retorted.

"I know, I know... oh my little Russian flower." Charlie said sorrowfully.

"Don't worry, I took care of it." Briggs said.

Charlie nodded, "I just hope she turns up soon."

Hours later, Lexi reappeared.

"Was that Abby? What was she doing here?" Lexi said, her speech was slurred.

Paige and Mike were talking in the Kitchen.

"Lexi?" Mike said.

"Oh my God.. are you... drunk?" Paige gasped.

"Yep, I can see why kids my age do this now." Lexi said walking surprising straight into the Kitchen. "Why was Abby here?"

"I brought her here, It was a mistake." Mike said.

"You're damn right!" Lexi shouted.

Mike and Paige looked shocked.

"Mike this is my home, my family! And you just jeopardized that!" Lexi wobbled in her stance a bit. Mike went to help her but Lexi must have seen his hand reaching toward her as a threat for she shot her arm out to block him.

She steadied herself, "I'm sorry Mike.."

"Oh my God Lexi!" Charlie's voice sounded at the top of the stairs, "I'm so glad you're home! I was so worried about you-" Charlie stopped when she saw the state the young girl was in.

Lexi sprang forward towards the trash can and threw up.

"Oh my gosh, ok I'll take care of this." Charlie said.

"You sure you don't want any help?" Paige said.

"Naaa it's all good." Charlie said.

"I'm sorry Paige.." Lexi said.

"I know sweetie, its ok, we'll talk tomorrow ok?" Paige soothed.

Lexi nodded and Mike and Paige left.

"Alright mi amor let's get you cleaned up." Charlie said.

Lexi climbed into bed as Charlie came into the room and sat on the edge of her bed and rubbed her legs through the covers.

"I miss Donnie.." Lexi said.

"I know" Charlie said.

"I miss Lauren.." Lexi said.

"I know" Charlie repeated.

"I love you" Lexi said.

Charlie smiled, "I know that too."

"I'm sorry about tonight.. It won't happen again... I didn't even like the stuff all that much.."

Charlie took Lexi's hand in her own. "You wanna talk about it."

Lexi shook her head.

Charlie nodded.

"You mad?" Lexi asked.

"Mad? no sweetheart I'm not mad, just worried." Charlie said.

"I was just so scared Charlie... I flipped out. I didn't know what to do." Lexi said.

"You come to me or Paige." Charlie said, a little more forcefully then she meant it too. She sighed. "Sorry. I know you've had a rough day... but me, Paige, Mike, Johnny, Jakes, even Briggs.. we're here for you. We love you."

Lexi sat up and hugged Charlie.

Charlie stroked her hair. "Bedtime chica, and no more of this ok?"

Lexi smiled and nodded.

Charlie turned off the lights and went to leave the room when Lexi called out to her.

"Charlie.. could you maybe stay a few minutes.. just until I fall asleep?"

"Of course mi amor."

"Hey Tie-die, how's your head?" Johnny said as Lexi came down stairs.

"It hurts a little, not much though." Lexi told him as she poured herself a bowl of cereal.

"Well while you was MIA yesterday we caught a break in the Odin case." Johnny said.

"Really!" Lexi said with an excited smile. She wanted to get this bustard.. for Charlie, for Whistler, and for all the people he was killing with his high quality H.

Johnny told Lexi all about what went down and how Mike had decided to force a face to face meet with Odin and Bello to get the rest of the drugs that Odin owed him.

Lexi rode her bike around the area where Bello was waiting. He stood outside a store as Lexi rode around the block. Bello got a text and went inside and Charlie followed him. Lexi continued to ride.

"There's a hole in the wall!" Lexi heard Charlie say on the wire. Then came Mike's voice on the earpiece, "Odin's here, I can feel it."

Lexi put the pedal to the metal and rode around the back of the building. If Odin wanted to make a break out the back, Lexi would be ready for him. As she approached she heard a gun shot and Briggs's voice say "man down!"

Lexi jumped off her bike and ran in the back just as Johnny was running out.

"Odin ran that way out the back!" Briggs was yelling.

"No I just came from there." Lexi said kneeling down next to Briggs and Mike, who was laying on the ground.

"Yes he did, you must have just missed him." Briggs said as Mike was coming too.

"No Briggs, I swear, I was on my bike just outside. The only person that was out there was Johnny." Lexi defended.

"Just shut up Lexi, go help Charlie." Briggs yelled at her.

Lexi flinched back. She gave Mike a once over to make sure he was ok and left.

Later that day Briggs called Lexi too him as he lay in his bed. Mike had just left.

"Hey kid I wanted to say sorry for yelling at ya today." Briggs said.

"It's ok" Lexi replied sincerely. "I swear though Briggs, I didn't see anyone."

Briggs waved his hand at her "It doesn't matter now. I just wanted to say sorry and good work."

Lexi nodded and gave a slight smile. Then she left.

As Lexi was leaving she forgot to ask Briggs something. She went back up and before entering his room she stopped just short of the threshold. She saw Briggs holding up his shirt in the reflection of the mirror... his ribs were bruised.
