It's crazy how I can be so confident one second and then a complete mess the next...only when it comes to this brown-eyed girl in front of me. Her intense brown eyes staring into mine as she placed her hands on my thighs, THANK GOD I WORE PANTS TODAY...I can't even contain myself as it is! I can feel her warm breath against my lips, we're so close, so, so close. I just WANT, NEED her lips on mine, her breath made it's way through my senses, the sweet smell of cinnamon...she does love to chew on Big Red, my favorite gum. She brushes her nose against mine, WHAT A TEASE! She's trying to kill me...my heart is beating so fast...she's trying to kill me.
I swallowed the nervousness in my throat as my breathing quickened even more so than before, "'KISSES' huh?" She let out so softly, a half smile appearing on her face as she squeezed my thighs a little tighter.

"Well...you asked." I said in between breaths.

I watch her full, luscious lips that are seriously messing with me pull into a smirk...she kisses my nose. "Are you nervous?" She whispers.

Her bright brown eyes narrow at me before she leans in, our cheeks side to side...she takes my earlobe in between her lips, lightly tugging on it-HOLY SHIT!

I could feel my eyes go wide and thank goodness I'm siting because my knees are sooo weak...all I could do was suddenly grip her waist a little tighter.
She finally releases my earlobe...her lips still slightly brushing my ear, "I'd ask you again, but I already know..." She kissed my ear sending chills throughout my body.
OH DEAR MOTHER OF ALL THAT IS GOOD IN THIS WORLD...my heart is pounding, I think I might be sweating a little bit.
She gradually pulled back, her glistening brown eyes meeting my face, which was still in shock, overwhelmed, excited, nervous...you name it, I felt it and it was coming through.
Have I always had a THING for Camila? Maybe. She makes me feel funny, something different. Maybe I've been too scared that whatever it is I've always felt might change US...maybe I should ask her out? Or tell her, I can't really think...All I want are her lips on mine..."Camz I-"
"Shush." She breathed out.
DID SHE JUST SHUSH ME?! A confused look spread across my face.
She cupped my face with her right hand as she bit her bottom lip, "I wanna try something," her flickering brown eyes drifting from my lips, to my eyes, back to my lips…she started to lean in.

I watched her close her eyes as she continued to lean in; I closed mine. My heart trying to jump out of my chest…I can sense her lips nearing mine, her breath closer as her soft, tender lips gently made contact with mine.

The door suddenly flung opening causing her to break our barely there lip contact, her hands remaining on my thighs, which also prompted me to snap my eyes open…I'm groaning on the inside.

"Alright Miss Jauregui," she said looking at her clipboard.
I HATE Nurse Hansen; I hate her! Okay I don't hate her, but SERIOUSLY!
"You're parents are here." she finally looked up at me, then at Camila who was still between my legs, her back leaning on me.
She removed her glasses, "Miss Cabello, don't you have somewhere to be?"
"I was just making sure Lauren was okay." She said so sweetly.
"Well Miss Jauregui is going home and I'm sure you need to get to sixth period." She walked out leaving the door open.
Camila turned around, brown eyes meeting mine as she sighed, "I better go. Feel better okay?" She dipped her head, smiling. "No more getting into fist fights with boys." She nodded.

"I'll try," I rolled my eyes as I flashed her a half smile.
I watch her walk to the door, pausing turning in my direction, "Lauren."

"Thank you, for defending me." And she was out the door.

It's almost 1am and I can't sleep. All I've been doing is staring at the ceiling and counting sheep, which by the way doesn't work! Ugh! I look at my phone, nothing…nooo, put it away, fight the urge. Should I text her and say something…mention what happened in the nurse's office, what ALMOST happened in the nurse's office. All I see are her brown eyes, I'm staring at the ceiling-BROWN EYES, I close my eyes-BROWN EYES. I put my pillow on my face and groan.

How does she make my heart skip a beat through text messaging? It's crazy how one day you wake up and you see something that's been right in front of you all along. Camz and I, how we were, how we are…I wouldn't change any of it. I'm not sure about anything, I'm not sure about how we will be and I can't stop myself from feeling the way I do about her, I just have to go for it.
