Alright so three things first off before I begin. Firstly I want to say Merry Christmas or happy holidays to every reader that reads this. Secondly all I ask for this chapter is as it is the so called "season of giving" at least give me a review. I like writing this but the next chapters won't be uploaded until a review is posted. And finally a HUGE FUCKING THANKS to all the people that got this story to its 1000th view count. And one more thing before I forget I wrote this at 11:15pm all the times I sat down on the computer to write this and I didn't stop until like 3 or 4am. So things seem badly written in this chapter but hey, I got it done. (I know it's a poor excuse for quality. Maybe if I get more than one review I'll upload two chapters during this time of giving…Maybe.

As I let go of Chains I looked at the doorway only to see a brief flash of sandy blonde fur disappear. (Sara, oh Arceus what happened?) I thought as I slowly walked out of the room only to see Sara softly crying behind a pillar in a morph like form. As the flashback wormed its way to the surface I began to smile sympathetically at her as I slowly rubbed the back of her neck watching her freeze up before going to stand up as I put my other hand in the centre of her back assisting her. She now stood at five foot nine just slightly shorter than me. "Leone why did you give your life up all those years ago?" Sara asked as I sighed "I remember it was to protect you from that Gallade. He got a death just not the one he was hoping for." I replied only to hear a voice behind me.

"Yeah sorry about that, but I had reasons." A male voice spoke from behind me and thinking on instinct alone I spun around my right elbow nailing the owner of the voice hard in the face. I snapped around to see a gallade holding his not bleeding cheek as he stared back at me as I got between him and Sara as Chains appeared in the door "you take one more step in our direction it will be your last one." I spoke as he slowly raised his hands in a surrendering posture, his blades looking sharper than the flashback portrayed. "Listen I'm sorry about that event, orders were orders. And you know how hard some things are to do because of an order." He slowly spoke while slowly backing away as I relaxed slightly.

"yeah I do, however if you wanted to take a life I thought the leader would have been a top priority target, unless you drew her…you managed to…fuck, Chains stay close to me." I said before I left the room with Chains nearly touching my back with her face "Leone what happened?" she asked as I continued walking forward answering as I went "when I was here before, I lost my life to that Gallade, now think, the top priority would have been the leader or Arceus, so she was number one on his list, but he couldn't get to her because of the security measures, so he had to draw them away by making them distraught over the loss of a valued warrior leaving Arceus open for the kill."

I stopped talking as I reached the double doors that lead to the meeting room as Chains slowly walked to be standing on my left while I put my hand on the door before I stepped back and closed my eyes "Leone what are you?" Chains began to ask before I raised a hand to silence her. "Great mother of earth, leader of all mortal life, and secret keeper of the dead. I ask of one thing that goes deep into my souls past, the vision you were graceful enough to show led me to believe something is very wrong so I seek your guidance. Show me the true face of whoever is inside the room, and show me their disguise." I said before opening my eyes to see symbols being etched into the golden surface of the door as I began to read them aloud.

"The one you seek is an old foe, but is taking the form of an overgrown white doe. Well that's just great," I said stepping back before pacing back and forth "an old foe that could be anyone, especially if it's a renegade then I've got my work cut out for me, it has to be a renegade but what or rather who is it?" I continued as Chains grabbed me by the shoulders. "Leone I'll be by your side and you know I'll do it until the end." Chains said as I smiled slightly "now don't say that, that just makes it worse." I said with a slight British accent as I opened the door only to see half a pentagonal star drawn with Arceus standing on the other end of the room snarling at me.

"Leone, what is it you require, surely you aren't looking for trouble." Arceus said her snarl turning into a small smile as I sighed and walked to the edge of the pentagonal star before looking down "you realize I can see this right?" I asked looking back up to Arceus to see her smiling still "see what?" she asked as I slowly stepped away from the star. "Chains get out of here, this you don't want to see." I said before I heard Chains leave and shut the door leaving just me and Arceus in the room as she began to laugh lightly "you should have kept her in here Leone." Arceus said before I saw the star complete itself with the familiar runes I had seen so many times. I took a deep breath before I began to slowly enter the circle stepping into the centre of the star staring at Arceus smiling still before I saw a shadow move behind her.

"Ark angel, dark angel, lend me thy light, through deaths veil till we have haven in sight." I whispered slowly as the star began to glow a deep blood red as I smiled at another one forming under Arceus "Leone you don't know what you're doing." Arceus said stepping forward only for my hand to raise and blast her back into the centre of her circle as the star completed "stars of old and stars of na'ul and stars of the great one herself, they give me strength and make me understand what I am doing." I said as I began to smile wider as Arceus soon began to have black mist emerge from the corners of her mouth as the other legendary Pokémon entered and gasped at the sight.

"Fercifur hag do mond do etzes, emondo uay eubules emastrator nikamares astilarbes distrowel hearmal naga na'ul bemostaton." I whispered as the star under Arceus began to glow a deep gold before a wall of golden light shot out from the star trapping Arceus inside as I slowly stepped out of the pentagonal star and approached the wall. "You should have left when you had the chance Lakshmana, you could have saved yourself this pain if you just never interfered." I said as I slowly began to recite the same chant again and again as Arceus began to scream in pain as the smoke exited through her mouth and nostrils before forming above her. I smiled wider and began speaking the chant louder as Arceus began to cry as more of the mist formed above her.

Eventually I stopped before taking a breath as I slowly raised my hands and touched the wall of light. "Great mother of earth, I have taken care of the old foe and it is now ready to face your judgement and punishment." I said as the wall of light shrunk into a small orb and eventually vanished into thin air as Arceus fell to the floor whimpering as I walked over to her. Eventually I began to slowly kneel before her and saw that her eyes had lightened to a jade green but she was breathing shallowly "come on, don't die on us yet." I said as I began to reach into my back pocked and pulled out my CRKT Persian folder and flicked the blade open. I stared at her to see her eyes were losing light.

"God dammit all." I cursed silently as I cut deep into my arm letting my blood hit the centre of the star as I began to lower my head. "Leone what are you doing?" I heard Rachel ask and I sighed as I turned to look at her "repaying the favour that was long overdue, this will most likely kill me and even if it doesn't I wouldn't be the same. In terms of physical form, my mind would be intact but I'd be in pain if I survived. The toll this takes on the physical form is enough to kill even the strongest of men." I explained as I lowered my head again and closed my eyes "I can't let that happen Leone. I lost you once I'm not losing you again." Rachel said before I began to speak.

"Great gods and goddesses of the five elements, water, air, earth and fire. I offer my blood to you in return for the life of the one that most of the others in this room worship, I offer my soul to help heal what was lost and finally I offer my physical form to help restore her own." I spoke before I saw the star again glow but this time it was a deep fire red as a women with blazing red hair and wearing a red robe walked forward and placed her hand on my bleeding arm. "You don't need to offer us anything; you have helped us more than you know. So don't worry about it, we'll do it. Just make sure you keep our second home pure." She said as I nodded slowly and stepped back.

Suddenly a pure white glow surrounded Arceus as she was lifted into the air as I sighed and plugged in my headphones and began to play 'All as one' by miracle of sound. I watched as the glow began to fade and Arceus was slowly lowered to the ground. As the glow finally vanished I slowly walked over to Arceus only to be hit over the head with a closed fist. I whipped around only to stare into the eyes of Moltress as I slowly backed away from her waiting for the song to get heavier. As it did I smirked and got into a southpaw stance ready to fight as Moltress charged at me. I managed to sidestep her initial charge but her arm snapped out at the last second and she managed to hit the left side of my lower jaw.

I began to get angry as the stars began to glow a deeper blood red as I heard the legendary Pokémon squeal as I slowly turned around only to meet the face of an old friend "Matt, it's been a while." He said as I smirked and walked towards the hound "it has indeed Shal'kan, tell me. What has been stirring up down there?" I asked as I knelt down to stare into his pure amber eyes. "Well the forces are being held off, and the hydras are behaving rather well. Oh and, how should I put this…she knows you're here. Just thought I'd warn you, anyway now that that is over I'm off." He said and I nodded slowly "alright, hopefully we'll see each other again soon."

He smirked back before a quick burst of flames erupted from the ground and took him with the passing flames back to the underworld. "Leone what was that?" I heard Moltress ask and I snarled as I stood up again "he was a good friend of mine, and if what he said was true then we're going to need to get past the differences with the renegades and let them help us, we can't do it even with our current force. We need all the help we can get. We'll also have to have protective symbols and runes all over the place, when these things do choose to attack they will most likely not break a sweat if they do get past me. And yes that means I'll be patrolling the halls nearly all the time. No arguments. I need something that can carve accurately, one wrong line or even a miniscule mistake and the rune or symbol is useless."

My words were having an effect on all of them but especially Rachel because she walked over to my side and grasped me in a tight hug "Leone I can't let you do this on your own, I lost you once I'm not losing you again. Please Leone tell us what's coming, you said that thing was a friend of yours, tell me what's coming, please Leone." Rachel begged me as I sighed and stood up staring into Rachel's eyes. "What's coming is an entire army, of both demons and tortured souls, like what happened with Mystic and me. Except that thing was only a level three, there are five levels before the ruler himself. The lowest are like bugs, parasites that are easy for a novice to remove, the second are the regular beings in the underworld. Trapped souls, looking for freedom, then there are the level three demons. More aggressive than any other, they are like the guards of hell itself, then the fourth, the leader of hells personal guard. Highly trained warriors that require proper rituals to get rid of them, then the final are the very spawn of the leader of hell itself. I call them wrath Childs. Spoilt pricks."

My explanation struck all of them as Rachel gasped and stepped back as Moltress knelt down in front of Arceus before placing a clawed hand against her throat presumably checking for a pulse. Soon after she stood up and turned around to face me with a hardened glare I was happy to return with my own killers glare "she's alive, you're lucky." Moltress spat at me before I sighed and raised a palm in her direction before throwing her backwards. I kept my hand raised before I lifted my hand up slightly higher watching as Moltress was lifted into the air frozen with a look of horror on her face. "I wouldn't count myself lucky. I think it should be you who should count yourself lucky, I know things that can scare you shitless and would make you unable to sleep even with a prayer. I know words that can still give you nightmares, which will print themselves in your mind."

My words clearly had an effect on Moltress as I released her as she fell to the floor and stayed there. I sighed as I turned around and walked out of the room nearly bumping into both Sara and Chains as they were waiting nearly just outside the door. I closed the door behind me as I walked back to my quarters as I sighed and sat down on the bed with my head in my hands. (If she knows I'm here then this isn't good. Why would she still want me? I clearly told her that I wasn't into her, but she had to continue trying to win my heart. Why?) I thought sadly as I heard the door open slowly and quiet footfalls approaching me slowly. I smirked under my hands and when I knew whoever it was, was within arm's reach of me I acted.

I quickly reached out and grabbed whoever it was by the arm and threw him or her onto the bed as I quickly put my spare hand to their throat and planted my right leg across his or her chest stopping movement as I got a good look at whoever it was. I sighed as I realised who it was and let go allowing her to sit up and look at me. "Leone you alright?" she asked as I smiled slightly. "Yeah Sara I'm fine. I was just acting on instinct. We need to get ready for what's coming." I replied as Sara sighed and put her hand on my left shoulder gently making me sigh and put my head in my hands again. "You need to rest Leone, just relax alright. We have time, don't worry. We'll get them when they come, and we'll be ready. But for now you need to rest."

I sighed at her words and slowly lay back staring at the ceiling as I gathered my thoughts. "I will rest peacefully when there isn't anything to worry about." I whispered as the door opened again and I heard Chains speak. "Leone what did you do to get to know the guards of the underworld?" I heard her ask as I sat up and put my head in my hands after motioning her to come in. "Close the door behind you, don't want anyone else to know this." I whispered as Chains shut the door and sat down next to me as I began. "Alright so before I was brought here after my false father and brother died I became obsessed with summoning spells, rituals and all the other bollocks of that sort."

Chains gasped but I continued. "Shortly after this I began doing different learning runes and the star, after that I used my knowledge to train myself. I began doing minor curses on hunters and poachers while in the comfort of wherever I was. I eventually began to be wanted for suspicious activity after the murder of two relatives in the eyes of the police. That's why the chief was nearly overjoyed when he saw me in cuffs. I was a good evader, too good for his liking so he put a bounty on me. It got paid of course. Made them arrest a poacher who looked almost exactly like me. But important details were there. Eventually they knew about the fake and tried to find me, but that's where that ends as I was taken up here and fought that bird."

My words finished with me letting out a small chuckle as Chains smiled softly and wrap her arm around my shoulders. I then began to hear a small gasp outside the door. I froze for a second before quietly getting up motioning for Chains and Sarah to stay quiet as I slowly advanced towards the door making sure my footsteps were lighter as the door became within arm's reach I waited until I knew I was out of its arc of opening before slowly resting my hand on the handle before quickly wrenching the door open to see Moltress falling towards obviously eavesdropping on the situation. My sensible mind going blank I reached out and got Moltress in a type of sleeper hold to where I had control but wasn't applying pressure.

"How much did you hear?" I questioned her, my voice just above a demonic whisper as she shivered before smirking though I could sense her slowly rising fear. "Enough to get you sent to hell. Demon." Moltress laughed as she soon began to cackle slowly. I remembered the very few people that did this and got ready for the worst as I put my hand around her mouth and my spare hand across her neck my elbow resting under her chin as I slowly began to apply pressure on her neck hearing her muffled laughter cease. Only for her hands to dart up and begin to try and break the hold and give her some room to breathe. "Why try and throw me in a place I belong if I'm a demon?"

My question was met with silence as Chains and Sara both looked on at the struggle that could have been life threatening had I seen her arms begin to go limp and let go completely letting an unconscious Moltress fall to the floor breathing shallowly. "Leone are you alright?" Sara asked me as I sighed and put my head in my left hand as I answered. "Give me a minute. If what I've been told by everyone is true, then I need a minute to adjust. This can't keep happening, I won't defend her if all she does is take it greedily then when everything's over try and kill me. I know I didn't have to knock her out but I couldn't just let her go screaming bloody murder."

I saw Sara get up and approach me as she reached my left side she slowly put her hand on the centre of my back just over my heart as Chains got up and put her hand on the centre of my chest directly over my heart as well. Realizing what they were trying to do I quickly put my hands on their own. "I can't let you talk with whom or what is possessing this mortal form. I can't let you because I can control it now, but when I get put in a position quite similar to this I don't know what he will do; I won't be a bystander to a murder I could have stopped." I spoke sadness just beginning to enter m I spoke sadness just beginning to enter my voice as I forced their hands off of me and laid down on the bed staring at the ceiling. Soon enough a dim light appeared in the doorway. Looking in the direction I saw it was Sara who had transformed into a morph form with her tails being ignited by blue and golden flames. I didn't get time to question it as I blacked out.

Third Person POV. (WARNING, EXORCISM SCENE.) SKIP TO NEXT POV CHANGE IF YO UARE UNCOMFORTABLE.

Leone's body began to shake uncontrollably as Sara began to slowly advance only to be pushed back and frozen in place by Leone speaking in a demonic voice that seemed like multiple voices echoing. "You aren't strong enough. You never were. As for you two, the weakling already tried to get me out, all attempts have failed with their blood being spilt. So now it's your turn." As he went to get up Chains suddenly looked into Leone's eyes seeing that the usual Red was gone leaving only a pitch black void in its wake. "Sara he has no control now. Remember what he said, he couldn't control it. We could try and repent this thing but at what cost to his body? Remember they can take lives, it happened with the one before me you said. So please, just tell Leone to come back to us and for this thing to stay down."

Sara sighed quietly before advancing again before speaking. "Who are you? What is your name?" she asked as Leone chuckled. "Furcifer" he replied making Sara's eyes widen in fear as Arceus entered the room only to gasp in horror at what she saw. "In the name of the great Arceus, I banish Furcifer back to where he came." Sara spoke before putting one of her tails with a golden flame onto Leone's chest seeing him begin to gasp and seethe in pain before finally screaming in agony. His entire body felt like it was being ripped limb from limb as he them began to arch his back upwards feeling an incredible pain in the lower area of his spine. Sara then put her hands on his shoulders as she began to repeat a single phrase. "Furcifer you are banished, your masters are defeated, come back to us Leone."

Leone POV (Cut me some slack alright I haven't read much on exorcisms and for good reason..)

I felt pain wrack my body as I began to see clearly and saw Sara's face staring me down as she slowly lifted her tail off of my chest and releasing her hands from my shoulders and standing tall before extending her hand down for me to grasp. Realising what she had done I slowly stood up on my own feeling pain wrack my body causing me to fall to my hands and knees on the floor. "Do you have any idea what you've just done?" I asked weakly seeing Sara look at me bewildered. "I got rid of this thing, you should be happy." She said slowly before I responded. "That thing took the pain I felt, I haven't feel pain unless it was from something to do with his kind. And you just had to get rid of him making me feel mortal pain as well as spiritual and mental pain. Forget defending this place, all this power I had, came from that thing, I have no power over anything above a level two now. Just fucking great."

Sara stepped towards me as I slowly began to stand up before leaning against the bed for support. "Leone whatever power you had, it's still there, I know it is, you just have to remember what it was like before and while you were being given it." Arceus said slowly as I looked at her and sighed before beginning to feel a presence walking towards the door. "Well I guess if this is who I think it is I get to go out like I did before." I said before grunting in pain as I tried to stand up only for a bright golden light to appear behind me and enter my body filling me with a hope I hadn't felt in years. "Leone? I heard screaming." I heard an almost forgotten voice say from the doorway.

Who is in the doorway? An old foe or an old friend? Or neither? Only way to find out is by reading the next chapter. So until then I will see you guys, in the next chapter.
