Lucinda's POV
The Next day
I woke looking forward to another day of school with my friends, and my new seeker friends! Apparently from Daddy, that Cybertronians that are able to fly and have wings are called 'Seekers', and they are very protective of their trine family and bots they have made bonds with.
Daddy says that Seekers with red optics are part of the group of Decepticons and should not be trusted, even if they seem friendly!
I wanted to tell Daddy about going flying with Thundercracker and Skywarp today but after what he said about seekers with red optics, I knew he would say no. I always do what I am told because Daddy is in charge; but when I comm both seekers they said to tell him I was doing extra credit.
Lie to Daddy?
I guess I could just this once…
I'm showing everybot that not every bot or seeker with red optics aren't all bad, and we can all be friends and get along.
Daddy was happy I was interested in learning more about our cultural and approved staying after school to study; but he's picking me up at school when 'extra credit' finished. Hopefully an hour and a half to go flying!
I was in deep thought about the whole thing that I didn't even noticed when I arrived at school.
"Sweetspark? Are you alright?" Daddy asked me.
"Huh? Oh sorry yes Daddy, I'm fine."
He didn't look like he believed me, but he let it go for now I guess?
"Very well then. I will pick you up after extra credit, I'll have finished work then."
"Okay"
He kissed my helm before setting me down and transformed again to drive to the Autobot Base. As he left, I saw the twins and their father arrive at school too.
"See ya Sire!" They called out to their father before walking over to me. Sideswipe was the one who picked me up and walked us inside school.
"Good morning Sunstreaker, Sideswipe." I said to them chipper. Hopefully they had forgotten about the seeker incident that happened yesterday.
"Morning Lucy…. Listen before class starts, how about the three of us have a talk?" Sideswipe said kind of serious and kind of nervous at the same time.
"Of course, as long as we're not late to lesson."
We walked around the corner to the old art room, it was smaller than our classrooms we have now. Rhythm had told me that they were turning this room to an energon making room!
"So…. What did you want to talk about?"
"It's about the cons you talked to yesterday." Sunstreaker said gruffly.
Oh no… Not again!
"Sunstreaker. Please stop calling them cons, they're actually very nice once you get to know them."
"Nice? Cons? How can you say that?!"
"What Sunny means to say is that, well the seekers shouldn't be trusted to easily Lucy. They were brought up to lie and cause misery to everyone who isn't a co….. I mean one of them."
"I know this boys. My Daddy told me the exact same thing about them; but please answer me this. What do you know about them?"
"Know about them? Their evil and hate anybot who isn't a con!" Sunstreaker said angrily. I know he wasn't angry at me, just angry at the situation I was in.
"No. I mean what do you know about them. Personally."
"Lucy?"
"What's their favourite colour, do they like maths, and do they enjoy school, what's their dream when they grow up. What do you know about them?"
They looked at me with confusion in their optics, they just stood there silent.
"I know you don't like them or trust them, but I do! I know what they like and don't like and what they dream of. They listen to me and us all share similar traits! Did you know that at home they play tricks on their trine family?"
"No. No we didn't."
"If you put aside the raised by 'cons' thing for a while, and got the chance to just talk to them; you guys would get along! So can you please trust me and understand why I am doing this?"
"We just you Lucy, it's them we don't trust!"
"Yeh. And we are not risking your life because of them!"
My life? Did they really think they would hurt me?
"I'm going flying with them. I'm sorry but there's nothing you can say that will change my mind." I said sternly. I don't like talking like that, but sometimes I have to stand up for myself and show bots that just because I'm small, doesn't mean I'm stupid.
(Sighs)
"Alright alright fine! Just…. Just promise us you'll be careful. And don't do something you don't wanna do okay?"
I smiled at their concern
"I promise."
After school
School had just finished and I just said my goodbyes to the twins and Rhythm and waiting for the seekers to meet me at the stairs. I was on the top step because…. Well I didn't want risk getting squished before flying!
"Hey Lucinda!" Thundercracker and Skywarp walked up to me and Skywarp offered me his palm like yesterday.
"Hello boys."
"We weren't too sure if you show up?"
"I promised I would, and I would never brake a promise to my friends."
"Rad. Well let's get flying"
Just then they both jumped into the air and transformed in mid-air. Skywarp transformed and put my into his cockpit, it was just the right size for my little size. I suppose when they get upgraded that their cockpit would grow in size.
A seatbelt wrapped around me in a tight, but not painful grip.

I couldn't help but smile at the seekers, its soooo exciting bring in the air for the first time!
One hour later
From flying with Thundercracker and Skywarp I had learnt that they had passion and took pride in performing their flight and tricks perfectly. I think it's a seeker thing?
Not long ago we changed seeker for me flying in; and when I said changed. I meant changed.
We were in middle of flight when all of a sudden Skywarp threw me out of his cockpit and Thundercracker caught me and landed in his cockpit. I was terrified! And yet…. I felt the thrill!

It took just under half an hour when we arrived back at school, luckily for us there were no sign of my Daddy yet.
"Thank you both for today. It was the most fun I have ever had!"
"No props Lucinda"
"Yeh. We had a lot of fun too!"
"Maybe…. We could do this again sometime?"
"Yeh! We could do this regularly"
"Well we better get going before someone sees us. We'll see you tomorrow Lucinda"
They jumped up and transformed into their vehicles again and flew away in a blast.
BEEP BEEP
I turned around and saw Daddy pulling into the school. I only hope he didn't see my seeker friends!
