Sorry it took so long but here is chapter 3 of this version. Before we get on with the story here is answer to reviews.

Naruto or as his new hero name is Vergil. Yes they chose to give him the name of his old self. He didn't original want that name. After talking to his sister she explains. That just trying to forget that he was ever Vergil will not stop the memories and action he did. Maybe having Vergil as a hero that the people love will. Naruto was now in Gotham heading to Arkham like batman promise.
{Ok I can do this. I can do this. I have taken many amazon, used many woman and took on a god I can do this. Funk no I can't, not even going to try.} Thought Naruto as he walk to Arkham in his Vergil form before having the last thought and turned around.
{Uh kit you know it better to talk to her now then later. When she out and about and may kill you.} Thought Kurama getting Naruto to stop.
{That a good point only one problem. First poison can't kill me; second those plants of her wouldn't touch me before I knock her out.} Thought Naruto

{Yeah good point alright here I go.} Thought Naruto walking through the door of Arkham.
The guards saw him and stop him. Until they saw it was the new hero Vergil. They did wonder why he was here.
"Here for a visit." Said Vergil breaking the guards out of their stubborn
"For who?" asked the guard
"Pamela Isley." Said Vergil getting wide eyes from the guards not expecting this.
"Ok we'll see if we can get it set up." Said the guard as he check while the other check for weapons and other things seeing the sword the guard asked for it.
"This Yamato will probably hurt you so let me keep it just in case she attacks." Said Vergil getting nod of understanding from the guard.
"Integration room 5 sir." Said one of the guards getting a nod from Vergil. as Vergil went down the hall to the room he didn't know that the guard called commissioner Gordon to make sure this isn't a set up to release from Arkham.
Pamela Isley or as the world knew her poison ivy was sitting in her cell. Tending to her babies. She had special place in her heart for each of them but one she held above the rest black rose. The one she receives from the man who she would only love. The man who would give up everything for her. The man who was in love with her before she was ivy. Vergil the man is also the reason she doesn't trust any man any more. He said after this job she and he would leave and never come back but he never came. It hurt that he just disappeared off the map. Then Vergil had the nerve to show up with those good two shoes, and the bat. He does say a world to her and yet there he was one the news the newest member of the justice league.
"Isley you have a visitor." Said a guard as she looked out her cell to see about 5 guards waiting for her. Now why would she have a visitor certainly Vergil isn't that dumb to show up after all this time to talk. A small part of ivy hopes so.
"Fine I'm coming." Said ivy as the guards cuff her and lead her away.
"Hey red if this is an escape please come back and get me." Said Harley ivy's best friend
"Don't worry Harl if this is an escape it's not mine." Said ivy as the guard led her past Harley cell getting a smile and nod from Harley.
"He's in there waiting for you no fun business ivy." Said one of the tougher guards.
{Please one smell of mine dust and you'll be my slave.} Thought ivy as she led into the room. The room was dark not very many lights she couldn't see past the chair she be sitting in. the guards put her cuffs and are about to lock them to the table when a voice stop them.
"That won't be nessacrie." Said the voice as the guards stop unsure what to do.
"Uh sir is regulation to." Said one guards until the voice stop them again.
"I can handle myself if she causes too much trouble I will make sure that I can stop her." Said the voice getting a nod form the guards
"While the argument between the guards and the visitor ivy heart was racing that voice she knew that voice by heart. {It can't be. why would he be here? He must know what I have done. What I plan to do to him.} Thought ivy. While she was thinking the guards left the room leaving them along.
"It's good to see you my black rose I just." Said Vergil until he was interpreted by a slap from ivy. "Ok probable deserve that." After he said that ivy started to punch his chest
"You bastard. I waited for you. You said you would come right back. Yo-you said th-that we would lea-leave after tha-that job but you ne-never cam-came." Said ivy as her punching slowly stop as she cried into Vergil chest as Vergil holds her. While she cries.
"shh it ok I know. I wish that I could make it up but I can't all I ask for is a chance to talk to you." Said Vergil as ivy final settle down and stop crying.
"Ok but you own me since this is the first time I've cried in a while." Said ivy as Vergil nodded
"Ok first I'll explain where I was and then go from there. I won't interrupt your story. You won't interrupt mine." Said Vergil getting ivy to nod as Vergil got comfortable.
"Ok first my new name is Naruto. Now the reason I was not there for you was that I didn't get the job to work. I was capture and put into prison a tower that no one could find. The gods since I have told you about them right?" asked Naruto getting nod form ivy.
"Yeah before you left you told me about the island and the gods." Said ivy
"Ok anyway the gods put a curse on me. A curse to where I was dying. That time frame gave me a year to live. Around that time I thought about you. How I wouldn't get to see you. I knew that if I died I wouldn't get to you. A chance came to me. My sister cane and free me as I had forgiven her. I had broken amazon law my mother gave me another punishment. The punishment was to make sure my sister didn't do anything reckless and to protect her." Said Naruto as ivy sit there taking this all in.
"So Naruto now right?" asked ivy getting a nod form him "ok so your family I guess is back together. Now you won't go off on mission unless it justice league. Now that might be a probable. Since I am one of the bat's main villains. So it won't work no matter what you say." Said ivy
"Hey I know all you have to do is behave and then you can get out of here and not have to worry about it. You will live with me ok." Said Naruto
"It doesn't matter the people of this world continue to destroy the vital plants in this world." Said ivy getting a shock look form Naruto
"ok black rose I know you had a little upset when I left tell me why are you like this?" asked Naruto
"Ok after you left I was introduce to Harvey dent. Who took a liking to me. He had destroyed the roses you showed me before you left. By him destroying those rose I realized that people can't be trusted. As time went along and my chance at getting the revenge the plants deserve. I need to get more powerful. So I made a chemical that gave me my green skin look and the parmones I give off. I help me along the way but there I guess 2 things that always came to my mind. One helping my babies out when they can't defend themselves. The second was you the man who promise something that I can't have anymore." Said ivy looking down at the ground sad
"What is it?" asked Naruto
"The chemicals I use to help me along with. The inmates here to make sure I was immune the chemical. One day joker decide to play a 'joke' on me. It cost me a lot to stop myself from dying. I had to put the formula in me, but at a cost I can never have a child." Said ivy getting a shock look from Naruto as he grabbed her and hold her to make sure she won't be crying on his shoulder.
{I'm going to kill that clown. I don't care what bat said. I'm considering using impure on him. Minato looks like I found your body.} Thought Naruto
{Now I may have to agree, but I don't want to be having that body thank you very much.} Thought Minato
{I have to agree if Minato had that body I think I freak.} Thought Kushina
{We all agree that he does die right.} Thought Kurama
{Yes} {Yep} {Oh yeah not chance he leaves alive.} Thought Naruto Kushina, and Minato
"Then why? Why haven't you killed him yet?" asked Naruto
"Harley. She a friend of mine. I want to save her form the joker, but until she see it. She the one who should kill him no one else. That is why." Said Isley
"You always wanted to help someone. That had been in trouble even if they don't feel like they need it black rose." Said Naruto getting a smile from Isley
"Yeah after you left she kind made me feel as happy as you did. I'm not sure if you two should meet or not. I don't know if I can handle all the things you two will do together." Said Isley
"What me no you must be talking about someone else." Said Naruto using fake shock. Getting an elbow from Isley
"Maybe if I get out I will introduce the two of you, or maybe not." Said Isley
"Yeah if you can behave then maybe I will if you agree to that. Then the bat will let you live with me I'll even let you bring you babies with you." Said Naruto getting a smile from ivy she open her mouth to say something when Naruto communicator went off.
"Vergil we need you to meet us in central city." Said his sister
"Ok, in the middle of something. Call the too fast for everything guy it his city not my problem.
"That the thing it disappear of the flash, and green lantern were in the city when it disappear." Said Diana getting a sign from Vergil
"Ok I'll meet you there." Said Vergil then he turned to ivy and open his mouth to say something but stop when ivy put her hand up.
"Hey it ok just go. I'll see you when you get back." Said ivy
"Hey don't worry this time I'll come back. I'm mmm." Said Vergil until ivy kissed him.
The guards burst in the door thinking that she just killed him. When they separate them they saw he was still standing and alive. Vergil looked at them pissed.
"What the hell do you think you're doing?" asked Vergil ready to unleash Yamato on them
"Sir we thought that she was trying to kill you. Her kiss is poison to anyone but you." Said the guard as they released ivy.
"Ok understandably. See you ivy." Said Vergil as he left through the door.
After he left the room. The guard escorted ivy back to her cell, but no one had ever see that big of a smile that would make the joker jealousy. The guards then lock ivy back in her cell.
"Hey red what happen how come your smile so much?" asked Harley
"Simple har my guys back and he is better than ever." Said ivy
"Really who c'mon spill please?" Said Harley
"How about I tell if you agree to be good then you can come and meet my Adam." Said ivy
"So his name is Adam, or is he the Adam to your eve?" ask Harley using her former psychiatrist to use.
"The latter." Said ivy with a dream look
"Wow who would have thought that you would find him?" Said Harley
"Actually it my former boyfriend the one I told you about." Said ivy
"Okay I'll do it." Said Harley
In the javelin
"Ok so the city just vanished into thin air?" asked Vergil
"yeah I tried to raise them on comm but nothing happen." Said hawkgirl
"Ok that new to me. Unless someone know how to use jutsu, then there now way not even technology is that good as fair as I know." Said Vergil
"Ok you guys were approaching central city." Said wonder woman
"Or at least where central city use to be." Said hawkgirl as she pointed to where the city was
"Proximity alert." Said wonder woman pressing buttons
"But there's nothing there." Said J'onn
"Batman built this device if it says there's something there, then there's something there." Said wonder woman suddenly the javelin hits something causing it to fall to the ground. They team after getting out of the javelin and saw scratches and dings on the wing.
"Remind me never to doubt technology again." Said Vergil getting a nod of head from J'onn
"Let's see what we hit." Said wonder woman as she walked forward and touched a field "it looks like an energy field. Can you phase through it?" asked Diana to J'onn he nodded then flew towards it, but was push back as soon as he touches it.
"No it seems to be highly advance." Said J'onn as hawkgirl grabbed her mace
"Let me try to get through." Said hawkgirl as she flew and hit the field and was shock then flew back. Vergil seeing her fall caught her.
"Ok let's try one more thing before throwing violence out." Said Vergil as he gentle put hawkgirl down. Vergil then raised his arm as if to ask a question. The team was about to ask what he was doing when the cloud suddenly darken and thunder and lightning was heard. 'Kirin' said Vergil as a dragon made of lightning came out of the clouds. Vergil dropped his arm and the dragon crash straight into the energy field. The rest of the team covered their eyes because of the blinding light. When they open there eyes the field could now be seen but it was not down. "Ok we have to find another way because that was one of my strongest jutsu." Said Vergil as he tried to catch his breath.
Diana walked over to her brother and patted him on the back for his effort. She didn't say it but she knows that the attack he use was one of the strongest she seen him use. That attack did weaken the field but she doubt he brother can pull a second one out right now. "Batman can you find anything out about this field?" asked Diana to the comm in her ear.
"Diana I've analyzed the data you've sent. I can't find a way through unless Vergil can form another jutsu like the last one." Said batman
"Not for a while it a one a day type technique." Said Vergil trying to think of other jutsu that may work.
"Ok then I've found a similar energy. In Africa." Said batman
"Could the city have been transported?" asked wonder woman with wide eyes.
"No, but it's worth investigating. I'm sending the coordinates to javelins G.P.S., and I'll meet you there." Said batman as the team went to the javelin.
"Ok off to Africa people." Said Vergil
"Yeah, but just so long as we don't meet any monkeys I hate them." Said Kurama
"And this has nothing to do with the thirds summoning." Said Minato
"Maybe a little bit but still." Said Kurama
Time skip
Batman looked behind him as he study the field. "There's no question, this energy field is the same as the one in central city." Said batman as hawkgirl tapped the field.
"And that thing took one of my most powerful jutsu, so I'm not sure about this one." Said Vergil as the rest talk with him he notice a turret. "Oh crap." Said Vergil as the turret shock them knocking the out.
They woke up with cuffs on each of them. Vergil looks and saw they were some type of the prison. "If I had dollar for every time I was knock and woke up in cuffs. Not your fault sis. I be a millionaire." Said Vergil trying to break his cuffs
The door then open showing two gorillas, one dark fur with a gun the other with brown, and a scar over his left eye cause it to be blind.
"Where are we? Who's in charge?" asked wonder woman. Getting a shake from Vergil head
"Sis that not how you do it." Said Vergil as the brown gorilla walked by her
"That not how it works. You'll answer my question." Said the brown gorilla as hawkgirl just stared at him
"Sure just get us out of these cuffs." Said hawkgirl
"It is not policy to allow spies to roam free."Said the brown gorilla
"We're not spies, and you can't..ahhhh." said J'onn as he was shock by his cuffs. The gorilla stop pressing the button and start to ask question as he looked at weapons.
"And yet you come arm with such primitive weapons." Said the brown gorilla about to pick up Yamato
"I wouldn't do that if I were you. Only few people are allowed to wield Yamato." Sid Vergil with a deadly serious face
"Yes well with this primitive, ahhhh." Said the brown gorilla as he picks up Yamato that attack him for picking him up without it permission. While this was going on batman and Vergil break out of their cuffs. Batman threw two batrangs at wonder woman and J'onn's cuffs. While Vergil freed hawkgirl then punch the brown gorilla down. And picked up Yamato.
"Told you so." Said Vergil as hawkgirl got her mace and busted through the roof.
They flew or jumped out. The brown gorilla having recovered from grabbing Yamato grabbed a microphone. "security." After he said that several gorillas on flying bikes followed after them.
They came to the edge of the city, and wonder woman, Vergil and hawkgirl tried to break it with their fist, mace and sword. "Ok let me try something." Said Vergil going through hand sign. 'Wind style wind blade jutsu.' Said Vergil using Yamato causing a wind blade to hit the field and damage it slightly.
"It over humans." Said the brown gorilla as the team turned around finding themselves surrounded. Suddenly the field went down. "What?! Get the field back up!" he said
One gorilla picked up a remote, but couldn't bring it up. "It's no use. Something blocking the signal. "Said the gorilla
The brown gorilla growled. "Grodd. Evacuate the village." He said he turned around and flew a few feet on the bike before hawkgirl stopped him
"We can help.' Said hawkgirl
"And how could you help?" the gorilla ask as hawkgirl smirked and lifted her mace covered in electricity.
A few minutes later they saw two missiles coming towards the city. Wonder woman, hawkgirl, and J'onn phased through one, bringing out the explosive with him. Hawkgirl hits the second having it explode. It broke in two pieces Diana went after one. Vergil seeing the other went through hand sign. 'Fire style phoenix flower jutsu' causing it to explode he smiles till he heard.
"Diana." Said batman as Vergil looked as saw the other part stop by his sis and it fell on her. Vergil and batman ran over to help, but she pushes the missile off, and crushing the explosive.
"Your city is safe." Said Diana as the gorilla cheered and pounded their chest.
Diana smiles till she was hugged by her brother. She hugged back not sure why he hugging her.
"Ok don't scare me like that again. I just started being nice to you. You don't have to kill yourself now." Said Naruto getting a smile and nod form Diana.
Sometime later at gorilla city
"I'm sorry we misjudge you. We can never repay you." Said the gorilla officer as flash smirk
"No biggie, but about Grodd?" asked flash. Solovar motioned for them to follow.
"I'll show you." Said Solovar as the went outside and saw Grodd in a pen holding a banana pushing a tire with a blank look on his face. "The feedback from the helmet completely wiped his mind." He said
"So any chance he'll ever get his brain back?" asked Naruto as he looked in Grodd's eyes he thought he saw something for a sec.
"No I don't think so. He'll receive the best care." Said Solovar
"Not bad huh? I outsmarted a super-genius." Said the flash with a smirk getting a shake of green Lateran head as the team walked away. As they walked away they never notice Grodd stop pushing the tire and crush the banana in his hand, and glare at them.
