Genesect In Space

This is the sequel to the fanfiction, "N the King of Team Plasma". Genesect moves out of Unova and moves into the Kalos region. However, the Kalos region was invaded by the I.A.S. (Infected Alien Squad), led by the Infected Tentacruel King Overlord and his army of Infected Tentacool. What will happen next?

18. Ravenous Ruins (Part 1)

The Ultrazoic 9000, while having its landing gear wheels unfolded, lands onto the sandy surface of planet Ravenous Ruins. The ground is made of yellow-orange sand, and the planet's temperature is 100 degrees Fahrenheit without humid. In the desert landscape, they have palm trees, pyramids, quicksand, etc.

"It's so dry and beating hot out here!" cried Genesect. "I need water, food, Domino's chicken wings!"

"Don't complain about suffering from the high temperature, like you suffered last time from the cold temperature," responded Red Genesect.

His alarm sets off due to an incoming sandstorm, which is heading towards the duo. "Quick, Genesect!" alerted Red Genesect. "Hide underground!"

"Why would we do that?" asked Genesect. "We are part Steel-Types; therefore, we are immune to being buffeted by the sandstorm. Rock-Types and Ground-Types are also immune to sandstorm damage too."

"Right, thanks for reminding me."

The sandstorm blows at the two Genesect; however, nothing happened to them since they are immune. 10 seconds later, the sandstorm dissipates.

"Now, on with the adventure!" determined Red Genesect.

The two Genesect starts their sandy trek in the desert as they start walking. Without warning, Genesect did not see the quicksand that he sinks into the quicksand.

"Help me, I'm sinking!" panicked Genesect, as he frantically attempts to break free from the quicksand.

"Genesect, don't panic," reassured Red Genesect. "You must slowly get out of the quicksand, and you should be just fine."

The purple bug slowly climbs out of the quicksand; after safely escaping the quicksand, Genesect lands back onto the yellow-orange sand. "Thanks for the advice, Red Genesect," thanked Genesect. "You're a life saver."

"Don't mention it," replied Red Genesect.

The duo continues the trek in the desert as they continue to walk on the sand.

While looking around at the pyramids, Genesect asks, "Where is the great big pyramid, Red Genesect?"

"It probably has a sign that says, the great big pyramid ahead," answered Red Genesect, as he pointed the sign there.

Upon discovering the sign, Genesect and Red Genesect go near the entrance to the great big pyramid. However, the door to the great big pyramid is closed shut. They must input the numpad code to open the door. The hieroglyphics are on the wall next to the locked door.

"I don't seem to understand the code," said Genesect, as he does not understand the hieroglyphics. "Nothing but symbols."

"Maybe we need to translate the hieroglyphics into modern English," suggested Red Genesect.

"Great idea!"

They translated the hieroglyphics into letters, and Genesect says, "These letters show the hint to the code, and it says: The world's most notorious and powerful Fairy-Type Pokémon."

Next to the translated hieroglyphics, there are some numbers revealed. Genesect looks at the following numbers in the revealed section: 46332833 8368227835 5464 68375673.

As Genesect looks at the letters in the numpad, while he types the code, he says, "Mmm hmm, Mmm hmm. Wait a minute, the number says, Infected Tentacruel King Overlord. And he is a Fairy-Type?! It is an omen! A terrible omen!"

After successfully solving the puzzle, the door to the great big pyramid opens.

"Now that you solved the puzzle, let's go inside the great big pyramid," said Red Genesect.

And so, the two Genesect enters inside the great big pyramid; upon going inside, the door closes behind the two Genesect hermetically.
