"I don't want to get burned!" whimpered Genesect in fear. "I want to live! I miss my Wii U, my Nintendo 3DS, Domino's chicken wings, and tv on demand!"
As he faces the Flame-O-Matic by himself, Genesect calmly says, "No, I must face my fears."
Genesect gets up onto the rocky surface with his feet. The Flame-O-Matic begins to move while it blows fire out from the bottom. "Fire!" panicked Genesect, as he backs away from the flame.
He leaps out of the main center island as he goes to the south smaller rocky island. Then, the Flame-O-Matic moves down to the bottom of the south smaller rocky island.
"I see you," said the Infected Hexacool.
"No, I see you," taunted Genesect, as he kicks onto the Infected Hexacool's UFO glass dome, which leaves behind a crack.
"Hey!" shouted the Infected Hexacool. "I have repaired my UFO dozens of times, and you do not know how hard it is! I will show you; I will damage you badly!"
The Flame-O-Matic rises from the bottom of the island, and the Flame-O-Matic spews out fireballs, from its mouth, towards Genesect.
Acting fast, Genesect frantically dodges the fireballs while he unintentionally backs away. He stumbles on the edge of the south smaller rocky island.
"Now, I will finish you off, Genesect," declared the Infected Hexacool.
The Flame-O-Matic sprints toward Genesect while the machine blows fire from the bottom; Genesect leans back with a fall to avoid the attack.
As the Infected Hexacool thought he defeated Genesect, the Infected Hexacool gloats, "Ha-ha! I won."
Suddenly, Genesect floats above the island while rising. "No, you didn't win, Infected Hexacool," responded Genesect. "I pretended to fall down to avoid your attack, and I levitated to break my fall."
"Real smooth, Genesect," replied the Infected Hexacool sarcastically.
Genesect folds into his High-Speed Flight Form; he shoots out cyan photon laser projectiles, from its limbs, at the Infected Hexacool's UFO to damage the Flame-O-Matic. "Hey, I'm doing it," said Genesect in glee. "I am conquering my fears!"
After shooting, Genesect unfolds and lands onto the main rocky island. As the Flame-O-Matic moves toward Genesect, he leaps and uses Metal Claw at the Infected Hexacool's UFO glass dome. The glass dome's damage has gotten worse.
"Enough!" exclaimed the Infected Hexacool. "I am going to liquidate you by burning you to death!"
The Flame-O-Matic spews out three fireballs toward Genesect; Genesect coordinately avoids the fireballs in a zig-zag. Cunningly, Genesect spins a silky sticky string, from its limb, to hermetically tie up the Flame-O-Matic's spinning wheel on the bottom to slow it down.
"How do you like them apples?" taunted Genesect.
The Flame-O-Matic slowly opens its mouth. While slowly opening its mouth, Genesect glances at the captured Orange Floette in a keepsake jar.
"Help me, Genesect," cried Orange Floette. "Hurry up."
Genesect quickly snags Orange Floette in a jar while the Flame-O-Matic's mouth is open. Then, the Flame-O-Matic stops moving. Genesect unseals the keepsake jar to set Orange Floette free.
"Hey, what gives?" complained the Infected Hexacool, as the Flame-O-Matic stopped moving. "Wait a second, if my machine stopped, then what's next?"
"You fall down into the lava," replied Genesect in sarcasm.
The Flame-O-Matic falls into the lava, and the Infected Hexacool quickly separates his UFO off the machine. "I am going to tell the Infected Tentacruel King Overlord on you, Genesect!" blamed the Infected Hexacool. "Eventually, I will have one last chance to stop you! I will create my top-secret weapon, and you cannot stop me!"
The Infected Hexacool piloting the UFO flies away as the Infected Hexacool laughs maniacally.
Without warning, Genesect and Orange Floette feel a tremble. "What's going on?" asked Genesect.
An air volcano rises from the lava, and it is next to the battlefield of the Flame-O-Matic. "This must be an air volcano," realized Genesect, as they board onto the air volcano. "This will take us out of the caverns and we will return to the desert. Hang on tight, Orange Floette."
Genesect holds Orange Floette tightly while Genesect is on the spout of the air volcano. The air volcano then erupts out a blast of air that it sends Genesect and Orange Floette upwards.
Meanwhile, at the sandy desert landscape of planet Ravenous Ruins, the roof of the great big pyramid opens and spews out air to send Genesect and Orange Floette out of the great big pyramid. Genesect and Orange Floette fall towards the sand. Upon landing, they planted their heads onto the sand. Genesect pulls himself out of the sand after landing, and then he pulls Orange Floette out of the sand. They brush themselves to get the sand off.
"I did it, Orange Floette!" cheered Genesect. "I overcame my fears! I cannot wait to tell Red Genesect about this."
Unfortunately, Genesect forgot about the fact that Red Genesect left Genesect behind. "Wait, he left me behind," realized Genesect in sorrow, as he noticed that the Ultrazoic 9000 starship is not in the planet, "and he took our starship with him."
"Don't give up, Genesect," encouraged Orange Floette. "Not only you overcame your fears, but you also rescued me too. You have made it this far, and the only thing left is to go to planet Yranuinic Yards."
"Yes, that is good, but how will I get there?"
And with that question said, Genesect has hatched an idea. "I got it!" realized Genesect in glee. "I am going to be the Ultrazoic 9000 within. I will make it to planet Yranuinic Yards myself in my High-Speed Flight Form!"
"That's the spirit, Genesect," praised Orange Floette. "You have the power of perseverance!"
"Thanks for your support, Orange Floette," thanked Genesect, as he folds into his High-Speed Flight Form. "Wish me luck, and I am going to do great!"
Genesect flies out of planet Ravenous Ruins as he goes to his last space journey to planet Yranuinic Yards, home of the Infected Alien Squad.
