Genesect, in his High-Speed Flight Form, soars across the cosmos in space. "Now, I must deactivate the force field surrounding planet Yranuinic Yards," summarized Genesect.
A round, fat hourglass-like space station is in the distance. Genesect notices a swarm of nano droids creating a laser maze. These nano droids resemble inchworms; they draw lasers out of their tails like a pencil.
"I must maneuver through the laser maze to get to the space station," said Genesect in determination.
He slowly moves to the entrance of the laser maze. Genesect carefully maneuvers through the maze, but he unknowingly enters a dead end. "I got to think fast," said Genesect.
Cunningly, Genesect shoots cyan photon laser projectiles, from his limbs, at the laser maze's wall, which opened another passage. Then, he moves left, and then Genesect moves to the right.
"I found the exit!" cheered Genesect, as he exited the laser maze.
As Genesect moves closer to the space station, the space station backs away from Genesect. "Wait, what?" asked Genesect in confusion, which is not a status condition. "I just got through the maze! Now what?"
The space station sends out a few red lines towards Genesect. As he got hit by the red lines, fired by the space station, Genesect cries, "Ouch! I did not see that coming. I am still going for it!"
The space station sends out five Infected Tentacool on their mini-UFOs. "Time to party," declared Genesect.
Genesect shoots some laser projectiles at the five mini-UFOs. After he destroyed the five mini-UFOs, Genesect arrives to the landing pad as he unfolds and lands onto it.
Before Genesect dives into the hole to enter the space station, Genesect notices a sign, and he reads, "Be careful, if you step on the red trip pads, they launch deadly fireballs."
After reading the sign, Genesect enters the hole to go inside the space station.
Inside the space station, the platforming area is more dangerous than the last two. Genesect starts his trek to the reactor of the space station. As he walks east, he unintentionally steps on a red trip pad, which launches a deadly fireball.
"I am not scared anymore," boasted Genesect.
Genesect uses a Techno Blast Shot by firing a green and white laser projectile, from his cannon, at the deadly fireball, which disintegrated the deadly fireball. He jumps high onto the platform and he arrives at the reactor. As Genesect activates the self-destruct sequence of the reactor, a robotic arm reaches the reactor and deactivates the self-destruct sequence.
"What?!" exclaimed Genesect in shock. "How did you do that?! Oh yeah, choke on this!"
Genesect destroys the mechanical arm by using Metal Claw. "Now, where was I?" he asked to himself. "Oh yeah! Activate the self-destruct sequence!"
The purple bug reactivates the self-destruct sequence of the space station's reactor. As the alarm has set off, Genesect follows the arrows to the exit. Upon reaching the starting point of the platforming area, as Genesect looks upward to the exit, he folds into his High-Speed Flight Form to fly the shockwave out of the space station.
After successfully evacuating from the space station, the space station explodes into pieces, which deactivates the barrier surrounding planet Yranuinic Yards. "Now that force field is gone, I will now enter planet Yranuinic Yards," planned Genesect, as he descends to the fifth planet.
