Waking up in Marko's arms was amazing, my head lying over in un-beating heart, moving slightly I tilled my face up so I could watch him sleep My Angel he looked so innocent sleeping. As if he knew I was watching his eyelids began to flutter, before opening to reveal his chocolate coloured eyes "Evening" he whispered in a rough sleep filled voice, humming my acknowledgement I snuggled deeper into the covers "Do we need to get up" I wined peering up at him but before he could answer a deep voice replied "Yes" looking towards the door we found Dwayne and Paul staring at us "We need your expertise tonight" sighing I pulled the covers back slightly and got out of bed. Two sharp intakes of breath came from the door way, as they stared at my blood stained body "But before we go anywhere I need a bath" I said indicating at dry patches littering my skin "And I'm sure Marko does to".

I breezed past the two gobsmacked males and made my way to the pool "Marko you dog" Paul's voice rang out behind me causing me to laugh. Stepping into the room my gaze was drawn to the unmoving form sitting at the water's edge.

"What's wrong?"

His head shot around, his eyes widening slightly at the sight of me, if it was possible I would have blushed under his unabashed gaze "Nothing" he turned away from me "You can't lie to me David, it's not possible"

"Stay out of my head!" he yelled standing up and facing me, look all the part of the terrifying creature that he is "I'm not in your head, do you really thing I'd disrespect your privacy like that…again"

He shook his head and turned away from me, staring across the water "You're not going to like it, hell you might not trust me again, you might hate me"

"David I love you and nothing is going to change that"

"The reason I pushed to change Michael was because…" he paused "Max asked me to, he wants Michael's mother, Lucy and asked me to bring her sons into the family"

Okay that's not exactly what I was expecting "Okay…okay, you were doing what your 'father' asked but I hope you know that if your plan doesn't work, I am not saving him"

Walking passed him I dived into the water, the sound of laughter reached my ears as I breached the surface "David?" Dwayne questioned as the laughter stopped, I watched from the water as David stormed out of the room, past the shocked other three vampires.

Sitting outside the Emerson household I delved into the minds of the two Emerson boys inside the house, making them think that the boys were on their bikes right out side the house, making them see flashing lights and hear the roar of the engines and the boys laughter. Michael opened the door and I broke the connection.

Dinner Time

We found a gang of surf nazi's on the beach partying round a bonfire swooping in we grabbed on each before sharing the last one and throwing the bodies on the fire. Taking to the skies we flew home. entering the cave, I grabbed Paul's hand and dragged him to another of the old hotel rooms.
