They turned to look at me "What? I told him the truth and he couldn't handle it, that's not my fault" swimming the towards the edge I lifted my body out of the water, my eyes roaming each of their faces "You should have told me, I can't be held responsible for anything that happens now" reaching out with my mind, I brought my cotton robe to me, slipping it around my body I hid myself from their gaze, unable to stand their eyes on me "Your should wash up" I said to Marko before leaving the room.
Entering the main cave I breezed past David, my long black leather duster fluttering in the breeze, underneath I wore a black turtle neck, black boot cut jeans and a pair of black boots, and black leather gloves adorned my hands and fingers. I had put my hair up in a braid and had forgone my usual make up. Sitting in the corner I opened up one of the books which were lying around and started to read.
The other boys soon joined us in the room and Star and Laddie woke up, dressing they joined the boys "Crystal?" Laddie's innocent voice called out "Over here sweetie" I put the book down and stood up from my perch, dropping to the main floor I sauntered over to the group "We going then?" I asked in a bored voice before leading Laddie out of the cave. Sitting on the fence outside of the cave I pulled Laddie on to my knee "You won't ever keep things from me will you Laddie" he peered at my with large eyes "Course not, you're my Mom" hugging him tightly to my body I breathed in his unique scent of talcum powder and blood "Thanks baby, at least I can trust you".
The others joined us, once I'd placed Laddie back on his feet he ran over to Dwayne "Make Mommy happy again?" he asked "We're gonna try bud" Paul said crouching down to his level, walking over to the others I say on the back of Paul's bike waiting for him get on. When he did, I slide forward the smallest inch and placed my hands of his waist.
Pulling up outside of the boardwalk, I was the first one of the bikes, walking away from the others I disappeared into the crowd Payback time, slipping inside the first club I came across, I allowed the pounding music to fill my bones, moving to the beat I made my way through the crowd, the sound of beating hearts and rushing blood filling my ears and making my mouth water, catching the wrist of one of the guys dancing around my I pulled him to a dark and secluded area of the club, pushing him against the wall I sank my fangs into his throat allowing the sweet ambrosia to slide down my own, pulling away before I killed him, I used my powers to make him forget me. I repeated this process I couple of times, until I felt the boys leave. Reaching out with my mind something caught my interest Max, delving into his mind I pulled the same trick i pulled on Michael the previous night, making him hear and see things, of course I made a kite fly at him first. Pulling away from his mind I searched through the thought patterns, the boys were feeding, Michael was oh Michael was with Star, but wait if their at the cave Where's Laddie, I reached out searching for his mind found you. Leaving the club I finally realized the time Shit! Running down the boardwalk I looked for Laddie, finally catching sight of him I pulled him down an ally way and took to the skies.
We made it back to the cave just in time for the sun to start rising, entering the cave we settled down in one of the old rooms and went to sleep.

I woke up with my body curled around Laddie's smaller one, anger coursing through my veins, hearing the others wake up, I climbed off the bed "Mom?" Laddie asked, sleep in his voice "It's okay baby, go back to sleep" I leant down to kiss his forehead "I love you" I whispered before leaving the room. Stalking through the tunnels I made my way to main room, the boys watched me with weary eyes as I made my way to Stars bed, grabbing her by the throat I dragged her from underneath the covers "Where's Laddie? Star" I hissed, gulping she looked up at me in fear "Well?" I spat through my teeth jerking her body. Lifting her up I threw her across the room, catching her with my mind before slamming her into the floor, flying over I landed over her, pinning her to the dusty ground "The next time you leave my son on the boardwalk, so that you can fuck that son of bitch, I'll rip out your fucking throat" I snarled before sinking my fangs into her throat. Her whimper made me grin. Standing up, I turned to the other "And you, you're supposed to be trying to get back on my good side, what a bloody great job you're doing, you left without him, hell you left without me, I nearly fried getting him home last night"
"Mom" my head snapped around, to find Laddie standing in the entrance way my face shifting back to normal. "Come here baby" running to me he threw his arms around my neck burying his face into my skin, lifting him up he wrapped his legs around my waist "You better have a damn good idea on how to make this up to me, or we're leaving" turning I left the room with Laddie.
