Chapter 5: Blurred Love
The sun rose up as it was shining in the guest bedroom where Gremmy & Izaya slept. Izaya slowly opened his eyes as he slowly sat up, not trying to wake up Gremmy. Izaya yawned as he crawled out of bed and walked into the restroom. Gremmy turned to the other side as he felt Izaya's side of the bed and he was there. He opened his eyes as he sat up and smiled a bit. Then a knock was heard.
"It's open! I think?" Gremmy said as he tried to check the doorknob to see if it was locked or unlocked.
"It's locked, Gremmy. Can you unlock it please?" Yoko called out as she waited.
Gremmy got out of bed as he answered it. He gave Yoko a warm smile as he let her in.
"Good morning, love. Did y'all sleep well?" Yoko said as she set the tray on the nightstand.
"We did, thank you. Are we doing anything today? Well actually I might have to take Izaya home so his sister won't come looking for him." Gremmy told her as he smiled sadly.
"Well, me and the girls are working today. And Nianzol was asking if he could find a place to work at." Yoko said to Gremmy as she smiled.
"I mean, he needs one so he can help me pay rent for our apartment. But let me know how that goes. Also how are you so patient with him?" Gremmy asked Yoko as he tilted his head.
Yoko giggled, "I'm just am! He's really kind and sweet. Anyways, please eat or else it'll get too cold. See ya~!" Yoko said as she walked out of the room.
Gremmy shrugged as he looked over at the breakfast tray then Izaya walked out of the restroom as he smiled at Gremmy.
"Good morning, love. Oh! I see Yoko brought us breakfast. Looks pretty good.~" Izaya said happily as he hugged Gremmy from behind.
Gremmy blushed as he looked back at Izaya and smiled.
"Wanna eat it now? She said it'll get too cold if we don't munch it right away." Gremmy told Izaya as he smiled.
Izaya looked at Gremmy as he smiled and nodded. They both sat on the floor as they thanked the food and began to eat. It was quiet in the room as the sun was shining in their room still. Izaya looked at Gremmy as Gremmy looked at him. Izaya giggled as he wiped the toast crumbs off his mouth. Gremmy blushed as he looked away.
"Izaya, are you heading home after we get done eating this? I still wanna hang out with you. Not to mention I get really lonely when you're gone." Gremmy told him as he sighed.
"My sister just texted me, she said that nothing is going on but she and her new man are going to the mall today to buy him some things he needs. So I can stay here and hang out with you for a long time then.~" Izaya told Gremmy as he smiled.
Gremmy smiled back as he looked at him. "Wanna head back to my apartment? I think we'll be alone because Nianzol will be with the Femritters for today." Gremmy asked Izaya as he smiled.
"Of course. I don't think it's okay to do something at someone else's house now is it~?" Izaya asked as he grinned.
Gremmy grinned also as he sighed happily. "Izaya, really, I'm happy that I'm with you. I'm really sorry I harassed you and nearly knocked out your teeth. How can you forgive me for that?" Gremmy asked him as he looked at his lover.
"I just do. I forgave Aizen for nearly starting a war against the soul reapers. I forgave you guys for nearly killing them." Izaya told him as he smiled.
"But, we nearly killed your family. They're the only ones you have right? I wouldn't forgive myself if I had done that." Gremmy said as he sighed sadly.
Izaya hugged him as he kissed his cheek. "Gremmy, it's okay really. The good thing is that everyone survived and they're doing better now. That's all that matters." Izaya told him as he smiled.
Gremmy smiled also as he stood up. "Are you done, love? We can wash up and head back to my place." Gremmy asked Izaya as he smiled.
Izaya smiled as he gave Gremmy his plate and Gremmy opened the door as he walked out of the room. Izaya stood up as he headed back into the bathroom to wash up. Gremmy walked downstairs as he smiled at the Femritters and Nianzol.
"Good morning. Thanks for breakfast. Are you guys about to leave already?" Gremmy asked them as he tilted his head.
"Not until Nianzol see's Izaya. He's been asking about him all morning." Liltotto said as she rolled her eyes.
"What? Nianzol, you actually met him when I was getting healed by ?" Gremmy said to him as he tilted his head.
It was quiet in the living room. All they heard some phone keyboards going 'tap tap tap' and the clock going 'tick tock tick tock' for over seven minutes. Izaya came out of the shower as he dried off and put on some clothes and washed up some more. He looked at himself in the mirror as he smiled and walked out to look for Gremmy.
"Gremmy?" Izaya called out as he walked downstairs.
Gremmy stood up as he smiled. Nianzol gasped as he stood up also.
"Hi!" Nianzol said happily.
"Oh hi! I'm Izaya Kuchiki. You must be Nianzol. It's so nice to meet you. I'm sorry I couldn't meet you before, my love here was badly injured." Izaya told him as he smiled at him.
"You foo." Nianzol said to him as he smiled.
"Ah goody~! You two finally meet. Yay. Izaya, are you ready to go?" Gremmy asked him as he smiled.
"Sure. Now you ladies, be safe and don't lose Nianzol at the mall or something." Izaya told them as he smiled.
"Don't worry, we'll keep a close eye on him." Yoko said as she and her friends all walked out.
Gremmy came back downstairs with their bags as they walked out. Candice locked the door as she waved at them and walked off with her friends. Izaya smiled and held hands with Gremmy as the two walked back to Gremmy's apartment. It was quiet as they heard birds chirping. Izaya saw more ghostly people at the park and the street as he gave them a sad smile. Gremmy noticed as he stopped and looked at him.
"Hey, boo, are you okay? Do you want some water from the vending machine?" Gremmy asked him as he smiled.
"Sure love. I'm sorry. I get distracted easily." Izaya told him as he smiled softly at him.
Gremmy nodded as he paid for two water bottles for them as he gave one to drink. Gremmy smiled as the two walked back to Gremmy's place. Izaya stopped as he felt something strange.
"Gremmy, who are your neighbors here?" Izaya asked as he was panting.
Gremmy hugged him as he pulled him under the stairs as they waited for them to leave.
"The next time I say let's get food I mean let's get it by walking to a damn restaurant. Not ordering it from a damn stranger! Fuckin' dumbass!" A voice said as Izaya looked over as he tilted his head.
He saw two tall men walking next to each other. The pink mohawk haired guy bumped into the blonde haired guy. Izaya raised his eyebrow as he looked at Gremmy. Gremmy had unlocked the door as he walked in.
"Gremmy, wait. Were those two guys your upstairs neighbors?" Izaya asked him as he closed the door.
"Yes. They have a really rough relationship. I'm actually trying to help Jugram but he won't listen to me." Gremmy said as he sighed, sitting down on the couch. "It's whatever. I just hope he can try to escape it before things turn really ugly." Gremmy vented some more.
Izaya walked up to him as he sat on the couch. "Who else is up there? I used to live around here…with my foster parent." Izaya told Gremmy as he sighed.
"He's on the other side. I'm planning to move out once I get enough money. Now that Nianzol has a job I'm sure he can help me. Don't worry Izaya. I'll make sure when you are heading home, he won't see you. As Nodt is a damn stalker. He's always coming over here to ask me about you." Gremmy said as he sat up and sighed.
"It's alright. Is your apartment soundproof?" Izaya asked as he blushed.
"Yeah. Follow me to my room please.~" Gremmy said as he held onto Izaya's hand.
Izaya blushed as he followed him as they walked upstairs. Izaya looked around the hallways and the plain walls. Gremmy stopped as he smiled at him.
"Guess which one's my room~?" Gremmy said as he grinned.
Izaya looked at both doors in front of him. He smiled as he pointed to the one on the right side. Gremmy looked back as he opened it.
"Ding ding~! You are correct~! Welcome to my room~!" Gremmy said as he let Izaya in first as he walked behind him.
Izaya looked at his room as he gasped at his collections.
"Gremmy! You like vintage things too?! I had no idea! And- No way you also like Y2K aesthetics also?! My sister and a few of her friends are obsessed with it~!" Izaya said as he squealed happily.
"Thanks.~ I feel like your sister and I can be besties. If you're okay with that, hon.~" Gremmy said as he closed the door and took off his shoes.
"I'm alright with it! But really this is so damn cute~! How can you be so evil on the outside but inside you have such a heart of gold?!" Izaya said as he ran up to Gremmy and kissed him.
Gremmy's eyes widened as he kissed him back. So in shock that he blushed. He gently pulled Izaya back as he giggled.
"It's just who I am.~ You are so kind, Izaya.~" Gremmy said as he smiled & gently pushed Izaya onto his bed.
Izaya blushed as he looked at him. Gremmy got on top of Izaya as he passionately kissed him. Izaya moaned as he moved his body along with Gremmy. Gremmy kissed Izaya's neck as he began grinding on him. Izaya closed his eyes as he felt a lot better than ever. Gremmy then stopped as he looked at him.
"Izaya…..are you okay with this? I'm sorry…maybe we should- Mmmmm.~ Mmmmm.~" Gremmy got interrupted by Izaya kissing him again.
Izaya then switched with Gremmy as he was now on top of Gremmy. Gremmy blinked as he tilted his head.
"Izaya, hold on. I thought you were a bottom?" Gremmy asked as he blushed.
Izaya giggled as he slowly stripped Gremmy.
"I am. But to be honest, I've actually done this before.~ I wanna ride you.~" Izaya confessed as he licked his lips.
Gremmy looked at Izaya as he nodded and pulled down his pants and boxers. He was really hard as he groaned. Izaya gasped with excitement.
"Gremmy.~ You're huge~! Let's prepare ourselves first~!" Izaya said happily as he got off of him.
Gremmy smiled as he watched Izaya in enjoyment. Izaya grabbed lube as he set it next to Gremmy and got in between Gremmy's legs. Izaya held onto Gremmy's dick as it made Gremmy gasp.
"Izaya, what are you going to do? To be honest, this is all brand new to me.~" Gremmy said as he confessed to Izaya.

Gremmy shivered as he looked at Izaya. "That shit is cold.~ Brrrr.~" Gremmy said as he chuckled.

Gremmy giggled as he held onto Izaya's hand and smiled at him. "But really, I had a good time though.~ But I guess you have to go now, huh?" Gremmy asked him as he frowned.
Izaya looked at the clock as he shook his head. "No. Let's go see a movie and hang out a little longer till it gets dark outside. Okay? The soul society won't mind me being out at night." Izaya told Gremmy as he smiled at him.
Gremmy agreed as the two got out of bed and walked into the restroom to wash up. Rukia and Ashido had spent nearly all day shopping at the mall as they were now eating in the food court. Rukia smiled at Ashido as Ashido was eating. He noticed that Rukia was staring at him as he tilted his head.
"Do I have something on my face, bunny girl?" Ashido asked her as he scratched his hair.
Rukia giggled. "No.~ You just look so damn cute sitting across me, slurping your noodles and all.~" Rukia said as she giggled and blushed at Ashido.
Ashido smiled back at her as he looked over. He stood up which alarmed Rukia to see what he saw.
"Ashido? What's wrong? Is it a hollow?" Rukia asked him as she walked up to him.
"Rukia, is that your younger brother over there?" Ashido asked as he saw Izaya with black and purple split hair and walking with Gremmy.
Rukia gasped as she ran up to Izaya and hugged him. Izaya smiled and hugged her back.
"Sis! It's nice to see you. Are you and- Yep you two are having dinner here.~" Izaya said as he chuckled.
"Yeah.~ We've kinda been here all day. But we're about to look at one more store then we'll head back to the soul society." Rukia told him as she smiled.
"Awww, you guys are? I was thinking, why not see a movie with us? We're going to see the one we saw last time. It was really cute." Gremmy told them as he smiled.
Rukia gasped as she turned to Ashido. "Wanna see a movie with them, babe~?" Rukia begged him as she gave him the puppy eyes.
Ashido chuckled as he nodded. "I don't see why not.~ Sure." Ashido said as he smiled at them, throwing away his tray.
Izaya smiled as he accidently bumped into someone as he looked up. As he immediately apologized.
"I'm so sorry! I was just- wait? Ikkaku? Yumichika? What are you guys doing here?" Izaya asked them as he tilted his head.
"Let's just say that the soul society is hella lazy to cook something, so we came here to find something to eat and let's just say that some lines are either long or people are just too lazy to cook for shit." Ikkaku said as he groaned.
"And besides, this is the place that I had a taste for. Yet this long is so long that we are about to leave. Ugh." Yumichika said as he also groaned.
Izaya blinked as he looked over to see what's going on. He walked up to the cashier as he gasped when he saw Nianzol standing there. Izaya walked up to him as he bowed to the customers.
"Please give us one second. I promise this won't be long." Izaya told the customers as he gave them a small smile. The customers groaned as he rolled his eyes.
"Nianzol, do you need help? Let me help you real quick okay? What's going on?" Izaya asked him.
"If's nof worfing." Nianzol said as he sighed.
Izaya looked at the cash register as it had a 'password incorrect.' Izaya smiled as he looked at Nianzol's name tag.
"May I see that please?" Izaya said to him as Nianzol gave it to him.
Izaya flipped it around as he looked at the numbers and typed it down. Izaya smiled when it started working. As the other co-workers came back to get the people's orders ready.
"Here you go. And guys please be patient with him. He's new here. Thank you." Izaya told them as he gave Nianzol a warm smile.
"Fank you!" Nianzol said happily as Izaya gave him the peace sign and walked off.
Yumichika looked back as he raised an eyebrow then he noticed that the line was now moving a little faster. Izaya met up with his friends as he gave them a smile.
"Sorry. Nianzol needed help with something but I think he got it now. Ready to go?" Izaya asked them as Gremmy smiled as he held his hand and they all walked into the movie theater.
Once they got into the movies, a tall masked figure came out of hiding with two other figures standing behind him.
"So, Gremmy is now dating Izaya huh? This is something that we can fuck them up, now can we~?" He said as he grinned.
"I thought the soul reapers had rules that they can't be dating us or something? Is Izaya breaking them?" Jugram asked as he tilted his head.
"He's clearly rebelling against them you fuckin' dumbass. But either way, what's the plan? Ambush them?" Bazz-B asked as he snarled.
"Hmmm. When they come out, slash Izaya's soul reaper friends. Knock out Gremmy, I'll handle Izaya on my own." The masked figure said as he grinned and laughed a bit.
