Chapter 6
Airazor charges at Optimus, but Primal jumps in the way taking the brunt of the attack. "Airazor, no!" Rafael pleads as Primal pushes her back. Airazor is trying to resist the corruption, but it is no use.
"I can't hold him back much longer," she screams in pain. Primal collects himself as Optimus stands by his side. "Fight it, Airazor!" Primal begs. But Airazor shakes her head and says "Remember our oath, Primal. No matter the cost".
Her eyes turn back to green for a second before becoming orange once again, as she flies into the, preparing to fire at Raf. Both Primes widen as they realize what she is doing.
"Rafael, run" Optimus yells out, but Raf is frozen in fear at the sight of Airazor fire coming at him, but just before it could hit him Primal jumps into the line of fire, taking the hit.
"Airazor, no!" Primal screams as he tackles her to the ground and off part of the steps. Primal gets back up but is blasted with fire once again. Primal grab Airazor from behind as she continues roaring fire. However, she can get a few words out, briefly resisting Scourge's control.
"It's okay. Do it," she reassures. Primal reluctantly complies and begins crushing her to death, However, before Primal can kill her, Optimus and Raf arrive and sees what is happening.
"Primal, stop!" Optimus firmly says, but Primal gives Optimus a sorrowful glance before saying "There is nothing we can do Optimus, I have to do this, no matter the cost."
"Maybe you do not have to," Optimus theorized as he kneeled in front of them. His chassis opens revealing The Matrix of Leadership, which everyone marvels at. A beam of light shoots out from The Matrix, and it contacts with Airazor. A purple aura radiates off her body, before disappearing entirely. Airazor eyes turn back to green as she stops struggling in Primal arms. The beam retracts back into The Matrix and Optimus's chassis closes. Primal gently places Airazor on the ground, she turns to look at Optimus who is smiling at her.
"Thank...you," she says before closing her eyes, passing out from exhaustion. Primal stands over her amazed then looks back to Optimus who gently puts his hand on the young Prime's shoulder.
"As long as light remains, the darkness cannot win, and hope will remain," Optimus reassured to which the young Prime bowed his head too. " Thank you, Optimus Prime."
The rest of the Autobots and humans arrive shortly after this, the three humans run up to Raf giving him a big hug. "Raf, are you okay," Jack asked frantically but Raf just gives him a downcast look saying, "Scourge and Megatron, they got the key."
Arcee slowly walks up to Optimus, "Optimus, Nightbird, she," Arcee began.
"I know Arcee," Optimus cuts in, surprising the femme. He turns to her with a doleful expression. "We need to talk."
At a nearby volcano, Decepticons gather to watch Scourge complete the key. Nightbird, Battletrap, Soundwave, and Airachnid stand behind their leaders as Megatron and Scourge prepare to create the Transwarp Tower.
"At long last, Unicron," Scourge sighs in triumph, just as he's about to activate the key, he hears the charging of a blaster. He glanced behind himself and saw Megatron pointing his gun at him. Nightbird has her blades drawn and Battletrap has his gun out, but Airachnid has her arms aimed at the two and so does Soundwave with his tentacles.
"On the contrary, Unicron will not take this planet, "Megatron states as Scourge fully faces him.
"I will, your greatest mistake Optimus, (Scourge glares at that name), was forgetting that Megatron is commanded by no one." Megatron declares.
"Is that so?" Scourge calmly asked, before snapping his fingers. Suddenly, Megatron rises in the air withering in pain, Dark Energon spewing around him. Soundwave goes to attack but Scourge simply lifts a finger sending out Dark Energon at Soundwave, which puts the Decepticon in the same position as his leader. Scourge's eyes move to Airachnid, who steps back in fear.
"And what will you do," he inquiries of her.
"What did Knockout call it, "Join the winning team," she nervously answered. Scourge smirks, he snaps again, and Megatron and Soundwave are released, but their faces were dull, they were under the control of Scourge. Scourge turned to The Decepticon army.
"Decepticons, you are no longer under Megatron's command, but mine instead, and if anyone disagrees, (he looks at Nightbird and smirks), I'll rip out their voice box," he declared, Nightbird's eyes narrow and her fist clench, Scourge turns to the two pieces of the Key.
"Awaken, almighty Unicron. Your time has come." he declares as he puts both pieces together forming the complete Transwarp Key, the ground splits and the lava rises as the tower pops from the ground and rises into the air. The control panel opens up to Scourge as he places the Key in it.
The tower has risen and every Autobot and Maximal can see it. Optimus and Arcee look out at the tower in the distance. Arcee puts her head down.
"So, Nightbird, really is me?" she asks. Optimus nods as he says, " I'm afraid so."
" All I ever wanted was to play my part and end this war, but instead I'm responsible for this world's destruction," she says despondently.
" Arcee, none of this is your fault, if anything the fault lies with me," Optimus reassure.
" Not that it matters, the world is about to end, and the worst part is that I promised Bee that I wouldn't lose myself, but I did, I let him down," she cries but Optimus puts his hand on her shoulder.
" Arcee, you are not Nightbird, just as I'm not Scourge, their choices are their own, we must not fear them, but learn from them," he replies.
" I knew that I had a darkness me, I just, never thought any version of me would turn out like that." Arcee reflected.
"Arcee, the battle with darkness within ourselves and the world will continue till all are one. But as long as we have the light, hope, and the will to keep fighting the darkness together, we will always prevail," Optimus proclaimed as Arcee considers his words before looking at the tower.
"Do you think we can fight this darkness?" she questioned.
" I know we can," Optimus replied as he turns to walk toward the other Autobots with Arcee joining him. "Autobots, Maximals this is no time to give up, there must be something we can do," Optimus proposed.
Primal leaps down in front of the older Prime and replies "It's too late. The Transwarp has already been activated. It has more energy than a supernova. Any interruption will ignite it like a bomb. The only way to stop this process is an access code installed long ago as a safeguard."
"Well, what's the codename chief?" Wheeljack asks.
"The code was split, along with the key. Sadly, the second half of that code is with Airazor, and it will be hours before she wakes up," Primal explains.
Raf's eyes widen as he takes out his phone and lifts it end the air, "No, wait, wait, wait, I got it! These had markings on them. Just like the ones I found in that cave where you hid yours. Together, they must complete the access code."
"Sooooo, you're saying there's a chance," Miko blurted out.
"A slim chance." Primal confirms.
"That is all we need. If you will show us the way, Primal." Optimus asks.
Primal nods before saying, "Alright. We need to move quickly. We have a small window before the portal opens large enough for Unicron to enter. The bridge is guarded by a series of tunnels. They're too small for Maximals, but"
"But not for humans." Jack infers Primal nods.
"Then we'll do it," Jack declares. Miko cheers while Raf smiles.
" You'll have to go without me, I got something I need to finish," Sari says.
"Um, hello, end of the world here, what's so important that you can't help?" Miko demands, but Sari smirks and says, "You'll have to wait and see." She throws a disk at Jack, who catches it.
"Activate it, when you inevitably get into trouble," she informs him, Jack stares at it before putting it into his pockets.
"If Raf, Jack, and Miko reach the central antenna, they could use the code to shut it down, remove the Transwarp Key, and close the portal before Unicron enters our atmosphere." Primal informs everyone.
"Scourge and Megatron will be watching our every move. They'll do anything to stop us from getting the key." Arcee argues.
"Then we bring the fight to him! Autobots and Maximals will charge the bridge together and lure Scourge onto the battlefield." Optimus declares.
"While we get the Key," Raf confidently says, Bulkhead rubs the back of his helm before worryingly saying, " To be honest boss, kinda like we're all going to die." Wheeljack just laughs.
"C'mon Bulk, we've faced hard odds before, what's one more," Wheeljack chimes in.
"Wheeljack is correct, and even if we are to die, then we will die fighting… all as one." Optimus declares.
Back with the Terrorcons and Decepticons, the portal starts to form in the sky.
"This world is yours, master," Scourge proclaims, Battletrap Nightbird turns around to see something in the distance and activates his gun. "Scourge? They're back," he says.
The Terrorcons turn around to find Optimus Prime standing far from them, determined. Scourge growls and speaks to his army. "Protect the key! Don't let them get to the bridge!"
The Terrorcons and Decepticons appear to flank their master. The Autobots and Maximals all gear up for the ultimate battle.
"Maximals!" Optimus says.
"Autobots," Primal says.
"Roll out!" Both Primes yell out as both factions charge into battle. As the Autobots and Maximals charge into battle, Primal has one last command, " Rhinox! Cheetor! Maximize!" The Maximals turn into their humanoid forms and attack the enemy drones with the Autobots, Arcee in particular clashes with Airachnid, and Primal with Battletrap.
Jack, Miko, and Raf walk up the mountain and to the hatch of the to the bottom of the Transwarp control panel. Jack turns to Miko, who nods and fires a blast from her hand gear which blows off the hatch.
"Let's roll" Jack commands.
The Autobots and Maximals continue their attack, Optimus slams a Vehicon to the ground tears off its top half with his blade, and throws it at some Terrorcons. Rhinox slams his hammer into 3 Decepticons, and Cheetor stabs one Terrorcon in the air slams it down, kicks a Decepticon, and stabs downward on another before continuing.
Arcee and Airachnid exchange blows. Arcee flips backward and shoots at Airachnid who simply moves out of the way. " Come now Arcee, you're going to have to do better than that, I mean what would Tailgate say if he saw that," she smirks. Arcee growls before rushing in at the Decepticon femme, throwing out multiple but Airachnid elbows her in the back before kneeing her in the stomach.
"Tsk, tsk, tsk, tsk, I'm sure Cliffjumper is also disappointed with you," Arcee tries to sideswipe Airachnid, but she simply jumps and kicks her in the face.
" And, let's not forget our friend Bumblebee," This causes Arcee to rage out but before she charges at Airachnid she remembers what Bee made her promise, "(Don't lose yourself).
Airachnid scowls rushing into Arcee's, her claws extended swiping at the Autobot femme who dodges constantly and kicks Arachnid square in the chest.
" C'mon Airachnid that can't be the best you got," she quips, causing the spider-bot to growl and charge at the femme.
While Scourge is at the Key, he senses something in the vents and walks over to inspect them. Meanwhile, Battletrap is blasting at Wheeljack who takes cover behind a rock with Optimus.
"I may not know you yet, but I know there is good in you Smokescreen," Optimus calls out to the Terrorcon. For a moment Battletrap stops firing, and his eyes seem to flicker blue again. Optimus stands up from his cover about to approach the Terrorcon
"Sike," Battletrap smirks as he blasts Optimus in the chest. Optimus moans in pain but recover quickly.
"Spare me your words Prime, I just want a real fight," Battletrap demands as he swings his hammer prepared to strike but then suddenly it's caught by someone, which happens to be Bulkhead.
"One fight ordered, coming right up," Bulkhead jokes. Wheeljack uses his sword to cut the chain while Bulkhead pulls to rip Battletrap's arm off. Then, Wheeljack slices one of his legs, pinning Battletrap to the ground. As Wheeljack was about to deliver the last strike, Bulkhead bashes Battletrap's head in with the mace, killing the Terrorcon.
"Come on Bulk, leave some for the rest of us," Wheeljack jokes, which Bulkhead laughs at. However, Prime looks down at Battletrap's body with great sadness.
As Jack, Miko, and Raf are running through the tunnel, a hand pops through the vents and grabs Jack.
"Jack, "Miko and Raf yell out in concern.
"Don't worry about me, keep going," Miko nods as she pulls at Raf as they keep going. The hand that grabbed Jack, is revealed to belong to Scourge. Scourge releases a Freezer into the vents to follow Miko and Raf. He turns back to Jack, "Always the bravest of them, I used to admire that about you, but now I realize how foolish you are," he taunts as he begins to blast Jack. Jack starts to panic as the blaster comes closer, but then he remembers the disk Sari gave him. He pulls it out of his pocket and presses it. A bright light envelops him, which blinds Scourge making him drop Jack. Once the light subsides, Jack is revealed to be in a red and blue mechanical suit, his right arm is a blaster, and on his back is a sword.
"So awesome," he marvels. Meanwhile, Miko with Raf holding onto her back is climbing up the tunnels to get to the control panel. However, the portal begins opening more and more as Unicron gets closer and closer. Optimus notices this after pulling his blade out of a Decepticon, "Unicron," he states in realization.
"You fought bravely, but this world is already mine." The Chaos Bringer declares. Unicron sends more drones down into the portal, and Miko and Raf notice this.
"We're too late," Raf realizes. The portal clouds spread across the entire world from the village in Peru, all the way to Jasper Nevada. Nurse Darby and Agent Fowler are staring at this phenomenon, "By Uncle Sam's beard, what is going on down there," Fowler wonders aloud. Ratchet is watching this from the monitors, "Optimus." he mutters.
The drones land as they get dropped on the Autobots and Maximals. But they manage to fight them off. Meanwhile, Jack stands his ground as he aims his blaster at Scourge, who laughs, " You think you can take me on alone?" Jack says nothing prepared to fight but before he can attack, Optimus and Primal land behind him.
"He is never alone." Primal affirms. Both Primes and Jack stand together ready to face Scourge, who looks amused.
"Neither am I, "Scourge says as he snaps his finger. Soundwave appears out of nowhere and lands next to Scourge, and then Megatron appears and lands as well. It's evident to the Prime and Jack that their under-Scourge's control.
"Primal, Jack, I'll handle Scourge," Optimus declares as the two nods and enter into combat with the two Cons. Optimus and Scourge face off. "It is not too late Optimus, Unicron does not have to control you, we can work together and avenge everyone he has taken from you, I know there is light in you." Optimus pleads but Scourge only laughs.
"Didn't I tell you to call me Nemesis? And what makes you think that I want or need to be saved? Destruction is what I live for now," Scourge taunts before firing at Optimus who moves out of the way. Optimus takes out his blade and attacks Scourge punching him in the face and breaking his mask.
Meanwhile, Miko with Raf still holding on to her, is climbing up the tower almost by the control panel, however, the Freezer that was following pulls on them, making the handle they were holding onto swing back and forth. The Freezer leaps up onto the platform and cuts the pole, but Miko grabs onto the ledge on her left, and with her free arm, she blasts the Freezer killing it instantly. She climbs up and lands next to the control panel, both are lying on their backs.
"Wasn't so bad, right," she says which makes Raf stare at her like she's crazy. The tower sends out a shockwave, sparking Energon to life on Earth. Sari who is working on something next to a slab of rock sighed in frustration.
"I did everything, so why won't you power on," she complains but then suddenly the rock lights up due to the Energon, causing her to step back in awe at what happens.
"Woah," she marvels.
Primal clashes his spear with Megatron's blade and kicks the leader of the Decepticons in the chest, he goes to stab him, but Megatron blasts him in the chest. Jack is repeatedly blasting Soundwave while jumping over his tentacles. He boosts himself onto Soundwave's leg and latches onto behind it and stabs him in the leg forcing him to his knees.
Scourge elbows Optimus in the face sending the Prime stumbling backward as Scourge tackles him to the ground. Jack notices this and tries to get to Optimus, but Soundwave blasts into him knocking them both off the platform. Cheetor notices this and throws his spear at Soundwave before being knocked down by Decepticons, Soundwave and Jack crash into the ground.
Scourge knocks Optimus to the ground and has his Freezer crawl over the Prime attacking him. Megatron rips the spear from Primal hands and stabs him in the chest. He then grabs Primal by the neck and slams him to the ground. He grabs the spear and twists it causing Primal to cry out in pain. Arcee slashes at Airachnid who dodges grabs her arm and then twists it. She swipes Arcee under her legs and pins her to the ground.
"It's been fun Arcee, but today is the day, I rip out your spark," she smirked as she brings one of her arms up ready to pierce the Autobot femme spark. Jack struggles to stand as he sees Soundwave and a lot of Terrorcons and Decepticons approaching him.
Scourge stands over Optimus as he struggles to get the Freezer off of him. Scourge then hears a sound in the air and turns to investigate. Sari ship flies in. The cargo door opens revealing a yellow and blue mech inside. This mech has a yellow chassis, blue legs, yellow arms, and a blue helm. He has a face mask similar to Optimus. He plays LL Cool J's "Mama Said Knock You Out on his radio as he dives down and fires his cannons at the Freezers and spheres. He looks and sees the Freezers crawling over Optimus and shoots them off. Optimus sees this and before he can wonder who this is, his part of his spark pulses back to life, and he holds his chest in shock.
The yellow bot also shoots at Megatron who is looming over Primal with his gun, this gives Primal the time to break free. He rips the spear out and before Megatron can blast him, Primal cuts off Megatron's arm. He picks up the arm which has the blaster and fires it in Megatron's face, blasting half his face off and sending him off the Tower.
"Bumblebee?" Optimus marveled. The yellow and blue mech has a turret open from his shoulder which shoots at Airachnid forcing her to move out of the way and off of Arcee, who is wondering who this bot is. As Airachnid moves away, her spark pulses which causes her to stumble for just a second before transforming and flying away.
Soundwave flies into the air to charge at the mech. The Autobot punches the silent Decepticon in the face before head-butting him.
Scourge fires at the Autobot, who uses Soundwave as a shield before taking one of his wings and stabbing him with it, blowing the spymaster of the Decepticons to pieces. The Autobot lands down on the ground, ready to join the battle.
"I have come here to kick aft!" The mech announced.
The other Autobots run up to the bot. "Who are you," Bulkhead questions. The mech turned his head to the side confused, "C'mon guys you don't recognize me,". The three bots look at each other and back to him. Arcee stares into his optics, examining the mech. Her eyes then widen, "Bee?"
The mech mask retreated showing the face of Bumblebee, "That's my name, don't wear it
Arcee cuts him off with a hug which surprises him, but he slowly wraps his arms around her. He whispers into her audio-receptor, "Tailgate and Cliff said hi," she hugs him tighter after hearing this. After letting go of each other Bulkhead slaps Bee on the back, "I like the new look Bee, where'd you score the upgrade?"
"That would be my doing," The turret on Bee's shoulder opens to reveal Sari, in a robotic suit version of her clothes with winglike attachments.
"Just a few little upgrades, and whatever that blue stuff was on that rock, and boom, I turned Bumblebee into a Goldbug," Sari boasts.
"Huh, Goldbug, I dig it," Bumblebee says.
" Everyone, guard the bridge! Raf, Miko shut it down!" Optimus commands as he jumps over the control panel. Jack sees this and turns to the others.
"We got give them cover," Jack calls out. Rhinox nods as he says, "We'll clear the way." Jack and Sari turn to see Arcee and Bumblebee already transformed, Bumblebee is still a muscle car but now yellow and blue instead of yellow and black.
"Alright Raf, can you, do it?" Miko asks as Raf pulls out his phone to enter the codes into the machine. "How hard could that be?" Raf said confidently. Bumblebee and Arcee ride through the Terrorcons and Decepticons. Sari is on top of Bumblebee blasting through them, and Jack is riding Arcee doing the same thing.
Optimus finally reaches the top and faces Scourge, "Just you and me, Optimus," Optimus proclaims as he dodges a blast of Dark Energon, he puts his blade into the lava and splashes it on Scourge. Optimus brings his blade down; Scourge grabs it but Optimus pushes Scourge into a rotating part of the tower. "Let's end this once and for all," Optimus declares.
"Master, the reinforcements." Scourge begs, Unicron delivers and brings down more drones, this time containing Scorponok, one tried to get the jump o Rhinox but he grabs it before it could stab him.
Raf continues entering the codes as he finally understands the system.
"Let's do this Bee!" Sari yells as she is blasting at enemies. Bumblebee and Arcee continue blasting through Cons to get to the top of the Tower, they drift to keep themselves from falling, and Bumblebee has to partially transform to do so as Sari leaps off from him, once they make it, Bumblebee and Arcee fully transform and continue blasting through Cons with Sari and Jack.
Sari uses her jetpack to fly closer to some cons and slice through them. Raf and Miko turn to see an army of cons coming at them. "You gotta hurry Raf," Miko reminds him, and he nods, but before going back to his work he notices Bumblebee and his eyes widen, Bee notices him and smiles, giving him a wink before deploying his mask and reaching into his back to take out an orange ax before slamming it down on a Con. He then spins around with it to take down multiple of them. Raf smiles before continuing his work.
Jack is still blasting as a Scorponok appears behind him trying to stab him, but Primal smashes down on top of it, before ripping off its tail and slamming it into another Scorponok. He then leaps down and rips off the head of another one. Cheetor runs and pounces onto a Decepticon, Rhinox is slamming into tons of foes, with Wheeljack riding on top blasting at everything. He front flips off and lands next to Bulkhead as the two are firing at Con they see.
Unicron descends further into the portal and is inching closer to Earth. Scourge smacks Optimus in the face, the Prime stumbles but is able to recover quickly and slashes at Scourge, who backs up and fires Dark Energon into Prime's face. Optimus recovers fast and headbutts Scourge, Optimus stabs him in the back of his chassis and forces Scourge on his back digging the blade deeper he says, "It's over Optimus, Unicron will not take this planet,". Scourge growls as he elbows Optimus in the face, making Prime stumble back and take the blade out of Scourge.
Scourge back kicks Optimus sending him to the ground. Optimus looks up as he sees Scourge aiming his Dark Energon blaster at him, "I'm tired of little things getting in my way, goodbye Optimus Prime," he sneers but before he can blast Optimus, Nightbird appears and slices off Scourge's arm with her blade causing Scourge to roar in pain.
"Arcee, "Optimus mutters, Nightbird says nothing flying at Scourge with the intent to stab him, but Scourge quickly spins around and slashes her head clean off with his remaining arm blade.
"No!" Optimus yells as Scourge kicks her body and head off the tower, "Unfortunately, I'm giving her what she wanted, to be reunited with the people she loved (Optimus is still staring off o to where her body landed), y'know she had a split spark too, Bumblebee was her spark mate, she would go on and on about doing the right thing and stopping Unicron, bringing up old sayings I used to tell her and the Autobots, thankfully it ended when I ripped out her voice box."
This catches Optimus's attention as he turns to look at Scourge in disbelief and disgust, but most importantly anger. He stands to face Scourge once more, "Megatron may have taken his name, but you are the true Fallen, for every world destroyed, every life you have ever taken, for Smokescreen, Arcee, and Bumblebee, present and future, I will remove your head," Optimus promises as he rushes at Scourge, dodging the fire of Dark Energon, he grabs Nightbird's sword, and slams Scourge into the lava.
Scourge tries to fight back, but notices Raf and Miko at the control panel. He aims his arm at them and fires Dark Energon. Sari notices this and flies them out of the way but the control panel is destroyed.
"I've had enough!" Optimus screams, Optimus cuts off both of Scourge's arms and strikes his blade through his head, "Time to show you the real power of a Prime!" He pulls the Terrorcon's head off, killing him. Optimus rips open Scourge's chassis revealing The Matrix, the only thing of the Terrorcon that wasn't tainted, though it was dull. Optimus takes out the Matrix, " The Matrix recognized your unworthiness," Optimus says.
Megatron wakes from where he has landed, he struggles to get up as he clutches his head, noticing that parts of it are gone. Airachnid lands right next to him, walking slowly with her claws deployed. However, when he starts to turn to her she retracts them.
"My liege," she says as she helps him up, Megatron glances at her before asking, "Where is Soundwave?"
"Unfortunately, my liege, The Autobot Scout destroyed him," Megatron growls before opening his link to every Decepticon, "Decepticons, this is your rightful master, Megatron, fall back," Megatron transforms, and so does Airachnid as they fly off to the Nemesis. The remaining Decepticons fall back, which the Autobots notice.
Optimus leaps down from the ledge in front of the others. Bumblebee slowly walks up to him.
"Sire," he speaks, Optimus's face lights up in surprise. "Bumblebee. Your voice. I have not heard it since Cybertron fell." Optimus marvels. The other Autobots and Maximals notice what's in Optimus' hands.
" Is that" Bulkhead begins, Optimus nods, "It is Scourge's Matrix." Raf walks up to Optimus, " I'm sorry Optimus, the panel was destroyed. I can't stop it." he laments. Optimus thinks it over before saying, " Autobots, Maximals, retreat to safety. I will destroy the key myself." Optimus declares.
"Optimus, at this rate, the Key has enough power to destroy the Universe, 10 times over, there's nothing we can do," Rhinox argues. But Optimus shakes his head and opens his chassis " With the Matrix of Leadership, I can contain the blast so that it only hurts me and Unicron, both present and future."
" No!" everyone turns to Bumblebee, " We just got reunited and now you want to separate us again," he cries, Optimus' eyes soften as he gathers Bumblebee in his arms and hugs him. When he releases Bee he says, "My journey must be completed, but yours has just begun, I'm proud of the mech you have become, and I know Elita would be too," Bumblebee gives a small tearful smile at this.
With his hand still on Bee's shoulder and turns to Arcee, Bulkhead, and Wheeljack. "I ask only this of you, fellow Autobots ...keep fighting the noblest of fights." Bee looks up at Optimus with a determined expression, "You can count on us to keep the peace." Optimus smiles at Bumblebee before looking to the other Autobots who give Optimus a tearful salute.
Optimus then walks up to Primal and takes his hand and places Scourge's Matrix in it. Primal looks down in shock and then back to Optimus, "Are you certain, I am worthy,"
Optimus simply nods, and Primal slowly opens his chassis and places the Matrix inside of him. The Matrix shines brightly now placed into a worthy Prime, Primal becomes taller, and his shoulders and horns are now more pronounced, his helm becomes blue, and most of his body turns brown, once his transformation is complete his chassis closes.
"Optimus Primal lead the Autobots to Freedom to victory, and continue fighting for freedom, which is the right of all sentient beings," Optimus Prime says.
"Your sacrifice becomes my oath." Primal declares, and Optimus bows his head in thankfulness. "Thank you, my friends, it was an honor serving with you all," Optimus says tearfully. Everyone salutes Optimus, "Till all are one," Optimus reminds them.
"Till all are one," they repeat back. Primal looks up and notices Unicron getting closer, he looks back at Optimus who gives him an approving look," Autobots, Maximals roll out!" Primal shouts as he and the Maximals Maximize into their beast forms, and The Autobots transform with their human partners jumping in, they all drive off.
Optimus creates a barrier to surround the tower, himself, and Unicron. "Don't, Prime. I can give you everything you want." Unicron pleads. But Optimus simply raises his blade, "The only thing I want Unicron, is for you to be gone!" he declares as he brings his blade down onto the panel, destroying it and the key causing an explosion to consume everything inside and close the portal.

The Autobots and Maximals return to Jasper and greet Ratchet, Agent Fowler, Jun Darby, and Isaac Sumdac at the Autobot base. June grabs the teens and hugs them real tight. Fowler salutes, and Sari and Isaac hug. However, Ratchet notices something.
"Where's Optimus," The Autobots and Maximals lower their heads and Ratchet shuts his eyes in grief.
Airachnid walks into the medical room to see Megatron on the berth, he looks up to acknowledge her presence.
"What is it Airachnid?" he demands.
"My liege you have a visitor" She moves out of the way and a Decepticon with a yellow-faced, two yellow horns sticking out from both sides, the cockpit of his vehicle mode sticks out from his chest and is a very dark shade of gray, he has dark blue arms, with tiny gold fins on the bottom, his head resembles that of a samurai, the fins on his shoulders have a yellow lining, his wings on top are blue with gold and grey lining and on the bottom are yellow with a dark blue lining, and the 'cuff' pieces on his arms are yellow.
Megatron smirks, "Welcome Dreadwing."
Bumblebee is sitting on top of the Autobot base staring at the night sky, he hears footsteps behind him and knows it's Arcee. She sits right beside him.
"All I ever wanted, was for him to keep watching over me," Bumblebee says.
"He is Bee, he watching over all of us," Arcee responds.
Bee smiles, "Yeah, I know,"
"You do, how," she asks. Bumblebee turns to her and smiles, "Because I was watching over you,". She smiles and stares at him and he stares back they lean in closer to each other and kiss. They hold it for a few more moments before letting up.
"Hey Cee, I know this might seem forward but, what do you think about being Sparkmates,"
Ratchet is at the monitor working when he gets a signal, he checks it out and gasps, and Optimus Primal walks up behind him. " What is it Ratchet?"
"I'm picking up six Autobot life signals entering the atmosphere." Six Transition Forms enter into Earth's atmosphere. They all land in Jasper Nevada though they all split off. One lands in a swimming pool. Emerging from the pool is a large red and black proto-form with huge canons on both arms. There is a little girl behind him.
"Excuse me, are you the tooth fairy?" she innocently asks.
