Isabelle Lightwood is a Plumeria. But not a simple Plumeria, no, she is much more. Her flawless make up and perfect physique add to her dynamics, the colour in both her fashion and vocabulary making her more complex. Isabelle Lightwood is a Plumeria Scott Pratt.
