The new office had more space, but this one had character, a history, and could brag nearly 20 best sellers.
"Ready to go, darling?" His mother asked.
"Yes. Now's as good of a time as any." They walked out the door and never looked back.
KBRCKBRCKBRC
Huge was an understatement; the house was gigantic….no, enormous? Castle made a mental note to find the right synonym later. Vast seemed to fit. He pulled into the driveway Johanna rushed over from next door with Alexis.
"There's Daddy!" She cooed.
"Hey, Castle. Everything go all right?" Kate walked down the back steps.
"Yah, just perfect. I can't believe you found this."
"It was nothing." She winked.
"You're enjoying this, aren't you?" He asked.
"Who? Me? No. I thought with the trial so close, this would be the perfect neighborhood for some privacy. It's in our best interest if you stay alive. Let's get the truck unpacked." They walked to the moving van together. Kate opened the door, and they began carrying boxes inside.
