"Mom!" Henry anxiously searches for mom at home. He found her in her office, "mom! Guess what?!"

"What is it, Henry? Any luck with Magnus?"

"No, I mean he's reading my book, but I talked to Mr. Gold."

"I told you to stay away from Rumple, Henry. I do not want you near him."

"It's important!" Henry presses her and it seems he has something important to say, so Regina put everything down and focused on Henry, "okay, you have all my attention."

Henry showed her the contract, "I wanted to know if there's another way to break the curse, but he says no. Only Emma has to break the curse, but" pointing at one line of the contract, "originally, you are the owner of the curse. He says that you were supposed to enact the curse, but when that failed," pointing at the next line of the contract. Regina carefully reads and nods in acknowledgement, "yes, that's right, Henry."

"According to Mr. Gold, you tried to poison Snow when she had Daniel killed and that's the only way, he will believe in us."

Regina didn't like where this going when she looks up, then back to reading, "it says one of us have to be poisoned in order to break the curse," so he will believe once we are poisoned, "I am not putting you at risk, Henry."

"I know, but it's the only way, mom. You have to go get that same poison apple and I have to eat it."

"Absolutely not," Regina will never put Henry in danger of any kind, there is no question, but Henry presses more, "it's only way to break the curse, mom."

"No, and that's not up for discussion."

"Then what?"

Regina sighs and rereads again, "this means one of us, so …," she sighs, afraid for her son and putting trust in Magnus, "I will do it."

"Mom," he worried for the well-being of his mother, "but …"

"No, this is not up for discussion. I am not putting you at risk," she heavily sighs with a heavy heart, then back to reading the contract, but wondered, "but wait, Henry," Henry walks back into the office. "Mr. Gold handed you this contract?"

"Yes, he said that he's invested in our future."

Why does he want the curse broken? Did he purposedly led me and Cora here for a purpose? Is there someone important to him that trapped here or what is it that's he's looking for, she kept wondering what Rumple's purpose of all this. "Thank you, Henry."

It's been a slow morning, not really eating my breakfast, but then sweetly smiles when Felicia pops in her seat next to me in a great surprise and smacks a kiss on my cheek. "I thought you were in class?"

"No class today, remember?" Felicia reminded me that her professors are taking a "sick leave" for the day. I remembered now, she texted me earlier that she's coming by and forgotten about it, but "what about your cheerleader practice?"

"I told everyone to have a day off."

"Oh, yeah? You're such a good captain," kisses on her cheek, and proud of her. She is a good captain, and everyone respects her. I thought of a way to get her to date someone, "what do you think of the quarterback? He's sweet on you."

"Mmmm," she ate my fries and ignores my question, "shouldn't you be at the station?"

"I will," I have to go in, I'm the Sheriff, so I am expected and plus Mr. Gold has a plan with Mary Margaret. I looked around when everyone was watching us when she slides her hands under the table and onto my legs. "Felicia. Felicia," with my warning tone then chuckles when she whispers in my ears, "meet me upstairs."

Mary Margaret and David's loft? Is she really going to break into the apartment or what. I was honestly surprised how forward she is with me, and she was never like this. She the one who always wanted more, what's the fuck. At this point, I decided it's best to fuck with one woman because if I had multiple sex partners then there will be drama just like before and I wasn't going to make that same mistake. I couldn't believe it when she walks up the stairs and gave me wink with her legs slightly showing, chuckling with myself.

I put cash on the table and curiously walked up the stairs, but she wasn't there at the top of the stairs next to their door. Whoa, she pushes me onto the door and wildly kisses me on my lips, whoa, whoa, what's going on with her. Didn't I make it clear that I do not want her and only she's getting from me is sex. Luckily, I have the key to Nolan's apartment, so I unlocked the door and pushes her into the apartment with our lips locked together.

Fine, she's getting what she wants, sex and nothing more, squeezes her ass hard, kissing down to her neck then took off her clothes while throwing her onto the bed upstairs where I used to sleep in.

Sheriff Magnus and Mr. Gold discusses how he is considering or already hired with the prosecution, a pre-trial interview with district lawyer. He doesn't think it's a good idea, but Mr. Gold tries to reassure him that it is in Mary Margaret's best interest. The DA only wants to ask Mrs. Nolan few questions.

"Why are you kissing up to the DA?"

"We have no proof of their innocent, Sheriff Magnus," there is no proof of anyone putting the key in her cell, so there is no definite plan to build defense for the Nolan's, instead he plans to use Mary Margaret's personality, a sweet, kind, elementary school teacher. "It doesn't fit the prototype of a killer, now, does it?"

He doesn't want Mary Margaret with the prosecution when it's the very same person who has a personal agenda against them, "that's how you're gonna get her acquitted?"

"Perception is everything, Mr. Magnus, not just in courtroom, but in life. As such, I'm sure you can imagine how the jury would perceive Mrs. Nolan," turns back to Mary Margaret, "if she agrees to cooperate with the district attorney."

"And David?"

"It'll fall into place, and he'll be let free."

Someone walks in with bag of grilled cheese from Granny in her hand, Ruby, "Magnus?" Magnus brings Ruby into his office for privacy when she handed her the bag from Granny, "What did you find?"

"Nothing. I'm sorry, Magnus, but I did try."

"I looked into their phone records and talked to the people at the toll bridge, but this is where it gets strange, Magnus. Sidney Glass is nowhere to be found and Albert Spencer is tight lid clean."

Sidney Glass is missing for few days now, no one has heard from him and Mr. Spencer, "did you check if they talked to each other?"

"No, Magnus, the murder weapon, I talked to someone who owns several of hunter knives, but it seems it was sold or pawn a hunting knife so anyone can own it."

"Did you check their houses?"

"I am going to stop by Albert Spencer's house as soon I leave here," indicating it will be empty and easy to break in while he's here interviewing Mary Margaret.

"Okay, Keep digging please," drawing her several hundreds to pay her, "thank you."

Mary Margaret has reached decision that she's going to do it, "I'll do it. I'm gonna talk to the DA."

"Are you sure?" his instinct is screaming at him that this is a bad idea, but he knows that she will listen to Mr. Gold since he's their lawyer and David agrees with Mr. Gold.

"Mr. Gold is right. My wife has nothing to hide, and they need to see for who we are," David jumps into the conversation to defend her wife's decision to talk with the DA.

"Wise decision, Mrs. Nolan," Spencer held the files in his hands, "my name is Spencer. I'm the district attorney." Spencer looks more than thrilled to catch Mary Margaret, "shall we begin?"

As a Mayor, Regina wanted to be there and required to attend to keep buffer between all parties, but it's her smile that sends an eerie message to Magnus. "Yes," Mary Margaret replied.

Regina and Magnus stood behind the glass window of the room, listening to Spencer and Mary Margaret with Mr. Gold next to her. He's crazy about her and no matter what how many times she fucked Felicia, he couldn't get Regina out of his mind. Several times, he thought of … making love with Regina right there and then while he's fucking with the hot cheerleader. He looks at her then his eyes wander up and down with curiosity. She stood regal and her attention is straight to the room inside.

Regina could feel Magnus watching her closely, "pay attention," a gentle warning that she knows he's looking, and so, he quickly turns back his attention to Mary Margaret, but wasn't fully listening to her.

"She felt hurt. She felt betrayed."

"That must've made you angry."

Magnus whispers to Regina, "Regina, please," begging her to forgive him or talk to her to find out what's going on and why she's not talking to him, "tell me what I did wrong."

"The fact you're asking me that question shows …," Regina clicked the machine to make sure no one was listening in and made sure the door is locked, "I took care of you, Magnus then you claim that I'm behind the whole thing, but yet you still don't believe in Henry."

"I'm sorry, okay. I'm sorry for being asshole," Magnus pulls her closer, caressing her arm then her face, "I'm sorry, Gina. Please." He didn't want Regina to leave him and ignored him like he's piece of a trash even though he is, but he wanted a chance with Regina. He doesn't know what to do, "tell me what to do, Regina. I told you I don't know how to do this and I'm not the man for you, but please don't leave me," Magnus leans little closer that he could lick her lips.

"I'm sorry for all the pain we caused them."

"This is not the courtroom. You can be honest with me."

"I am being honest with you."

Regina breathing heavily and held Magnus close, he swears that he felt that they were beating their hearts as one. Ever since, he arrives at Storybrooke, there was some strange connection between them, a special bond that he could not explain. He finds himself yearning for her, yearning for her comfort, seeking her as if he was looking for her all of his life.

"The ex-wife of the man you love humiliated you in a public form. Surely, you must have felt some anger towards Kathryn."

"Well, yes I was angry, but …" they made the peace, both Jim and Kathryn.

"Do you ever think of acting upon that anger?"

Magnus slowly presses his lips onto her mouth, grabs her closer into his arms to beg for a chance, and finds himself crazy about her. Regina swirls and dances with him, so gently passionate and moans between kisses.

"Of course not."

"I find a hard time believing that."

"Why?!"

"You wanted Kathryn gone and you wanted to hurt Jim for what he did to you that puts you in a coma."

"I never said that!"

Mr. Gold knew that she would confess and destroy the good testimony, "my client is answering no more questions for the day."

"Your client agrees to this interview because she claims that she has nothing to hide."

"I have nothing to hide!"

"You wanted her gone, didn't you?"

"No!" with a confidence voice and promises that they never wanted them gone, they made their peace, and the divorce went well.

"Even after they tried to tear you and David apart. To keep you and David apart?"

Magnus stopped when he heard that the DA kept pressuring her to confess that she wanted her gone, "oh fuck, don't do it Mary Margaret." Regina refocused and recomposed herself to her attention to the event unfold.

"They made you a pariah in your own town?" Spencer showing several photos of Tramp and others all over Storybrooke.

"Yes, of course. I wanted her gone! They were only thing that keeping us apart. So yes, I wanted her gone. Is that what you wanted to hear?!"

Shit, Magnus whispers to himself, fuck.

Every time he goes down the path to save their friends, he thought it's leading somewhere. He was gapping straws when he was reading Henry's book, but lately it's dead end. He knows he has a great instinct and great power, but none of it was helping him lately. Maybe it's best to go back to the beginning with fresh set of eyes with hopes there's some kind of inspiration that was left behind.

It started out a missing person then it became a murder. And a cover-up, but maybe if I knew those things then what would I do differently. The scene of the crime, he drove back to the toll bridge to search something missing, something that he wasn't looking.

He searches on the dirt and rocks, removing the rocks and looks at the digging hole. It's a piece of a metal shed that's found from a shovel. Magnus cheered himself, Mary Margaret and David doesn't own shovels. It must've have been broken off when it hit a rock. So, if we find the shovel that it broke off then I can prove that Mary Margaret didn't bury the heart.

Magnus called Ruby to check Spencer's shed while he checks Sidney Glass, "Ruby, are you there yet?" Magnus driving over to Sidney Glass' house, sneaks around the back to his garage.

"Hang on," hearing Ruby picking the lock while holding the flashlight in her mouth. Magnus opens the garage to Sidney's place, held up his flashlight to search for a shovel.

"Magnus," Ruby calls him out.

"Yeah?" while still searching for a certain shovel with a chip in the corner.

"I found David's phone," a strange voice coming from Ruby, confused and puzzled why there's a phone in his garage while Magnus smiles at the certain shovel, "fucking yes," he took out the piece of metal shed to see if it matches.

"We got them, Ruby!"

Sheriff Magnus knocked at Sidney Glass' door, but there was no answer yet.

"Sidney Glass?" knocking on his door again with the search warrant in his hand and the evidence bag of metal shed. He calls in his deputy to secure the area and turns in the shovel as evidence. One down and one more to go.

Sheriff Magnus drives straight to Spencer's house and knocked with a smirk on his face.

"Can I help you, Sheriff Magnus?" Spencer opens the door.

"Yes, I need you to open your shed and allow us to search your phone."

"And why do I do that?"

"I have a search warrant that says you have to," showing him the search warrant.

He scoffs while reading the warrant, "on what grounds?"

"I receive an anonymous phone call from someone who said they saw you talking with Sidney Glass the day Kathryn was missing."

"An anonymous call?"

"Yeah, well, I can't control the fact they didn't leave a name. I suppose they didn't want to be pissing you off," Magnus presses more to allow him to search the grounds, "Now, let us in and search the house and the shed." He called all the deputies to search the grounds and dust any fingerprints for Sidney Glass and Kathryn whereabouts.
