Now, I have to take hard faith in myself and the evidence we found. It turns out there's no evidence that David owns that phone, but he swears that it his. The phone has been wiped clean and Spencer claims it's his old phone, that's all.
He threw the glass at the wall, fucking bastard, pacing around in his office then spotted a listening device, a bug from Sidney Glass. There's a call from Ruby, screaming and freaking out, "Ruby! Ruby!"
"She's in the alley!"
"Who, Ruby? What happened?" hearing Ruby crying and freaking out. Fuck, he ran towards the diner to search for Ruby at the back alley. I grab her to get her attention, "what happened?" She points at the back alley, "she's …"
Sheriff Magnus runs to the back alley, looks around then saw Kathryn's body face down, "Kathryn?" he turns her body around facing him.
August Booth struggles to get out of the bed, his leg is giving him pain, and it's part of the curse. He knows it means it's time to tell Magnus the truth and show him that Henry's stories are true. Operation Cobra, Henry and August has been secretly working together to put pieces together to show Magnus and get him to believe.
While August Booth and Henry working together, Jim sat with Kathryn at the hospital. Jim and Kathryn kept their hands together and Jim kept kissing her on her forehead. He's so glad to have her home and found alive. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry," Jim felt bad that he left her somewhere. Kathryn dismissed his apology, "no, you tried." Jim held her tight while he rests.
Granny brought a pie to Nolan's apartment and there's a huge sign above, "Welcome Home," Magnus helps stirring and Mary Margaret setting the table while others help out. A huge celebration and asked where's David. Magnus replied, "he'll be here soon."
Mary Margaret was surprised to see half of the town to welcome them home, "all those people are here to welcome us home?"
"You got a lot of good friends," they still have a lot of loyal friends.
"It didn't feel like it yesterday," handing out drinks to everyone while talking to Magnus.
"Open the presents," one of them exciting to show off the presents and see what they got. Henry was first to give a huge card from her class when she opens the card that says, we're so glad you didn't kill Kathryn." Everyone laughs and Henry shook the present, "it's from your class and we got you a bell."
"Thank you," Mary Margaret was pleased how sweet the kids are and told Henry that she'll be back working soon.
Magnus brought Henry home from the party, Regina thanks him for bringing him home safely then invited him inside for the best apple cider. Henry and Magnus played video games together and he's killing dad. Regina's heart warms while watching dad and son playing together. She was glad to find some kind of middle ground with Magnus and couldn't believe it's happening soon.
She feared the worst, the poison that Emma drunk when Cora enacts the curse. What will happen when the curse breaks? The fact remains, Emma, where is she and did it work through Emma or Emmett. Although True Love kiss should break any and all curses including Emma and returning to her true form. At least she hopes and getting poison apple from Enchanted Forest can't be easy, but she knew a way. She remembered Cora worked with him, Jefferson, the Mad Hatter. Luckily all of her things were handed down to Regina and one day she found Jefferson's hat.
"Blast it!" Magnus shouted at the game, playing racing with Henry. I laugh to myself when he was struggling, and apparently our son was better than him. Henry is a lot like Emma, her stubbornness and sense of adventure, but most of all always believe he's right and the hero will win. It's the confidence in them are most similar, but right now Magnus is missing that piece, that confidence that the good will win. He doesn't believe there any other world, believes in what he sees just as much as Emma. As far as Magnus can tell, there is no hint of magic in this world and even in Storybrooke. It's a normal quiet town and that's all he is seeing, so I don't blame him.
It's hard for Magnus to find faith in someone or anything for that matter. Faith doesn't come easy for either Emma or Magnus. They have to hold on that faith so hard and concentrate so they don't lose that faith even there's no evidence of it. There are so many times that Emma would furiously argue with me when she founds out bits and pieces of my past before I met her. At one point, she didn't believe that I was good when I did something evil in my past. It was a struggle and hard for her to find faith in me when everything is against me.
Henry reminded me to open up to him and let him see my vulnerability. Maybe it's time that I need to show him that side of me and let him see me. A kindred spirit as my father told me once upon a time, I smile at the memory of my father.
"Time to go to bed, Henry," Regina taps on his back, rubs gently.
"Aww, mom. I was beating him!" Henry didn't want to stop playing. He was almost winning the race. Magnus rubs on his hair when gave him the controller, "another time, kid."
Regina closes the door behind her after making sure Henry is asleep while Magnus waited in the hall, with his arms crossed and leaning on the wall. Regina thought of her father for a moment then looked at Magnus, who looks so much like Emmett, same beard and curly messy hair, so blonde and hazel green eyes. He's drinking my best apple cider and asked if there's anything stronger as a little joke, then I smirked, "no, sorry, Magnus."
I sighed and stared down in his eyes and swears Emma was reflecting back at me, "so you're with Felicia?"
"that's what this is? You're jealous?"
Regina tries to remember the conversation between Emma and Regina, "when you come into town, for a moment, I thought you were going to take Henry from me."
"No, I'm not, Regina," Magnus set the glass on the small table, and moves closer to Regina, "I admit I stayed for Henry, but you're the reason I'm still here." Magnus softly caress on her face, "I'm sorry about Felicia, but I tried to do something with her. It didn't work."
"What didn't work?" Regina wondered, trying to do this for the sake of Emma.
"I wanted to forget you, so I tried with Felicia, but no matter how hard I try," Magnus didn't say anything more, "it just didn't work. It's just sex, Gina, that's all."
Regina carefully thought about this then remembers part of her bad past, "I wasn't completely honest with you, Magnus. You were right, I did some bad things … and I hurt the people in that process."
"But you're not anymore? Why is that?"
"I didn't want to be like my mother. I wanted to be Henry's mother and I didn't want the status of a queen, so I am trying to make the best of it."
Magnus didn't know what to say, he never thought in millions of years that Regina will tell him the truth, finally a truth he wanted, mmm, but is Henry the only reason, "is that the only reason why you're trying to do better?"
"No, of course not."
"And you what … changed your mind after I rolled into town?" He wasn't sure what to believe, but he could see Regina is being sincere about this.
Regina sighs at his suspicious nature and hesitated to believe me then immediately calms herself to keep answering, "I felt threaten, I admit, in the beginning, but …," she remembers Daniel and held back her tears. "Daniel was his name, Cora found out about us and that we were planning to elope, but Cora had him in an accident … killed to show me that having power and money is far more important than love. After that, I went on a vengeance and revenge on anyone who stood in my way. I lost piece of myself until I had Henry. Henry reminded me that not all love is lost."
He didn't know why but why he is stunned by this, "oh," he pulled her closer into his arms and held her tight, "I'm so sorry." Is Cora that cruel and go that far to break Regina. "I'm so sorry, Regina." Regina leans her head on his shoulder, and wraps around him, it's been so long she's been in his arms, to be in Emma's arm. Regina looks up to him with a smile, "I'm trying too and I'm sorry." Magnus leans in for a sweet quick kiss and smiles when Regina's face changes to a smile with her puffy eyes, "I'm sorry for being asshole and …," Regina stops him with deeper kiss and sat on his lap with his hands on her ass, she found feel Magnus love growing for her when they molded into deeper kisses, more passionate than before.
Why is it he always finds himself in bed with the most amazing and beautiful woman on earth and there's phone call, every single fucking time. "I can't wait for David to be the fucking Sheriff, so the fucking phone will stop ringing," grumbled to himself then inhales to prepare himself to answer calmly, "yes, this better be good."
"Sidney Glass is ready to talk."
"Why can't David or someone else do it?"
He grumbles again when the other line replied that Glass will only talk to me, "I'll be there in a few."
"Everything okay?" Regina lays besides him while her hands caressing his chest and face.
"It's Sidney Glass, he's ready to confess," smiles when he pulled her up to kiss her on the lips when she got onto top of her. He finds it fucking hot how dominate she is over him, and she doesn't like submitting to someone. I couldn't believe how soft and smooth she is when she's so sharp and regal, a complete opposite.
"What?" Regina asked when I was studying intensely, but I only shook my head, "nothing. Just life." I gently push her away to get dress and she did the same, "what are you doing?"
"I am going with you," Regina needed to be there with him, the Emma instinct is kicking in, knowing he'll do something stupid.
Sheriff Magnus shot him a look when he walks into the station, seeing Sidney Glass broken down and sweating then looks around the room. David and the deputy sitting beside him then Sidney looked at Regina, so I turn to her. I held back my anger and brought her aside, "you did something to him, didn't you?"
"No, Magnus. He was in love with me, so he'll do anything to prove himself to me and give himself a promotion."
"He's taking the fucking fall for you?!"
"No! I had nothing to do with Kathryn or Jim," Regina didn't understand why he can't take on the faith in her. He brought her into a private room after telling everyone to wait on him, "what did you do to him?!"
Her guard is up, and she fought hard to remember Henry's words, her father's words about Emma and letting her to see the truth by opening herself up. It has not been easy for me to open myself up like that, so she carefully thought of what she should say. She could feel his wrath upon her like he's going to do something to her. "After you rolled in town, I had him to take pictures of you and Henry, so I can keep track of you. He was my eyes and ears in this town, but also, I have hidden cameras everywhere in this town. I had him to investigate your records and he broke the law by publishing about you."
"It was you?! the whole time?!" Magnus sneers closer to her, so furiously distressed by this and slams the wall behind her and she flinches, whispers, "I'm sorry," then continues, "I had no hand in the event of Kathryn and Mary Margaret. Sidney Glass thought of doing this for me because Mary Margaret was the one that broke the news to Cora about Daniel and me when she was young. I told you I was in a dark place years ago."
"What do you mean Mary Margaret told Cora about you both?"
"She was injured when she was young, and I saved her. She saw me with Daniel and told Cora, but she swore to me that she will keep a secret."
"What does this fucking have to do with Sidney and Spencer?!" He yells at her when she hesitated, "what is it?!"
"Sidney was doing my bidding, and he told me where they will be at the time of the crash, and Spencer hates them because they try to steal his land. Sidney and Spencer were working together." Regina looks at him, the disappointment, and the protection of me, he's having conflict, so I touches on his chest, "I'm sorry, but I had no idea they were planning to do something to Kathryn or even kidnapped her."
"You listen to me," Magnus walks up to her and pushes her to the wall, and Regina backs away, "I believed you last night, but right now, you're making this harder than it already is, Regina. What was your plan here, confess your feelings for me last night because of Sidney or what is it that you're trying to do here?!"
"No, that's not what I am trying to do, Magnus. I love you, okay!"
He pants a moment, on one hand, he wants to kill her, but the other she's told him that she loves him. "What?" Regina looks down, away from his eyes, but didn't say anything at the moment.
He's boiling mad, the fire boiling inside and kept hitting the wall, fuck, fuck, fuck. He had to protect her and what is he going to do, he couldn't arrest Sidney on false grounds. He kisses her hard on the lips, and picks her up into his arms, and felt her tears running down to her cheeks.
Magnus sat at the table with Sidney Glass while David and Regina were nearby listening what he has to say about Kathryn, "it's me. I confess. I abducted Kathryn and I held her in the basement of an abandon summer home by the lake. I had Spencer to bride a lab tech to get me the heart from the hospital and did the same to the doctor for lab results."
"And the knife?"
"Spencer needed evidence to tie the murder to Mary Margaret, so he had me to buy hunting knife and planted it in their apartment."
"And I'm supposed to believe you both did this for why now?" Magnus knew he's making up the story because none of this is the truth. He held in his anger and rolls his eyes.
"I was gonna find her after the conviction, be a hero and I wanted promotion from writing the biggest story in town. I wanted my job back and write a novel, and movie and … I don't know. It sounds crazy now."
Magnus fought not to laugh at this ridiculous story, "yeah, I don't know about crazy, but false, yes. False as hell."
"I have maps to where the house is. You'll find chains in the basement, but I didn't hurt her."
David couldn't believe his ears, "obviously he suffered a mental break, or maybe he hasn't been himself in a while since he got fired?"
He shot Regina a look, "it's like it isn't his words at all, now, is it?!" That's the fucking big load of crap, but then David interrupted my train of thoughts while I was shooting Mayor Mills a look. "What do you think we should do, Sheriff Magnus?"
He can't arrest him on false grounds, he's an innocent man and he was in love with Regina, so he's willingly to do anything for her even doing crimes. The safest I can do for him instead of sending him to prison, "book him and write him up as a mental breakdown."
Sidney Glass thought the worst possible for him, is prison for life, but that wasn't the case, "you're not going to arrest me?"
"No," taking off my sheriff badge to give it to David since the case is closed and David is free and clear. He redirected to David after writing the report quickly and looking between Sydney and Regina, "book him then let him go home to gather his things and stay the night. Always have a deputy with him then in the morning, send him to the hospital." He hated himself for doing this just to protect Regina.
I waited until we were in Regina's office then pushes her inside with little force, "you did this to him!"
"He did this to himself. I didn't know he will go this far."
"He's innocent and you know it!"
"I am sorry, Magnus."
What has Regina done to me, I walk towards her, and she backs away until her desk stopped her. I kept my eyes onto her, and he did believe her last night that's she's trying to do good and do right, for Henry. Right now, he doesn't know, but all he wants right now is, he grabs her little hard into his arms, squeezing her ass and Regina's arms wraps around his neck.
