Before the invasion of the Xyz Dimension, scans done by the Fusion Dimension reveal two more dimensions. The Ritual Dimension, and the Link Dimension. Within those two dimensions, Chiaki, Yuji, Miharu and Yuno have their lives turned upside down, and are tossed into a vicious war. Also, why are there five people with the same faces as them?

After saving Heartland, the Dimension Guardians and their allies now take the fight to Academia. Yuya, having inherited the wills of his master and family is determined to stop Leo Akaba with the help of his friends and save all four dimensions. But Leo Akaba is determined to make sure that his plans come to fruition. The Dimensional War finally reaches its climax.
