Oh my goodness. I hadn't noticed for one whole month that chapter 15 was posted twice :/ I finally came up with a game plan. This will finally end at either chapter 24 or 25. I just had good ideas, and within now, and the rest of the chapters, great plot progress will be made, so sit tight a little longer ok?
Chapter 17: Business?
It has been a full week since Akina's beloved mother passed on by the sick bastard in her dream, and not once has she uttered a word. When she smiled, it was either fake, or forced. It was as if she were in a trance of great grief from a great loss, and it was.
Lightning stayed with her for comfort, and for protection. For only one more week Lightning could stay before work was to start up again. She couldn't really be out of the job much longer. There are killers on the loose, and she vowed to take them down.
"Akina?" Lightning called as Akina was yanked out of her thoughts, and back to the society she wish she wasn't it. The blonde looked up and at Lightning who was staring at her from the couch. Akina had been leaning on top of the counter for about 20 minuets, doing absolutely nothing but thinking.
The blonde walked towards Lightning with a forced smile on her face, and sat down on the couch next to the other. She glanced at the TV that had been playing the movie Frozen before looking at Lightning's face. She stared at her soft lips till Lighting noticed.
"What?" Lightning asked with an eyebrow arching up to the white apartment ceiling. Akina opened her mouth to say something, but only air blew out of her lungs. Her vocal chords locked up, making her unable to speak.
She casually turned back to the television to watch Olaf be impaled by an icicle. "Oh look at that, I've been impaled" the TV sounded. The corner of Akina's lips couldn't help, but quiver. It was funny, it made her some what happy.
Akina glanced at Lightning again. This time her eyes were drawn to Lightning's beautiful storm like irises. She bit her bottom lip slightly as her heart sped up slightly, and her face turning slightly red.
An idea popped inside her head as she walked up to the TV and switched it off. She smiled a smile not forced or fake, and ran off into her small room.
"Hey!" Lightning complained with her blue gaze following Akina's footsteps. When Akina comes back, she's holding a stereo and a smirk dabbling on her soft lips. "Okay, hold on" Lighting commented, but it was drowned in the beat of a song.
The Sadie Hawkins Dance.
Akina rushed over to where Lightning was sitting, and pulled her to her feet. Lighting grunted as she was pulled to an empty space. Akina smiled seductively as she started dancing around Lightning.
The taller woman chuckled and watched Akina dance around her. The blonde snagged Lightnings hands. She started dancing to try and get Lightning to dance too. Feeling awkward, Lighting followed Akina's arm movements.
When it got slower, Lightning spun Akina before the blonde grabbed her hips and pulled her close. Akina had gotten so close to Lightning's face, if it had just been a few centimeters closer, their lips would be touching. Once the song sped up, the blond moved away.
Slightly disappointed, Lighting continued dancing with Akina who had that sadistic smirk on her beautiful lips. Once the song started to end, Lighting grabbed Akina's shoulders and pulled her into a deep kiss. Completely taken off guard, Akina stood shocked at the taller woman's sudden movements. Slowly, her eyelids closed and she kissed back.
It felt like the moment had lasted forever. They didn't want to stop, but the need for oxygen was of great importance. Lighting broke off the kiss with her hands on Akina's hips, and the blondes arms around her neck.
Akina's soft gaze gazed into Lightning's eyes with the thought of how she came to fall in love with the headstrong, ambitious, and very serious girl. It was a moment that could continue if Akina hadn't bitten her bottom lip and looked away.
"What?" Lightning asked with her curiosity causing an eyebrow to arch up and a small curl up of the lips, what was some what of a half smile. The blonde's face grew red hot as she opened her mouth to speak, but nothing came out.
After several seconds, finally a noise was made. "I... I" Akina had started, but took a moment to gather up more courage. "I um.. really... like you?" She tried to say but she made a face as she heard how stupid she was sounding.
"That's not right!" Shouted Akina before the taller woman, Lightning, could reply to such stupid wording. "What I meant to say was... was that I love you" mumbled the blonde, but audible enough for Lightning to hear.
Then a sound so foreign echoed into the overly small apartment. It was the very cutest giggle Lightning had ever made. Akina's sexual desires reached its peak as she watched the most beautiful creature ever, Lightning, laugh so elegantly.
Still laughing Lightning said "Well that's good. Because I love you too". Once Lightning had almost ceased her chuckles, her lips were attacked by the blondes. This time it was more rough, and filled with more desire than before. The sexual tention rose as the kiss grew more and more like a war zone. The two girls were fighting for dominance.
Akina started backing Lighting towards the wall, but before they touched the wall, Lighting switched the rolls and managed to push the blondes back up against the poorly colored wall. Then, Akina grabbed Lightnings waist and pulled it so that their waists touched. Slowly Akina rubbed their waists together, earning a moan from herself, enjoying the position she currently was in.
Lightning's long pale fingers ran through Akina's short, but thick locks of hair before breaking off their kiss. Lightning kissed down from Akina's chin and down to her jaw. It was then Lightning wanted to make her lover as hers and no one else's by sucking and nibbling under the blondes jaw.
While Lightning did her thing, it was Akina's turn to do something so she lifted up the others shirt and snapped Lightning's bra strap playfully. Lightning grunted, and bit a little harder on the hicky that was begining to take form under Lightning's soft pink lips. Akina squeaked at the sudden bite, but that didn't stop her from advancing.
Akina's rough callused fingertips brushed the skin under Lightning's bra and smirked. Akina's thumb felt the fabric of the bra as a teasing gesture, but she knew she needed more if she wanted to get what she wanted to hear.
When Lightning finished Akina's hicky, she took a moment to catch her breath, and removed her shirt, and threw it to the side before placing her hands on her lovers hips. She pushed Akina's hips against the wall again before she started grinding tastefully against the blonde. Slight feathery moans escaped Akina's beautiful soft lips.
"Bed?" Akina asked between her feathery moans. Lightning smirked and grabbed Akina's legs and pulling them up so the smaller girl could wrap her legs around her torso. Lightning walked into the only bedroom in the God forsaken apartment and laid the maroon eyed girl softly on the bed.
"Shirt. Off." Lightning demanded as she straddled Akina's hips. The other girl smirked with seduction circling within her deep blood soaked iris.
"Bringing the office to bed?" Akina joked. Lightning looked at the blond lamely before the shirt had been casted away.
With the shirt out of the question, Lightning kissed from Akina's neck down to the start of her jeans. Lightning remained below Akina's belly button and started making another hickey.
The blonde moaned slightly as she moved some hair out of Lightning face to watch how beautiful her love was. When Lightning looked up, their eyes met for a few moments before Lightning smiled against Akina's skin.
"Have I ever told you you're beautiful?" Akina asked with a smile in her face. Lightning finished her hickey and looked up into the blood irises of her love, and smiled.
"Yes" Lightning spoke with a elegant, feathery touch to her words.
Akina smiled softly and caressed Lightnings cheek before the older girl started undoing Akina's pants. "Ready?" Asked Lightning with a smirk on her teeth.
"Absolutely" Akina snipped playfully before assisting Lightning.
