Chapter 18: Mr. Bartender

Akina sat up and looked at Lightning who was currently asleep under the covers, naked. Yes, they had sex, and it seemed to have make Lightning tired for once. The blonde smiled and watched her sleep peacefully before resting her back on the cheep head rest that had a few cracks from previous actions and grabbed something from table next to the bed. It was a pack of cigarettes. She plopped one into her mouth, and lit it.

Just so that Lightning could get somesleep, she got up and opened the window of her room and blew out the grey clouds of smoke. She was slightly tired, but that didn't stop her from putting everything back on and out the door. She didn't even know were her feet was taking her till she reached a bar. This was more of an Irish Pub. She didn't bother to read the walked right inside.

Right behind the counter was a man with a beanie on top of golden blonde locks of hair that was ruled by the most beautiful pair of green cat like eyes. She smiled at the Bartender and sat on one of the stools. She looked him up and down and took a few notes. He was indeed very cute. On his left ear was an eating that held a clear fake jewel, like most earring. She was almost paying too much attention to his face to notice that he was wearing a necklace with a small sword charm dangling on a light gold chain.

"What can I help you with, miss?" The man asked with a smirk on the roght corner of his smile. His eyes told her something she couldn't quite make out. Perhaps it was familiarity.

"Anything good" she replied before resting her head on her hand. She watched the young bartender fumble about the bar, preparing something for her. A few seconds later and he returned with a tall glass of liquor with a few bubbles at he top.

"Thanks" Akina mumbled as she took a sip of her beverage and sighed with a smile pulling on the corner of her lips. She looked back up at the bartender and watched him clean his bar.

"Aren't you a little young?" She asked with an eyebrow arched up. The bartender looked looked up from the glass he was wiping off and smiled.

"Aren't you a little young for that?" He asked, pointing his glass at hers. Akina chuckled and took another sip.

"Nope." Akina replied right after the liquid made its way down her throat. The bartender put his glass away and made his way towards Akina.

"Then that answers both of our questions. I'm a legal bartender" He said featherly as he then leaned on the counter with his arms crossed. "The names Sora. Sora Hamasaki" he said warmly, melting Akina's insides.

"Akina Nagase" Replied and thrusted a hand in front of Mr. Sora Hamasaki. He chuckled and took her hand in his, and sshook it softly. "Pleased to meet you, Sora" grinned the maroon eyed girl.

"Pleased to meet you too, dearist Akina" Sora mumbled playfully so that other people at the bar wouldn't try to pry into their conversation. Thus made the other blonde giggle slightly with a soft smile on her lips.

"So what brings you here?" Asked Sora with a curious gaze swirling in his abnormal shade of leaf green eyes. Akina snapped into reality as she noticed she had been staring into his eyes for a while.

Akina took a moment to think about a reason, but she had no idea what she was doing here at all. She just shrugged and said "The wind brought me here". A few chuckles squeezed out of Sora before fixing his hat slightly.

"Good to know." Chuckled the man. The look from before clowded his green eyes. The feeling of familiarity. This slightly disturbed Akina. She wished she knew were he was from.

"Have we meet before? You seem familiar..." asked the maroon gazed girl. Her front two teeth grazed over her bottom lip as if she were going to bite it, but didn't.

Sora smiled and opened his mouth to say something but didn't. It felt as if he was keeping some information from her. "No that I can think of love" he said, grabbing Akina's now empty glass of alcohol, and filled it up again. "On the house" he said before taking a minute leave to turn the stereo up. Right above the stereo was a clock that read 12:00 A.M. it was officially morning.

Akina finished the glass of free liquor and requested another. Sora and Akina had continued talking through the night, learning more about eachother. They both had gone to the ssame high school and that's when Akina snapped her fingers and shoved the fact that she "Told Him So" in his face repeatedly.

When it came time for Akina to go home, drunk, at 3:00 in the morning.

Akina woke up in pure darkness. There was nothing but darkness. At first she thought it was a dream, but she had a horrible hang over. A drip in the distance caught her attention.

The blondes heart beat thudded against her rib cage as she attempted to stand, but she almost lost her balance. Its not like every one go's walking around in the dark without anything to help them.

She made her way towards the sound till she eventually touched something wet. Scared at first, she held her hand out to capture a bead of what was dripping off the ceiling, and tasted it. She relaxed when it turned out to be just water.

"Where am I?" She asked as she plopped onto the ground. Her back hit a wall, but it wasn't exactslly a wall. It was more like padding. Confused, she rubbed the wall with her palm. This made her theory more clear.

At the moment, she was to terrified to really do anything. She was trapped in this strange hell hole, and she needed a way out. She tried standing up, but her leggs wobbled under her, then gave out.

Frustrated she decided to just crawl. She felt along the wall tillage reached another side of the wall. She continued this till she felt two more walls, and no door way. How the hell she got in here, she wanted to know.

The last thing remember is getting into a taxi, and waving Sora goodbye. Her stomach groaned, giving her a warning that it wants to upchuck. She laid in the floor and sat there. For ten minuets, nothing happened till something dripped on her forehead. She whiped the liquid off her head, and Laird it upon her tongue.

Horrified, she ran towards were she first found water. It was blood. She could remember how irony blood was, and how thick it was. It had to have been blood.

Blood echoed in her mind for a few seconds till she laid down again, closing her eyes. Perhapse if she fell alseep again, she would wake up in a warm bed next to Lightning.

Lighting... She knew she had forgotten something, and it was Lightning. It felt as if millions of needles pricked her heart as she thought about how she had flirted with Sora when she knew she loved Lightning.

Akina groaned and shoved her face in the ground feeling ashamed and unfaithful. That's all that echoed in her head. 'Unfaithful. Unfaithful. Unfaithful' the words mocked her, insulted her, made her feel like she was disgusted with herself.

She calmed down after a while, and started thinking aabout how she might have gotten here. Still all she could remember was when she got into the cab. She must have fallen asleep in the cab. She could remember Sora telling the cab driver were to go and she just blacked out.

Akina groaned as she stood up and again tried feeling around the walls to find a door, but nothing. The room was actually fairly small. Standing on her tippy toes she could touch the ceiling. If she had been as tall as normal people, she could put her palm against the ceiling with her elbow bent in an acute angle.

Butterflys started to flutter in her stomach as she started to think she was probably buried alive. That was when her headache slowly started pounding harder as she though more that she should. She needed some sort of nap to make her feel better. Unfortunately, the floor wasn't quite comfortable as her bed.

Akina laid down again and closed her eyes. Slowly the darkness took her in its clutches. Sleep tugged at her eyes till she had been put in a deep sleep.

The dream:

'Akina... do you know were you are?' A voice echoed in her head.

"No... were am I?" She asked to voice, hoping for a non philosophical answer.

'Think. Padding... what does the padding remind you of?' The voice asked her. Confused still, she thought.

"Of a prison" She answered. Even though it was obvious, she still couldn't bring the clues to give the correct answer.

'Close enough' the voice said annoyed at her stupidity and it stopped talking. Not happy about the tone of the voice she grew slightly angry.

"Hold on a sec! Who are you!? Where am I, and why am I here!?" She shouted, waiting for an answer. Nothing came. Annoyed she closed her eyes to think.

""Close enough"?" she quoted.

A/N: I hope you liked this chapter. Its longer than the last one so... be happy at least.
