AN: Okay, I am back! A lot of things have gone down since my last update, one including me losing this story. I had a lot of computer trouble and needless to say, I'm basically starting over from where I last left off. The story will be written differently from here on out. It's probably either going to slow down or take a turn in the direction you least expect. I will never abandon my stories. I love writing and I love the fanfiction universe. I also am planning a lot of other fanfictions involving Rosario + Vampire, Highschool DxD, Last Exile, Chrome Shelled Regios, Freezing, Maken-Ki, Infinate Stratos and so many others. Some will be mostly One-shots and others will be drawn out. I also have a job and have been called in a lot so I am having to work and transition back into going to school and such. Okay, let's get back into this shall we?

Hey everyone!

I'm so sorry that I haven't been around or updated my story in a really long time. There has been so much going on in my life. I have a new job, my hours are crazy, my schedule is out of whack. My sleeping pattern is now messed up because of it, I'm tired all of the time, I really want to write, I have so, so many amazing ideas and stories in my mind. I mean, I am writing more of Transformation Vampire, so it will be updated soon, but as far as that story goes, I'm irritated with myself, because it hasn't become what I wanted it to, what I had envisioned for it. I may just totally restart it, or at least re-do the third chapter. Also I am writing my ideas down for the one shots and the other Fictions that I want to write. Also have been working on trying to get to college. So that's that. I'm sorry and I will be updating soon.

"I'm so tired," Kokoa said as she plopped down onto the floor, not wanting to ruin the hard work she just put into cleaning.

"I think we all are," Gin stated, looking over the end result of their labor.

"We at least got it done, and it looks pretty good," Yukari added.

Gin started sniffing the air and allowed his tongue to flop out of his mouth, "That smells good."

Everyone had begun to notice there was an enticing smell in the atmosphere and began to follow it to the kitchen.

"Oh hello everyone!" one of the Akashiya maids gently greeted.

"You must have smelled dinner." Another chimed in with a smile.

"Yes, it smells wonderful, what is it?" Yukari asked politely walking to the stove, studying the pot.

The maid closest to her smiled and began, "well it's actually an American dish, we thought it fitting because tonight is kind of chilly and it also happens to be master Kaien's favorite dish. It's called Pot Roast. What we did was braised the beef a little then added beef stock, our special mix of seasonings, some gravy, potatoes, carrots, onion, garlic, a few other things and have let it sit here all day to slowly cook."

Everyone looked to the maids and smiled.

"You really do a lot of work and I'm sure everyone here appreciates it." Kokoa said.

Everyone then of course looked at her as though she had lost her mind. She got defensive over the stares and blurted out, "what?! I do know how to be nice! Sometimes." She then crossed her arms and began to pout as she walked away from the group.

Moka calmly stood up, looked at Tsukune and excused herself to her room. Although what she really wanted to do was scream and beat the living pulp out of Tsukune. She thought better of it though, her brother and soon-to-be sister in-law would have a coronary.

"Ura, why are you fighting it? I've already accepted the fact that I love him."

"You may have accepted it, but I won't. I don't care if I end up having to marry… him."

"There's no chance of me ever, ever being okay with that."

"I have more control as of now, if I never put that rosary back on then you'll have no say."

"Do you remember what our mother said to us the day she put it around your neck and I became me?"

"Barely, at this point it might actually be a damn good thing."

"Baka! She told you that the only person who would be able to remove it, is the person who truly loves you."

"She didn't say that."

"Maybe she didn't say exactly that but close enough."

"He doesn't even know how he feels about me though."

"What do you mean?"

"I mean he knows how he feels about YOU, but not ME."

"That's because you haven't shown him who YOU are."

At that moment Moka realized she had been letting her pride and dignity stand in the way of not only showing Tsukune but everyone else around her who she really is. So far they've only seen her bravado, her power and her courage. No one has ever seen that she too gets scared, she wants someone to protect her, she wants to be loved too, she wants what everyone else wants. Tears swell up in her eyes, begging to be released. She tries to blink them away, but they can't be stopped. She blinked again and allowed them to roll down her cheeks. She started thinking about a couple of days ago, to when they were at the coffee shop. How he had let her drink his blood so openly and freely. She then remembered how she had acted with him, "That.. wait no, I can't possibly," she thought to herself. Moka then sat down on her bed, glanced at the alarm clock which now read 7:56pm. "It's almost time for dinner, huh?"

Tsukune shut off all of his game gear, stood up and mentally decked himself in the face. "What was I thinking? Oh yeah, right I wasn't!"

He then sighed and realized that it was probably time for dinner. "I'll apologize later, I hope she can forgive me."

"Why so glum chum?" Gin noticed how Tsukune was kind of dragging himself down the stairs into the dining room.

"Hm? Oh, yeah just thinking is all." Tsukune didn't expect Gin to really believe that was it, he wasn't even convincing to himself. He plopped down into a seat at the table lost in his own thoughts when Moka walked through the doorway. They refused to look at each other. Pretty soon one by one they all had gathered around the table.

Kaien stood as the last member arrived at the table. "Now everyone, I'd like you all to know dance training starts tomorrow morning at 8am."

The group all moaned in slight agony and Kaien continued, "Relax, it's just to learn a few formal dance routines nothing that should last longer than a week."

"A week? I thought it was only for a few hours?" Gin replied.

"Well, do you know how to dance at all Gin?" Kaien smiled.

"No, I guess not really. Fair enough." Gin started to sip on his glass of water, with a red face.

Kaien looked over at the twins pointing, "besides these two have two left feet, they need all the training they can get." Kaien sat back down and Itsuki and Hikaru became slightly heated and yelled "no fair!" in unison.

The gang all finished up with dinner and everyone besides Kaien, Tsukune, Ryo, The twins and Mrs. Akashiya who had all gone back to Kaien's study, helped with the dishes.

Creeeek THUD!

The solid Oak wood door shut. Kaien took a seat behind his desk, Ryo sitting at the corner closet to her fiancé. The twins stood on either side of the chairs that mRs. Akashiya and Tsukune sat at. All attention was on Kaien.

"Tsukune, you have Shuzen blood running through your veins due to multiple unfortunate things from being a student at Yokai." Kaien began.

"No matter how, or why any of this is happening, you have a choice, I'm putting everything aside and I'm asking you now, man to man, do you want to become stronger to protect my sister and the others? No, before you even ask or assume, this has nothing to do with the whole Moka and you together thing." Kaien looked at Tsukune trying to figure out what was going through his mind.

"That's all I've wanted for the longest time, is to be stronger so I can protect all of my friends."

"Then Tsukune, we will help you become stronger so you can harness the Shuzen blood that runs through your veins. However there is one stipulation to this. Kaien smirked.

"That would be?" Tsukune asked nervously.

"That no matter what becomes of you and Moka, you have to protect her no matter what."

"I promise, no matter what I will always protect her, even if she doesn't want me to. Same for the rest of my friends." Tsukune clenched his fist and raised it up.

Kaine looked to the twins and his mother, all three nodded in approval.

"We want you to know Tsukune also that no matter what happens in the future, you will always be welcome into our home, and will always be considered our friend." Ryo smiled at Tsukune and he smiled back.

"Thank you Ryo, everyone else as well."

"One more thing Tsukune." Kaiden stood.

"This isn't going to be easy. It is going to be very difficult and you will want to give up. It will be painful."

"I won't give up, no matter what it takes. My friends never gave up on me. I will not give up on them." Tsukune then stood and shook Kaien's hand.

"If you all don't mind, I'm going to go up to my room and get some rest for tomorrow." Tsukune bowed and left Kaien's study.

"Before you say anything I want you to know, the only reason I've decided to change how I want to approach this is because if Tsukune feels pressured, he might want to run away. As we have all agreed before, it's best to not push either of them too hard. They need to come into it on their own." Kaien addressed everyone in the room, who all were questioning what had just happened.

"You're right, we will follow your lead son." Mrs. Akashiya spoke.

"We trust ya buddy" Itsuki added.

"You haven't steered any of us wrong before man, don't see why you'd start with those two." Hikaru added.

"I love and trust you dear, I just want those two to live happy lives, wherever their paths lead them." Ryo smiled at Kaien and left it at that. They all went up to their rooms to try and get some sleep.

"Damnit, that isn't good enough. You need to have everything ready soon. I sense they are going to start making a move soon. I will not let that little brat of mine destroy everything I have build from the ground up. This clan merging with the Ruthven's would mean so many wonderful things. I will not let him think he can ruin this. I'm playing a long to his little game, but at the end of it all, Moka will be Fredrick's wife. I just need the preparations to be completed. How much longer? A couple of months?! No, just keep working." Adaru slammed the phone down onto its base and sighed sitting back in his chair.

"Why did I let that damn brat live?"

AN: Hey.. Long time no see… Well I'm back, I'm so sorry this isn't as long as the other chapters and I'm so sorry it's been so long since I updated last. I promised that I would never abandon my stories and my promise remains, just like in the AN's above the chapter, I have had so much going on but I am stable now. I don't know how many times I sat down before and tried to type this, but it was quite a bit. I'm just happy I have finally been able to update. I will not ever let it be this long in-between updates ever again. I hope you all can forgive me. I will also try to have other stories up soon. The computer that I am working off of now seems like it won't mess up on me unlike the other. Anywho, until next time! Cya - CJ
