Sorry it has been sooooo long! I've been busy with other stories and school, but I have finally managed to update! Hope you all like it and thank you for the continued support!

Jamie was playing his new game on the playstation when his brother's walked in.

"Hey kid, you okay?" Danny asks eyeing his brother, who was off school for the remainder of the week after his alcohol poising.

"Yeah I'm good, do you wanna play?" Jamie asks holding out the controller to his brother.

"No thanks, I haven't even opened my copy yet so I don't want to spoil anything for myself"

"Suit yourself" Jamie mutters before turning back to his game, occasionally glancing at his brothers who were standing and watching him.

Danny was about to say something when they heard a knock at the door.

"Would you get that?" His brother asks quickly not even bothering to look away from the screen.

"You expecting someone?" Joe asks suspiciously

"Yeah it's Alice, now will one of you let her in" Jamie replies

"What's the magic word?" Joe asks hiding a smirk

"Joe seriously let her in" Jamie says frustratingly

"Not with those manners I won't" Joe replies crossing his arms. Jamie looks over to his brothers with his best little brother look but when it didn't work he sighed, pushed past them and answered it himself.

"Hey beautiful" Jamie greets his girlfriend of 7 months. He kisses her on the cheek gently before guiding her in. She was wearing a white summer dress which went down to her knees and a pair of grey pumps. Her brown hair fell past her shoulders and her deep brown eyes shone.

Jamie was glad he wore his new light blue shirt matched with his sandy coloured chinos because she looked way out his league, so he needed to up his game. He didn't even have any wax in his hair because he wasn't at school so his blonde hair covered his forehead.

"How are you doing?" Alice asks him. She had been with him the night of the party but had left after a few hours earlier because she needed to study for a big test. Jamie should've done the same but he was a teenage boy so the expectations were lower.

"Better thanks, how's school?"

"Yeah it's okay, we got back our papers in English you got an A and in Math you got a A- so you should be proud" Alice grins up at her boyfriend.

"Let me guess you got A+ for both?" Jamie asks knowingly.

"Well I don't like to brag…" Alice smirks

"Yeah yeah" Jamie grins. He puts his hands around her waist and guides her in to the living room where his brothers were now sitting on one of the two couches.

He sits Alice down next to him on the other one and then turns to his brothers "Can we have some privacy?"

"Well that depends, Alice what are you doing here? It's the middle of the day, you should be at school" Danny eyes the 16 year old girl, who shifts uncomfortably.

"I had a free period so I came to see Jamie because I didn't get a chance to see him in the hospital" She replies smoothly. Although neither Joe nor Danny believed her and with good reason.

"So if I phoned the school up, they would confirm you had a free period and would deny that you have bunked off for the afternoon?" Danny questions. He knew he'd caught her out this time.

"Urm well…"

"Leave her alone Danny, she's only missing Gym Class then she'll go back" Jamie promises.

"Alice did you go to that party?" Joe asks referring to the one where Jamie got alcohol poisoning.

"Yeah I went for a bit"

"Did you drink?"

"Urm..." Alice hesitates, looking at Jamie then at Joe.

"Don't worry I won't arrest you if you say yes, I just want to know" He smiles gently.

"Yeah I drank a little, but I never drink much, because I always have a lot of studying to do so I don't want to be drunk" She replies honestly. This answer satisfies Joe who nods and smiles.

"See that Jamie, that's okay, drink a little so you can enjoy the party and then come home to study, not drink so much you nearly die" Danny states

"I normally try to get him to come home with me so we can study together, but he always decides to stay at the party" Alice retorted.

Jamie looks at her with raised eye brows "Thanks for that"

"Well Jamie, by the looks of it you should try and follow in your girlfriend's footsteps" Joe smirks at his brother.

"Does that mean I should start wearing dresses as well?" Jamie replies sarcastically

"Well you did when you were younger, so it wouldn't be anything new" Danny teases

"That was one time Danny" Jamie tries to hide a smirk.

"Why did you wear a dress?" Alice asks in amusement

"He thought he looked pretty" Danny jokes, earning a glare from his brother.

"No that was not the reason" Jamie objected "It was when I was about 6 years old, Danny, Erin, Joe and I were playing one of our favourite games of cops and robbers. But that time Danny thought it would be funny if I played an old lady who got her bag stolen so then he could be the cop who saved the day. So they all dressed me up in a dress which belonged to Erin and a wig from my mum's drawer" Jamie explains the whole time cringing in embarrassment.

"Jamie you really do sound like you had the best childhood" Alice admits

"It wasn't too bad, I mean apart from being tormented by those two, we actually had some good times" Jamie smiles fondly

"Yeah there was the time we all slept in the garden in the new tent Dad brought home, do you remember? We told ghost stories all night. Jamie wouldn't sleep because he was too scared so we all had to take it in turns to keep guard whilst Jamie slept" Joe reminisces

"In all fairness I was 5 years old, how did you expect me to sleep after hearing those stories at that age?"

"You just weren't tough enough. There was the time on Christmas Eve when we were all shouting at each other, probably over something stupid, and Ma said Santa wouldn't come if we carried on and then Jamie cried for hours on end, and nobody could make you stop. The only way we managed to get you to stop when was mum took you out in the garden to play in the snow even though it was night time" Danny grins over at his little brother, who was no longer very little but nearly all grown up.

"All of these stories seem to be embarrassing for me, what about the time we went ice skating and Joe tried to impress that girl but he ended up falling over and ripping his trousers?" Jamie remembers

"They were my favourite pair as well" Joe grins before looking at his older brother "There was the time when Danny cut that girls hair off because she was bullying Erin"

"Just to clarify it was only a chunk and I was 11 years old with my own pen knife" Danny adds, smiling at Alice.

"It sounds like you guys have a lot of memories" She comments.

"Yeah we did" All three brothers reply in unison. They share a look and smile. No matter what happened in the future, they knew they would always have each other.
