Chapter 29 Anti Magic

The group of heroes entered a large room where the they saw Bella Nochae standing in the center grinning wickedly at them.
"Hello heroes, you managed to beat Scorcher most impressive, but I'm afraid your not going to go any further." Said Bella Nochae.
"Hey Simon is this guy a relative of your or something? He has blue skin and white hair like you." Said Jake.
"No he is no relative of mine." Said Simon as he eyed Bella Nochae.
"Fools! At this very moment my master is sending a nice little gift of destruction to your beloved world." Said Bella Noche as he conjured up a floating mirror that showed the outside of the base.
Everybody watched as a giant black spire shot out of the fortress and heads towards the planet smashing into the ground a couple of miles from the Candy Kingdom creating a dust cloud. As the dust cleared the spire exploded and transformed into hundreds of shadowy demons that raced towards the Candy Kingdom. Bubblegum and Betty stood on one of the outer walls of the kingdom as they watched the demons charge forward.
"Everyone prepare for war!" Shouted Bubblegum as her Banana Guards prepared for battle. "Betty you need to get some where safe." She said as she put on some combat gear.
"No way! My husband and daughter are fighting in this war to! I'm not going to simply hide and let my friends do all the fighting, I'm joining the fight to!" Said Betty as she put a helmet on and grabbed a blaster.
"Alright lets show these demons what happens, when they mess with use!" Shouted Bubble as she and her forces charged out to face the charging demons.
The two armies met in a clash! Banana chunks and shadowy liquid went everywhere. The Gumball Guardians stood up and joined the fight. Betty and Bubblegum stood back to back as they fired their blasters at the enemy. The Candy Kingdom, were putting up a good fight, but they were slowly be pushed back. All of a sudden Candy Kingdom army were joined by the forces of the Ice Kingdom, the Fire Kingdom, and the Wizards of Wizard City. The tide of the battle was slowly turning for the forces of Ooo.
Bella Noche glared at the mirror and made it vanish.
"It dose not matter how many fight against our forces, they are all doomed anyway as are you." Said Bella Noche as he turned to face the heroes.
"Your going down man!" Shouted Jake as he and the others charged forward.
Bella Noche laughed as he fired a black energy wave at all of them. The heroes let out a shout and fell to the ground.
"Oh man...my aching butt!" Said Jake as he looked down at his body in shock. "Oh Glob not this again!" Cried Jake.
Jake's body resembled a fat man in his underwear. Finn looked at Jake shocked then he looked at all his other friends. Flame Princess now resembled a human girl, with red hair, Marceline looked the same up the bite marks in her neck were gone, and Simon resembled his old human self with brown hair and white skin. Finn whirled around and faced Bella Noche.
"What gives man?" He demanded.
"I am a being of anti magic. I sucked in the magic that was in your friends and made it my own! Now you are powerless to stop me!" Laughed Bella Noche.
"Oh yeah I don't need magic to beat you creep!" Shouted Finn as he charged forward.
Bella Noche raised one of his hands and his fingers shot out wrapping around Finn.
"I not only took your friends powers I can use them as well." Said Bella Noche as he dragged Finn close to him.
Bella Noche's other hand glowed with fire as he prepared to attack Finn. Simon stumbled to his feet picked up, his crown and hurled it at Bella Noche! The crown struck Bella Noche in the forehead making him shout in pain and stagger back, he released his hold on Finn and the young hero charged forward delivering a powerful punch to Bella Noche's face knocking him to the ground.
"You know this guy isn't so tough." Said Simon as he picked up his crown and stood next to Finn. "I didn't survive the aftermath of the Mushroom War by relaying on my powers alone."
"Yeah man, it's not the magic that makes the heroes, it's the people." Said Finn as he pulled out his sword ready to strike Bella Niche down.
"Fools! Don't your dare underestimate me!" Shouted Bella Noche as he shot back up to his feet and created a massive tower of black ice under him making him tower over the heirs. "I will destroy you all!" He shouted as he started to throw fireballs down at the heroes.
Everybody scattered to avoid the attacks. Finn and Simon crouched behind a column.
"I can reach that guy, but he'll see me coming." Said Finn.
"Don't worry I'll distract him. I'm pretty fast." Said Simon as he ran out from behind the column and stared shouting at Bella Noche. "Hey pretty boy you couldn't hit the broadside of a barn!"
Bella Noche roared and threw a fireball at Simon. Simon dodged out of the way and continued to shout more insults at Bella Noche making him madder, while Bella Noche was distracted Finn was scaling the backside of the ice tower making his way to the top. The tower shook a little as Bella Noche cotinued to launch attacks at Simon. Finally Finn reached the top of the tower and charged at Bella Noche.
The evil being heard Finn coming and managed to dodge out of the way. Bella Noche then formed an ice sword on his right arm and a fire sword on his left arm.
"How do you prefer to die? Frozen or burned to death?" Asked Bella Noche.
"Neither!" Shouted Finn as he charged forward swinging his sword.
Bella Noche blocked the swing with his ice sword and swung as Finn with his flame sword, Finn rolled out of the way to avoid the attack. Bella Noche charged forward swinging both his swords violently in a crazy barrage of attacks. Finn blocked most of them, but received a few cuts. Finn then lost his footing and fell to his knees.
"Ha! Prepare to die!" Shouted Bella Noche as he raised his two swords above his head accidentally making them touch one another and cancel each other out.
Bella Noche swung his hands down and saw that he no longer had either of his swords, he stared at his empty hands dumbfounded giving Finn the chance to stand up and thrust his sword through Bella Noche's chest! Bella Noche staggered back towards the edge of the tower his eyes wide in shock as Finn yanked his sword out of the villain's chest. With a finally step, Bella Noche fell off the tower screaming.
"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!"screamed Bella Niche as he fell and slammed into the ground with a thud.
The tower started to crumble and Finn quickly got off of it to rejoin his friends, who were gathered around the body of Bella Noche. There was a flash of light and the heroes magic was restored. Bella Noche groaned as black liquid leaked out of his body.
"You...may have...defeated me heroes, but...you will fail against Hexo! The...universe shall...be consumed by darkness!" Gasped Bella Noche as he melted into a black liquid that evaporated.
"Come on guys, we have a universe to save." Said Finn as he sheathed his sword.
The heroes continued on with their journey.
