I left you guys with suspense after promising that it would be revealed in the previous one. Yea, so sorry about that. But I guarantee you that it IS in this chapter.

Chapter 15

Losing Love Again? Part 2

The couple proceeded to the restaurant, hand in hand. Their relationship had just started and it was already off into a beautiful sight and was blossoming. The last time the situation was like this, they went into a restaurant as seemingly close friends. Also, that was the day Dawn found out or was merely tricked by Kenny cheating on her.

Even though Ash had Dawn's hand in his, he was still quite nervous. It was his first official date. Not Dawn's though. She had numerous dates with Kenny. There was no possible way Dawn was more nervous than him. However, he decided and wanted to make this day special, especially for Dawn.

The restaurant was breath taking and seemed like one of the Seven Wonders of the World. The words, "Eat n Greets" brightly called everyone's attention as it gloomed over the night sky. As they went inside, a tall skinned, bald man holding a menu called their attention.

"Good night. How may I help you on this fine evening?" The man asked gently, standing straight. Dawn and Ash seemed impressed just looking at him.

"We would like a table for two, please." Dawn said, politely.

"Certainly. Right this way, please." The man, said, leading them to the table. The man was even nice enough to pull out both chairs for them, as they took their seat. The man walked away for a while.

"Now, that's what I call fine dining!" Ash told Dawn.

"Yeah. It's not even been 5 minutes and I'm already impressed." Dawn said.

The man approached the table again and handed their menus. From his face, you could tell that it was wrinkled and somewhat age-like, but however, enjoyed performing his duties.

"May I recommend the chicken delight? It's simply delightful." The waiter added.

Ash and Dawn both looked at each other. This meant a scream of agreement.

"Yea. Sure." Ash said, for both.

"Any drinks, sir?" Ash felt royal and high as he was being called "sir".

"I'd like a water." Ash said.

"Yea, me too." Dawn agreed.

They both thanked the man politely as he walked away. Dawn was smiling.

"Wow. This is amazing." Dawn simply said, astonished. Ash smiled and held her hand again, making Dawn blush a little.

"I know. This restaurant is simply shocking and amazing. Especially the service. I hear, that if you eat here 10 times in a month, you'll get a great discount." Ash said. Dawn gasped.

"Wow!"

Misty, Brock and Zoey were all in one room, giggling with each other. Misty and Brock met Zoey when Dawn introduced her after they helped her out with Ash.

"So, what do you think they're doing?" Zoey asked, continuing said conversation.

"I think, after knowing Ash, he's going to freak out and be nervous and possibly spill water on Dawn." Brock said, chuckling.

"Brock, unlike you, Ash finally has a girlfriend and I'm sure nothing of that sort would happen." Misty said.

"Well, thanks for killing my mood. Don't worry, Misty. One day." Brock looked up into the sky-er-ceiling gazing into something. The room was silent for a long time and was really awkward.

"Uhh, what are you looking at?" Zoey asked.

"My dreams and fantasies." Brock sighed.

"Guys, I have a super idea." Misty said, scratching her chin. They both looked at her with "what" faces.

"We should fix up this place and make it all romantic as it can get! We should fix the bed, put up candle lights and-" Misty was interrupted.

"Slow down, Misty. They aren't getting married." Brock said.

"Yeah, this is just their first date. We don't wanna give them the wrong message." Zoey added.

"I know. But it's be a perfect romantic gesture. And besides, who said anything about them sleeping together? You two are so negative." Misty said.

Brock and Zoey just looked at each other, awkwardly as if nothing happened.

Ash and Dawn both were devouring their hearts out, greedily eating the chicken. The waiter wasn't kidding, it was delightful! They both made a mess of their faces, to which they both didn't mind, not even Dawn and she cares about her appearance a lot. Dawn took a napkin and gently wiped her face.

"Oh, man. I'm stuffed." Ash said, holding his hands on his stomach.

Dawn was about to respond but couldn't help notice someone at the front was staring at her, while holding a newspaper in front of his face. Ash couldn't notice, as he was in front of Dawn, busy licking his messy fingers. Surprisingly, Dawn didn't mind, even though it wasn't manner-like. But probably, she didn't mind or notice because her attention was on that strange and mysterious person staring at her. He kept pretending to read the newspaper, but took every moment to see Dawn. She was quite uncomfortable.

"Ash. Don't look behind you, but I think that boy is staring at me." Dawn said, quietly so she couldn't be heard by the person.

"What makes you think that?" Ash asked.

"Well, he's pretending to read a newspaper, but sometimes I see him staring at me. I feel uncomfortable." Dawn said.

Ash wasn't the jealous type, but he felt this was serious and needed to take some precaution. "What does he look like?"

Dawn took a closer look. "Well, from my sight, he seems to have purple hair, purple clothes and seems angry and moody. I think he's also wearing purple shoes?" Dawn said.

"Oh, great! A moody, purple dude. So easy to deal with and find." Ash chuckled as he wiped his face with a napkin. Oh, so Ash did know manners. Ash was about to get up, but stayed as he saw the "purple dude" at their table. Dawn gasped.

"Hello. Can I talk to you for a few minutes?" He asked Dawn. Dawn was confused.

"We're kind of on a date, if you didn't notice." Dawn said.

"Yeah, can you give us a few minutes?" Ash asked.

He turned over to Ash, looking as plain and dull as ever and growled," Excuse me, I wasn't talking to you."

"Hey, you can't talk to him like that!" Dawn scolded.

"Look, I just want to speak to you for a few minutes and then you can get back to this whatever." He said. Ash was disgusted.

"Why should I? I mean, first of all, I don't even know you. Second of all, I saw you staring at me and don't deny it. And finally, you insulted my boyfriend! Why should I trust you?" Dawn made a point and looked at him. He looked like as if he wanted to murder someone.

"Ok fine. But you're making a huge mistake." He said as he walked away.

"That was weird." Ash simply said.

"I know, right?" Dawn agreed.

"See?" Misty said.

The room was dark but lit up because of the scented candle lights and a path of flowers was made from the door to the near edge of the room. Light breeze was blowing and soft instrumental music was playing to soothe the atmosphere.

"Isn't it amazing?" Misty squealed.

To Brock and Zoey's surprise, it seemed pretty impressive, in fact so impressive, that they were speechless.

"Wow, Misty. I had no idea that you were the romantic type." Zoey finally said.

"Yeah, this is quite impressive." Brock added. "Man, I really need help with girls."

"When Ash and Dawn see this, oh, they are going to blush like crazy and they're gonna get all romantic. Oh, I can't wait!" Misty said, squealing while placing her hands where her heart is.

"Misty, you seem like a professional. How do you know so much about this?" Zoey asked. Misty giggled.

"Well, I wasn't the romantic one before, but to tell you the truth, I actually did have a crush on Ash." Misty said. They both gasped.

"Really?" Brock asked.

"Yeah, but Ash was way too dense to realize it, so I figured that it wouldn't happen anytime soon. Ultimately, I got over it. And if any one's lucky enough to have Ash, I really think it should be Dawn." Misty winked.

"Wow, Misty, you are so nice." Zoey said.

"Trust me, you'd be surprised. I wasn't exactly "Miss nice" back then." Misty said.

"Yeah, you have me there!" Brock agreed.

"Hey!" Misty responded, punching him on the shoulder.

"See? This is one example." Brock said. Zoey smiled.

"Hey, Dawn. I'm going to the restroom. Stay put." Ash told her as he smiled and walked away.

"Ok." Dawn smiled back.

The waiter came back and firmly asked a question, but it was still polite as ever. "Can I bring you dessert, madam?"

"No, thanks. I'm awfully stuffed right now, so I'm done." She responded.

"What about Sir?" He asked.

"Well, he'd probably like that, but I'd have to ask him when he comes out of the restroom." Dawn said.

"Ok, madam." He said as he walked away again.

Ash pulled out a ring and held it up to his eyes and stared at it. "I know this is expensive, but you're priceless to me, Dawn. Nothing could ever matter more." He thought as he smiled. It was a diamond ring, and it would suit Dawn especially to what she was wearing. He put it back in his pocket and walked outside. But as he walked over to the table, he noticed that it was empty.

"Where did Dawn go? Restroom?" Ash thought as he sat down.

Several minutes passed by as Ash looked at his watch. He was starting to worry. How can anybody take this long to use the bathroom? Or maybe the food didn't suit her? But still, so much time? He waited some more, but there was still no sign of Dawn. Ultimately an hour passed and he tried calling on her cell number. The phone was switched off, unfortunately.

Now, this was serious. He got up from his table wondering who to ask for help. He noticed the waiter and smiled.

"Excuse me!" Ash called out.

"Ah, yes young sir, would you like dessert?" The waiter asked. He suddenly stopped.

"Dessert?-No-No thanks. Have you seen the girl that was with me?" Ash asked.

"The last time I saw her was when she going into a room with another person. I'm not sure who the person is." He said. Ash gasped.

"You have to! Who was it? Please tell me. Anything." Ash begged. After all, this was Dawn we're talking about. The waiter began to think more.

"Well, he seemed to have purple hair and-" He was interrupted.

"Purple hair? I know who it is. Thanks a lot!" Ash said as he went to the room, even though he didn't actually know which room it was. There was no- one there. Ash became frustrated and sighed. "I hope you're alright, Dawn." He thought. Suddenly there was a phone call.

"Hello? Dawn, is that you? Are you ok?" Ash asked.

"Hello, Ash?" It wasn't Dawn but Zoey.

"Zoey!" Ash said.

"Ash, what happened to Dawn? Why are you guys taking so long to reach back? What's wrong?" Zoey asked. Ash hesitated to answer.

"Ash, please say something!" Zoey said.

"Dawn's missing." Ash finally blurted out.

"What?" Zoey asked, shocked.
