In Naruto's battle against Orochimaru, he saw that he couldn't crush the snake with Wood Release, so he pulled out his staff.
Naruto channelled his chakra into his staff as he swung it in an arch. "Crystal Release: Crystal Shuriken." A swarm of large shuriken made out of crystals were then fired from the staff.
Orochimaru quickly summoned his Rashōmon to block.
Naruto quickly summoned a golden copy of his half of Kurama's chakra that fired off a Tailed Beast Ball blaster. Orochimaru's shield along with a good part of the Sound was now destroyed.
Orochimaru popped out of the ground behind Naruto, now having a snake tail instead of legs. "Your eyes give you such control. I must have your body!"
Naruto quickly turned around and through his staff he used Ice Release to freeze him in a block of ice. "I am not gay."
A new Orochimaru popped out of the frozen one's mouth, shattering the ice as he jumped at Naruto. Our young Rinnegan user quickly used the Deva Path's Shinra Tensei to push him away.
Orochimaru was sent flying away but he landed on his feet. "You seem to be slower than the other Rinnegan user I know."
Naruto's eyes widened. "Who else has my eyes, snake?!"
Orochimaru smirked. "That would be telling, now, wouldn't it?" The snake freak held his hand out towards Naruto and used Many Hidden Shadow Snake Hands.
Naruto quickly used the Preta Path to make a dome around him to protect against the snakes.
The snakes returned to Orochimaru as he put his mouth to the ground to use Formation of Ten Thousand Snakes.
Ten thousand snakes crawled from the gay snake freak's mouth. Each one had a sword blade in its mouth.
Orochimaru saw panic on Naruto's face. "I can see by the look on your face that you don't know if you have the skill to keep that dome of yours up. Then, let's see what it takes to crush it."
The snakes became a wall of blades that crashed down on Naruto who was making hand signs.
When the snakes hit him, Naruto dispelled like a Shadow Clone.
Orochimaru growled. "The boy switched places with one of his Shadow Clones, and with the amount that boy can make, there's no telling where the hell he is now."
He opened his mouth, put his whole arm down his throat and pulled out the Sword of Kusanagi. "Come out, boy. Your body is mine. I don't want it hurt."
Orochimaru heard a rock fall from the level above, looked up and gasped as he saw an army of Naruto clones, each one with a copy of the Sage of the Six Paths' staff pointed down at him. Each clone called out, "LAVA RELEASE!"
All of the staffs shot out red hot lava that was flooding the room. He was going to burn the snake alive.
Orochimaru had no choice. He left his body, revealing his true form – a snake made up of smaller snakes with a human face.
The monster slivered up the walls, avoiding the lava, but when he came to a Naruto, it quickly used Absorption Soul Technique to rip out his soul.
Orochimaru's real form fell into the lava, lifeless as its soul was now in the hands of Naruto.
Naruto crushed the soul in his hands, a bit making the Sword of Kusanagi appear on the ground before him.
Naruto let go of the snake's soul as he placed his staff back in his belt loop. The next thing he did was grab the sword before him. "I think this might be Shinji's style."
Naruto quickly gained the memories of one of his clones and knew that he needed to do something.
He walked over to a cage marked "Jugo" and said, "I know you are in there. My clones have found the Uzumaki scrolls that Orochimaru had and, through them, I have found a seal that stops a body from using chakra. This seal will stop your bloodline from pulling chakra into your body out of the air, ending your raging monster days, Jugo."
A man with orange hair came to the cage bars and yelled that he was lying as he began to transform. Naruto quickly put a seal on his forehead that undid the change, shocking the man.
Naruto spoke. "I did not lie, Jugo. Orochimaru had this seal all along, but if he helped you, he wouldn't be able to use your DNA for his monsters."
Naruto opened the cage as the man gasped in shock to see Orochimaru's soul in the boy's hand. "Now, come along, Jugo. We need to help your friend Kimimaro and, before you say he's dead, he's not. Orochimaru knew that what was making him sick was a simple slow-acting toxin that was made by his bones. The only reason he got sick was he didn't treat it for so long, so his Cursed Seal kept him in his transformed state in an almost dead state."
Naruto turned around and walked away with a shaking Jugo behind him. Soon, they came to a room were the still-transformed body of Kimimaro remained.
Naruto made his hand glow golden. As he put his hand on his chest, the golden chakra reacted with the body and it let out a gasp.
Naruto stepped away as Kimimaro's body returned to its human form and his eyes opened. "The Yang Release chakra has undone the damage to your body, Kimimaro, but don't try to move just yet."
A Naruto Shadow Clone walked in and handed Jugo Orochimaru's files on Kimimaro and himself.
Jugo read it and cried. Orochimaru did know how to help them but chose to let them riot so that he could use them to make his monsters.
A crying Jugo showed the files to Kimimaro as he yelled out, "Orochimaru betrayed us!"
Kimimaro read it and cried as he tried to stand up, only for Naruto to use his staff to hold him down. "You were just reanimated, Kimimaro. Healed body or not, you are as sluggish as a rock. You need a real medic's help."
Kimimaro looked at the boy with strange eyes. "No. The man I gave my life to betrayed me. The only reason that I have to live his to kill him for his treachery."
Naruto showed him Orochimaru's sword making him gasp. "He has already died by my hands. I am Naruto Senju Uzumaki Namikaze, the second coming of the Sage of the Six Paths and, from the memories I took from Orochimaru's soul, one of only two people who hold the Rinnegan."
Kimimaro was shocked, but he laid back down. "You have saved me and clearly helped Jugo, seeing as he didn't turn into a monster when he was angered by the file. You killed the man who betrayed us, so it's only fair that I pledge my life to serve you, Namikaze-san."
Naruto made more Shadow Clones to gather up Jiraiya, Yamato, Karin, Shinji, Hinata and Orochimaru's former captives so that they could get ready to return to the Leaf.
Where Shinji was, he saw a giant that had to be as big as Eva-01 standing up destroying part of the base. It had a white oni-like mask on its face its body had brown skin. It wore only a large lion cloth. Its arms were bigger and longer than its legs, making it walk using its knuckles. It had red hair head to the back of its neck.
All of this hinted that this monster was made with the DNA of every bloodline that Orochimaru could get his hands on.
The mouth on the mask opened, showing its face.
Shinji's new Sharingan eyes glowed as he unknowingly used the Summoning Jutsu and found himself in Eva-01's cockpit with a now-knocked out Misato and Rei beside him.
Shinji then heard his mother's voice. "My son, you are linked to EVA-01. Now, you have summoned it here along with Misato and Rei. You won't need the cockpit to be flooded or the head set. All you need to control this is to use your chakra, my son. Good luck in this fight, baby."
Shinji looked to Rei and Misato and quickly made two Shadow Clones.
The clones took Rei and Misato out of the plug and – hopefully – to safety.
The large oni that was clearly a monster of Orochimaru's making roared as it raised its arms above its head before it banged its chest like a gorilla.
Shinji focused his chakra into Eva-01, making it roar to life as he began to see through its eyes.
The oni punched the ground, sending large shards of rock flying at Eva-01.
Shinji had the Evangelion make a Rasengan and used that to block the rock storm. The Rasengan dropped to half its normal sized as the rocks span around inside of it.
The Evangelion ran at the oni and hit it in the gut with the Rasengan as Shinji yelled out, "Earth Release: Raseng-mace 1!"
The oni did fall for it used its left arm to catch itself as it used its right arm to grab Eva-01 by the head and threw the purple beast over its head.
The Evangelion land on a mountain range, back first.
Meanwhile, at the Leaf team's camp…
Naruto's clones had awoken the Leaf Demon and got everyone out of Sound and to their camp. Shinji's clones came with Misato and Rei as all could see the battle between the two manmade demons.
Jiraiya wasn't even thinking about the fact that his old teammate was killed by a 12 year old because he was focusing on the two manmade demons. Shinji, it looks like your father and Orochimaru were made from the same mold.
Back with the battle of the titans…
Eva-01 rolled over as the oni jumped in to the air with its fists together. It was going to try to crush the Evangelion.
Eva-01 stopped and jumped back, avoiding the crushing attack as its eyes morphed into the Sharingan to match Shinji's.
Shinji was panting as he thought, 'I don't know what the hell I'm doing with the Sharingan, but I'm thankful for its future-sight power right now.'
Eva-01 was panting to match Shinji as it deployed its knife and held it backwards in its right hand.
The oni got up from the crater that used to be a mountain range and roared. Eva-01's jaw's snapped open and roared back. It wasn't going berserk, but Shinji sure was.
Eva-01 made the hand signs for the Shadow Clone jutsu and, soon, two more of it popped into the world and ran at the oni.
The oni made by Orochimaru quickly punched the two clones into dispelling, but soon felt something stab him in the back.
The oni left out a roar of pain as the real Eva-01 was behind him, pulling its knife out of the oni's back.
Eva-01, having used the clones to distract the oni, delivered a kick to its back, sending it falling over on to the ground. It was a good thing no one lived in this area.
Eva-01 jumped back as it made five more Shadow Clones.
All six purple Eva's raced at the oni as it began to stand, Rasengan in hand. All six Rasengan hit it dead in the back, ripping its back wide open.
Blood from the oni's back rained down on to the ground as it fell down dead.
Eva-01 fell down to its arms and legs as both it and Shinji's Sharingan turned off.
The last thing Shinji had the Evangelion do before its battery died was use the knife to carve the Leaf Village symbol into its right shoulder plate over the NERV symbol.
The purple beast's battery then died, ejected its plug and Shinji came out of it.
Shinji used his shinobi skills to jump to the ground right in the middle of the newly forming lake of blood and he looked at Eva-01 and it looked like it was smiling.
A second later, Eva-01 dispelled and returned to NERV.
With Eva-01 and Naruto, the Leaf's status as strongest village was reinforced stronger than ever before and Shinji and Naruto, the foxes of light & darkness' Legend, had begun.
The following day in NERV, everyone was shocked to see Eva-01 with its hands and feet covered in blood with a new symbol carved over the NERV one.
Soon, they used its memory to view what happened from Shinji summoning it to all the new AT Field tricks that Shinji used in combat with the oni. NERV was buzzing like mad.
Meanwhile…
It was early in the morning. Shinji was sitting down, looking at his reflection in a lake as he activated his Sharingan. "How come I have you? Did I steal it from Sasuke when I defeated him? Did what was left of the good in him give you to me? Or did fighting him just unlock you and my family is my world's version of the Uchiha's?"
He soon saw Misato's reflection behind him, so he deactivated his eyes as he turned around to say, "Hi, Misato. Sleep well?"
Misato, who was clearly uneasy, stated, "Shockingly, yes." She had never seen the earth so green and clean before.
Shinji looked at her. "Look if it's about the demon, the freak eye thing, the new A.T field tricks I know or the whole 'I have no problems killing monsters' thing, then just shoot."
Misato looked at him. "None of those things bother me. It's just, how can you be so relaxed about this?"
Shinji stood up. "I never fitted in back in our world, Misato. I feel at home here. Like I was always meant to be here and if you want to go home I'll try to figure out how I summoned Eva-01 to send you and Rei home."
Misato looked at him. "It's not that. If Rei goes back, NERV will make her a doll again and, well, I'm just scared. Almost everyone on this planet has super powers and I'm too old to learn them."
Shinji looked at Misato. "Don't worry. I'll protect you Misato. Believe it!" Misato couldn't help but smile.
