As Absolom brought him to the Master Jessie thought about what he knew. He realized they had turned him so he could tell what he knew about Buffy. She had become a thorn in the side of evil lately. But the Master was evil, hard, unforgiving. Whatever doubts Jessie had about this change, about Cordelia, his friends, he couldn't show them. Jessie would have to be a demon, completely merciless, if he was to survive in this new world. HE'd been a casualty in this war once, when Absolom turned him. If Jessie encountered Buffy again, she would dust him. Jessie vowed to not be a casualty of this good versus evil war again.
