In the Hyuga compound…

A shadow clone of Shinji had just mastered Kotoamatsukami.

So, Hinata was sitting in a chair inside of a room that only had Shinji, Naruto and her father in it.

Hiashi looked at Shinji. "Go on, please."

Shinji looked Hinata in the eye as he used Kotoamatsukami. A second later, Hinata fell asleep as Shinji's right eye was forced shut as it bled.

Shinji covered his eye and fell to the ground. "FUCK! THAT HURTS! Note to self: only use that through shadow clones."

Naruto looked at his sleeping girlfriend. "Did it work? Is she confident now?"

A second later, Hinata opened her eyes and, in a second, she pinned Naruto to the ground and started kissing him.

Hiashi looked away. "I would say that she's a little too confident, now."

Naruto sat up, his face now covered in lipstick kiss marks with a blush redder then his sister's hair. "You can say that again." He then pulled a rag from heaven knows were and wiped his face off.

Meanwhile, in the Namikaze training grounds…

Behind the Namikaze compound was a training field where lots of clones of Naruto and Shinji were training.

One Naruto clone had just finished teaching Karin the Rasengan just for the redhead to form one of a chakra chain, making a Rasengan ball and chain. A mid-range Rasengan. It wasn't as powerful as Shinji and Naruto's Elemental Release Rasengan, but it was stronger than a normal one while, with the Shinji clones, one of them was able to summon Eva-01's plug.

The clone quickly got inside and placed a Flying Thunder god seal inside of it before it vanished.

The clone then dispelled.

As the clones memories entered the minds of the true Shinji and the other clones, the clones all switched to mastering Flying Thunder god.

Back in the Hyuga compound…

The now-confident Hinata removed her jacket and flipped her hair.

Naruto, the second coming of the Sage of Six Paths, fainted with a nosebleed. After all, his girlfriend just gave him a good idea of how much more developed she was than other girls their age.

Hiashi facepalmed. "I think I liked it better when she was fainting all the time. Can we go back to that?"

Shinji was holding his right eye. "There's no way that me or a clone of myself is doing that again until my eye feels better." At that moment, his dispelled clones memories' took root.

Shinji jumped for joy. "My clones summoned Eva-01's plug and put a Flying Thunder god seal in it which means that just as soon as my clones get it right, I can teleport to NERV, stop my dad and then return home to the Leaf. YES!"

Shinji ran out of the compound as he knew three things. One: the Leaf was his home and not the world he was born in. Two: that may be a problem for his relationship with Misato and, finally, he had to tell Rei and Misato.

He ran into the Namikaze compound to see Misato sweaty from training with Kimimaro having a drink of water since she couldn't have beer anymore since she was a kid and not an official ninja.

Shinji grabbed her by the arms, making her drop her cup as he said, "My clones figured out how to summon Eva-01's plug and placed a teleportation seal inside of it so, as soon as my clones get the teleportation jutsu down, we'll be able to return to NERV!"

Misato as Shinji let her go, she asked, "Why would we want to go back there?"

Shinji smiled. Misato thought of the Leaf as home, too. "To stop Gendo from killing every human there. Plus, we need to get Pen-Pen."

Misato put her hands on the side of her head. "I FORGOT ABOUT PEN-PEN!"

Shinji rubbed the 'Misato cares more about Pen-Pen than human lives' thing off and asked, "Where's Rei?"

Misato put her hand on her chin and thought about her, Karin and Rei's day. "Well, Kimimaro-sensei had us train. Then, we studied for the written part of the Genin exam . Rei said she was going to meet Sai and I just got back from an extra work out, so I guess she's at Sai's."

Shinji was so hyped up about getting back at Gendo that he pulled Misato into his arms, dipped her and gave her a heated kiss before he bolted out, leaving a blushing Misato to land on her butt and say, "Best kiss ever."

Once Shinji made it to Sai's, he busted in without looking and said, "Rei. We have the way back to NERV."

A second later, Shinji looked to see Sai with just his pants on and Rei in his bed while her clotehs were on the floor. "… You're a dead man, Sai."

Five seconds later, Sai was running though the village, running from a Susanoo-using Shinji.

Shinji's eyes were glowing red as he yelled out, "HOW DARE YOU FUCK MY LITTLE SISTER!"

When it got out that Sai had sex with someone, everyone in the village gasped.

They weren't going to NERV today, but who could have seen this crap coming? And, don't worry. Sai didn't get murdered. Something stopped Shinji.
