It was another day in Willie, formerly NERV. Thanks to Gendo's notes, they knew that the next Angel Arael would be striking from space soon.

So, out in the middle of the battle mode Tokyo-3 was EVA-01 with Naruto who was in Tailed Beast mode. Everyone else plus a Naruto shadow clone were in the control room where Yamato was acting as commander.

In the control room, a Naruto shadow clone spoke into a microphone. "OK, guys. Remember the plan. Shinji, use your Susanoo and EVA-01 as a tool to call out all of your power and half of fuzz butt's power. Then, you two let loose with a Fusion Tailed Beast Ball Blaster."

Shinji spoke from EVA-01's plug. "I remember. I remember. Now, let me focus. I've never done this before."

Shinji focused on summoning his Susanoo and equipping it to EVA-01. In a second, the purple beast gained samurai-like armor. Next, he tried to call out every last drop of Yin Kurama's chakra. Soon, nine purple chakra tails grew from the EVA-01's back.

Yamato looked at this. "OK. Placebo Tailed Beast mode and Full Tailed Beast mode are go. Arael is on satellite feed, so fire when ready, boys."

The Tailed Beast mode real Naruto locked hands with EVA-01 as both looked up and balls of energy formed over their open mouths.

Kiba was watching with Akamaru in his arms. "I feel so useless right now."

Shino looked at his friend. "So do I, but we can talk to Naruto and Shinji about taking us home later. Right now, I want to watch this. After all, how many times do you get to see something in space blasted to pieces?"

Kimimaro was also watching, but he was eating popcorn while doing so.

Kurenai looked at him and the white haired man tilted the bag to her, quietly asking if she wanted some. A second later, Kurenai grabbed a hand full of popcorn.

Back with the action, Shinji slashed EVA-01's Yin Tailed Beast Ball Blaster and Naruto's Yang Tailed Beast Ball Blaster fired. The two blasts fused together and flew out into space, hitting Arael dead on. The space-bound Angel then fell down dead, burning into dust in the Earth's atmosphere.

Everyone in the control room cheered. "The Angel is space dust!"

Naruto's Tailed Beast mode ended as his clone used Substitution to switch places with him.

The real Naruto quickly sat down as Hinata rushed to his side, worried, but Naruto cut her off before she could speak. "Relax, hime. I'm just drained." Kyū hopped out of Hinata's jacket and on to Naruto's lap were the little fox demon licked Naruto's cheeks.

Karin and the two Rei's were jumping up and down screaming, "My brother's a badass!"

But, back with Shinji, the boy quietly pulled his headband down to hide his Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan. He was too drained to use it. His EVA only had a minute of power left and all he could think was, "Thank goodness this is over."

But, then, from underground, what looked like a pure black red-eyed version of EVA-01 with scale-like armor with out pylons popped out of the ground and slammed EVA-01's head into the ground before kicking it in the skull.

This sent Shinji and his Evangelion flying across the fortress city.

The new monster then spoke in a voice that sent chills down everyone's spines. "Did you think that you could get rid of me so easily?" This thing's voice was Gendo's and his new body was giving off a pattern of blue, meaning that Gendo had returned from the grave as an Angel.

Ritsuko then spoke up. "He destroyed the umbilical cord system when he was underground. All EVA's will only have five minutes of power."

Yamato looked at Asuka, Hikari, Toji and Kensuke and simply said, "To your EVA's. I have a plan."

Shinji sat there as his EVA ran out of power as his father - now an Angel - walked up to him. "I've had nightmares like this."

A tower popped out and, from it, the four insect-legged EVA-05 raced out. This EVA-05 had normal hands.

As EVA-05 piloted by the orange plug suit-wearing Hikari charged Gendo, the man-turned-Angel summoned an A.T. Field.

Gendo then spoke. "Foolish child. Do you think that simply charging me will do anything?" Gendo then gasped in pain as a lance stabbed his right shoulder from behind.

The EVA-05 in front of him vanished, revealing that the real EVA-05 was behind him. Hikari had used a genjutsu to make Gendo believe that she was coming from the wrong way.

A simple genjutsu, but it worked.

Gendo turned around and bitch-slapped EVA-05 away. The slap had enough power to make the EVA let go of its lance as it flew backwards into the harbor. The EVA fell knee deep into the water and screamed in pain.

Inside of its plug, Hikari was holding her knees. "The EVA broke its legs and I can feel that all four of them broken. It hurts so fucking bad!" Hikari had cursed. That spoke a lot for the amount of pain she was in.

Gendo pulled the lance from his shoulder, making it heal. "I see that you've learned new tricks. But, it won't matter. I have been brought back to life as the ultimate Angel."

In the launching bay, Toji sat inside of EVA-03 as Ritsuko's face appeared before him on a holo-screen. "Listen. The Angel that controlled this thing altered its DNA, so your EVA still has the ability to make the length of its arms grow or shrink. I would use that to strike from long or mid range."

Toji nodded as he was launched. He flew off the launcher into the air. He saw Gendo about to stab EVA-01 with 05's lance, so Toji punched his arm forward, hitting Gendo dead in the chest, sending the former-man flying away from Shinji's EVA.

When the arm retracted, it grabbed the lance to stop it from falling on Shinji.

As Toji's EVA landed, bend over in a squatting-like possession. The jock said, "Don't worry, Shinji, old buddy. Toji, the best taijutsu user in Tyoko-3, is here to kick your old man's ass for you."

Toji slashed with EVA-03 as it held Hikari's lance in his right hand. "OK, Gendo. Let's roll."

EVA-03's arm stretched out and grabbed something behind Gendo, sending itself flying at him and its lance impaled Gendo right out through the Angel's head.

Gendo roared in pain as his right hand grabbed EVA-03's head. "YOU SHOULD HAVE DIED!" From the palm of his hand, Gendo fired of a red energy lance that stuck EVA-03 thought the head.

The formerly-Angel-possessed EVA screamed in pain as blood gushed from the front and back of its head. It was just like what the third Angel did to Shinji in his first battle.

EVA-03 let go of its lance as it's body became limp.

In the control room, Ritsuko said, "The part of EVA-03's brain that controls movement is damage. It can be fixed, but right now, it's dead in the water."

Gendo threw EVA-03 at EVA-01.

As Toji's EVA fell on top of Shinji's, the jock only had one thought as he held his hurting head. "I shouldn't have charged in headstrong." Since his EVA fell facing Shinji's, both boys felt awkward.

Gendo removed the lance from his skull. As his skulled healed, he saw a fireball fired by EVA-05 coming at him. He quickly blocked it with an A.T Field before throwing the EVA's A.T. Field piercing lance at it.

Hikari once again screamed in pain as her own lance impaled her EVA's right shoulder, robbing her of her ability to make hand signs. She was now completely out of the fight, but she only had 30 seconds of power left, so it didn't matter that much.

Gendo roared. "What is it with you brats and these new powers?"

Inside of EVA-01, Shinji snapped his fingers. "Toji. Your EVA has three minutes of power left. That means that you can use chakra transfer to channel your EVA's power into mine, jumpstarting it."

Toji smirked. "Shinji, you mad genius, you." Toji then closed his eyes as he channeled his EVA's power into EVA-01.

As Gendo went back to finish off EVA's 01 and 03, he was shocked to see EVA-01 jump back to life and push 03 off itself before delivering a punch to Gendo's face.

Gendo fell down as EVA-01 made three shadow clones of itself that held the man-turned-Angel down as Shinji called out, "To think that I was once scared of you!"

Shinji then spoke up. "Guys, launch Asuka and Kensuke. Their wind and fire jutsu together may damage him. "

Yamato smirked as he called out, "You heard the man. Launch EVA's 02 and 04."

EVA-04 looked like a reverse colored version of 03. When it and EVA-02 were up top on the battlefield, they made hands signs.

EVA-04 moved its hand forwards, sending out a mighty gust of wind. At the same time, EVA-02 breathed fire.

The two attacks fused into a Scoring Release attack that hit the three EVA-01 clones and Gendo dead on.

They could hear the clones dispel and Gendo roar in pain.

Kensuke and his EVA-04 were jumping for joy. "Yes. Dead hit. We made a pretty good team Asuka."

In her plug, Asuka blushed and tapped her index fingers together, an action copied by EVA-02. "Thanks."

Hinata saw that and thought out loud, "So that's what I looked like back when I was shy."

But, everyone's cheering was cut short as, when the flames died down, Gendo still stood.

Gendo's scale-like armor was burned. Pieces of it on his chest were gone, revealing his core. His body was so burned that it wasn't healing itself anymore.

But, before he could move, a needle made of ice hit his core, making it crack. As it cracked, slowly ending his new life, Gendo saw EVA-00 on top of a building and heard Rei's voice say, "I'm not your doll anymore."

Gendo's core finally shattered, killing him once more as the red goop inside of the core fell onto the ground. He put up a good fight, but that was because he was fighting a drained Shinji and still-learning Shinobi.

But, that was the end of Gendo, the man-turned-16th-Angel.

Yamato smiled as all the EVA's powered down. "That's a wrap, everyone. Good job."

Inside of EVA-00, Rei I smiled. She had killed Gendo and, with him, all of her past sins for being his doll to bring about the end of mankind. She made up for her past mistakes and could now move on in her new life as Shinji's younger sister, Rei II's older sister and girlfriend of Sai.

Later that day, Shinji went to Rei's old apartment. His little sister had gone there to pick up a couple of things and, when Shinji walked, in he saw Sai in bed naked with a naked Rei on his right side, and a naked Rei II on his left side.

Shinji unsealed his sword and screamed, "THAT'S IT! THEY'RE COMING OFF SAI!"

Sai put his pants on and ran. Luckily for Sai, in his rage, Shinji had forgotten about his sword's ability to grow.

OVA

Shinji was lying down on a roof top with his headband covering his eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. On his chest lay Misato, his former guardian turned girlfriend.

Shinji had a smile on his face. He had finally beat the shit out of his old man. He was happy and at peace with himself at last.

Then, Misato spoke up. "Hey, Shinji. If you could go back to your first day here knowing all that was going to happen, would you still have climbed inside of EVA-01?

Shinji thought it over for a second before saying, "If I had never climbed inside of it, we wouldn't be together, so, yes. I would have climb inside. After all, you're the most important thing in my life."

Misato blushed as she heard Shinji ask, "Wouldn't you?"
