The 15 SEELE's were with the body of Lilith which had been returned to them when Obito died.

In a pod was the final Angel, Tabris. A machine was loading Tabris into Lilith's chest. Their plan was to unite Lilith and Adam's line to destroy the Evangelion and those two meddling freak-eyed boys.

While this happened, they would send out the six mass production models they had to fight the six pilots.

In Tokyo-3, Eva-05 was stabbing a mass production in the core from behind before ripping out its' plug and crushing it. Hikari then said, "Where did these bootlegs come from?"

Kensuke was grabbing an Evangelion-sized katana from an equipment container and used it to block a mass production model's two-bladed sword. "Don't know, but they are freaky."

The mass production model then let out a scream before Kensuke fired his Eva's spike launcher into its' head making it back away and scream in pain.

Eva-04 then drove the blade into the other Eva's core at an Angel that also took care of the plug. Asuka said, "Nice work, dear."

Yes. Asuka got to be his girlfriend. The boy could get out of it no matter how he tried, so he gave in.

Ritsuko was scanning them. "I don't know who made them, but they are being controlled by a dummy plug like you thought, Yamato."

Yamato held a hand to his chin. "So, they are nothing more than animated puppets. A normal ninja tactic, but this is the first time the puppets have been giants."

Toji's Eva's arms stretched and wrapped around a mass production model that was flying and pulled it down so he could heat up the core. As the core shattered, Toji commented, "How come they can fly and we can't?"

Ritsuko then replied, "I am working on that. Now, just destroy the plug. My scans have picked up a backup power system."

Eva-03's arms unwrapped from around the mass production Eva and tried to pull its' core out, but the think roared back to life. The mass production model tackled Eva-03 and started punching it in the head.

Eva-04 then walked up behind it and ripped its' plug out, making the thing shut down. As Kensuke crushed it, Toji could be heard saying, "No one speak of this again. I'll ruin my 'ninja-in-giant-robot' credit."

Eva-02 was also facing an airborne mass production model. Asuka had her Eva make hand signs before saying, "FIRE BALL JUTSU!" Eva-02 then breathed fire upon the flying Eva, burning its' feathers away and making its' flaming body fall out of the sky onto the ground, face first.

Eva-02 then used a chakra boosted kick to stomp on its' back so hard that the core shattered. Asuka then ripped out the plug and crushed it. She jumped for joy. "That's my ninja way. Believe it."

In the command center, Karin and Naruto had sweat drops on their heads. Both siblings then said, "Note to self: don't' spend so much time around Asuka."

With Eva-01, the purple beast was facing his own airborne enemy, but this one had a copy of the Spear of Longinus.

The mass production Eva threw the spear down as Ritsuko said, "Shinji, move damn it. That spear can pierce A.T. Fields."

In his plug, Shinji uncovered his Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan as he activated his normal Mangekyō and the Yata Mirror appeared on the left arm of Eva-01. Shinji blocked the spear with the shield and the spear shattered.

Ritsuko then screamed, "WHY THE HELL AM I EVEN HERE?!"

Misato, Sai and Rei II then answered her. "Because, if you weren't here, you would be on death row for being so evil that you worked with Gendo and slept with him, and sense he slept with your mom, every time you had sex with him, it was also kind of like you were doing your mom."

Ritsuko then screamed because they were right. How could a woman as smart as her not think of that last part?

Now, back to Shinji's battle.

The mass production model was stunned, so stunned it froze up and just stood still in the air.

So in Eva-01's left hand, a blade of black Amaterasu fire formed. The Eva jumped up and used its' sword of black fire to cut the mass production model vertically in half, taking care of the core and the plug in one swing.

As the two halves of its' body crashed into the ground, Eva-01 landed as Shinji said, "That's what you get when you mess with the Dark Fox of the Leaf."

Misato was in the command center, dancing around singing, "Go, Shinji, go, go. He's my bow. Go, Shinji, go, go."

Everyone rolled their eyes at her.

With Eva-00.

The Eva controlled by Rei was facing a mass production Eva that was on the ground with a two-bladed sword.

As the eyeless terror swung its' blade its' black blade, it cut into the ground just to be stopped by Eva-00, opening its' mouth and releasing a stream of Ice Release.

The eyeless monster was now trapped in a block of ice. The next second Eva-00's fist hit the ice, making it and the eyeless monster shatter.

Rei II and Sai both said, "That was cold girl." This was a very bad joke on both of their parts.

Rei then rolled her eyes. "Now then, that was the last of the six, eyeless beasts."

Then, out of the ground popped a ten-winged version of Lilith.

Eva-01 then looked at Eva-00 and said, "Way to jinx it, sis!"

This new Angel then spoke in a male voice. "Do not fear me. I am a fusion of Lilith, the tailed beast and the last of Adam's children. Through both the powers of the fruits of might, power and knowledge, I know what is most be done."

A light then covered Tokyo-3, and the next thing the city knew, it was next to the Leaf Village.

Everyone in Tokyo-3 then yelled, "WHAT THE HELL JUST HAPPENED?!"

Meanwhile, Karin and Naruto hugged each other and cried out, "OUR GRANDMA IS GOING TO KILL US!"

When Tsunade saw another village fall out of the sky next to the Leaf, she just said, "I'm going to kill my grandkids for this."

But, no one died that day once Tsunade was calmed down by her grandkids cries of terror.

Meanwhile, back in Shinji's world…

The fusion of Adam, tailed beast and Lilith dug itself into the ground and morphed into a tree that a woman would one day steal a piece of fruit from. That woman would then give birth the original Sage of the Six Paths showing that Shinji's world was really the past of Naruto's world.

One year later, on the head on top of the Hokage Mountain….

It had been a year. The chakra he took from Obito was so rich in Tailed Beast chakra that Naruto's half of the Nine Tails evolved into a new Ten Tails. Obito wanted to bring the Ten Tails back and he did it so, in a way, he won.

Having the Ten Tails inside of them had altered Naruto's appearance. His skin was now pale, his hair now orange and he had small horns on his forehead, but none of his friends or family minded his changes and, it goes without saying, Hinata didn't mind.

Shinji had also changed. The light had restored Yang chakra to his Yin Nine Tails, turning his half of the Nine Tailed Fox into the full Nine Tailed Fox. A side effect of this made it so he now had whisker marks like Naruto which Misato found cute.

It also somehow upgraded his normal Mangekyō to Eternal and it meant so much to him that Misato could look into his Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan eyes that he couldn't turn off and still say 'I love you.'

But, right now, the two friends were sitting on Naruto's father - the Fourth's - head.

It had been one hell of a year. The Leaf and Tokyo-3 fused together, so now the Leaf had the edge in technology, but that's beside the point.

Shinji looked back at Naruto and said, "It's been one hell of a year, hasn't it, buddy?"

Naruto sat down next to him and said, "You said it. Hard to believe this time last year I thought I had no family. I was a loudmouth knucklehead who was chasing a banshee instead of the princess I that was before me."

Shinji then nodded. "Yeah, and last year, I was a spineless dumbass who couldn't stand up for himself."

Naruto smiled. "Yeah, but something tells me this time of peace we're in won't last."

Shinji looked out over the new Leaf Village-Tokyo-3 hybrid. "Agreed, buddy. Agreed."

Meanwhile, in a hidden underground chamber filled with an 15 numbered coffins, one opened revealing something hidden by shadows so it was impossible to see what it looked like, but it wasn't human.

It stood next to an open, empty coffin marked 1 meaning that this thing had crawled out of it. "Those boys will pay for what they have done to us, my brothers. Mark my word on my name of SEELE 01."
