Chapter 216
On Friday January 4th Dawn and Conner went on a date to the Bronze. Conner seemed somewhat distant. He said he was having issues with his father, apologized for it showing around Dawn. Dawn didn't tell Conner that her mother was out of town this weekend on a business trip. She had considered certain things, but ultimately decided that she wasn't ready. Dawn was only 14 after all. When Conner walked Dawn home he waited until they were alone. He knew what he was giving up, but it was the only way. Conner apologized to Dawn. Before she could sk what for Conner put the chloroform hankerchief across Dawn's face and she soon lost conscioussness.
