Chapter 103

"You..." Michelangelo was having a hard time forming words, "...You don't trust Father?" he managed to blurt out.

"No. Do not say that, Michael." Gabriel replied coolly, "I am as faithful in Father as always."

"Then how did you say that you aren't strong-willed?" Michael questioned.

"Let him be." Lucifer tried to pacify things, "Why do you have to push for judgments?"

"Because as Gabriel just stated, I am strong-willed." Michael replied, silencing Lucifer.

"Are you thinking on the same lines as Lucifer, Brother?" Michael inquired.

"No. All I am saying is that all of this cannot be predicted. So, you two shouldn't be asking me." Gabriel replied.

"I do not remember asking anybody else. Ever." Michael replied, astonished at how Gabriel wasn't taking any sort of concrete judgment in this case.

"Would you for once stop pushing?" Lucifer said, and flew away.

Gabriel went after him, and Michael wasn't interested in this anymore.

"You think he is doing something wrong." Gabriel just stated, not facing the way Lucifer was sitting.

"Why don't I possess the blind faith that Michelangelo has?" He asked Gabriel.

"Because you weren't made for blind faith. You care too much Brother. Just don't let it become a fault for you." Gabriel tried to make him understand the consequences of what he was feeling.
