Chapter 243

The D.C. police were preparing for tomorrow's innaguration. It was expected that there would be a number of protestors scattered throught the event. Mostly evangelical or libertarian people just carrying signs and handing out pamplets. There would likely also be people from the Westboro Baptist church. Anti-gay zealots who also protested outside soldiers funerals. These idiots were louder and more annoying than neo-nazies, but admittedly less violent as well. An anti-occult group called "MOO" would be staging protests, one of their leaders was alleged to be involved in something violent, but mostly they seemed harmless. D.C. police knew how to handle protestors. They were used to it, as long as they remained non-violent. But there was always the possibility of one,in a crowd of thousands, trying something. Those who stayed silent, blended in, didn't give advance warning. They were the ones that Secret Service really worried about.
