Author's Note: We do not own Pokemon. We will never own Pokemon but we wish we did. This is Ashuri's chapter. Ashuri has odds. Ryuu has evens.

I felt poking on my side, subconsciously I rolled over to try to escape the poking. "Five more minutes mom.", I grumbled sleepily out of habit. The poking escalated to shaking me by my shoulders. "Wake up! You'll die if you stay in one spot for too long!", this voice was not my mom's, this voice was a males voice, one that I had never heard before. He shook me harder, the urgency in his voice made me open my eyes. Red-brown eyes met mine, I had never seen something like this blue creature standing above me. He had a kind of black eye mask thing around his eyes that went down to the tip of his nose. There were black teardrop shaped things on he side of his head, his little pointy ears blue ears at the top of his head. There was a gray collar like thing around his neck. His torso was black with a zigzag pattern, almost like he was wearing a shirt that was oddly cut at the bottom. His arms had oval shaped white things close to his paws. A medium sized blue tail, barely visible behind him. He stood on two feet, he had black legs and i looked like he stood on his tiptoes.

He dropped me abruptly on to my side. I looked around me, I was in a forest clearing, laying on top of a pile of leaves. I was surrounded by trees that resembled oak trees, all of them looked like the bark had been burnt off and all of their leaves were on the forest clearing floor. "What are you? Where am I?", I asked as he turned his back to me. "I'm a Riolu, one of the many Pokemon that live in this world. As for where you are, you're in Weeping Forest. This place is a deadly place, especially at night.", he spoke swiftly.

I froze, 'Pokemon' why is that word ringing a bell? I've heard it somewhere before but I don't remember where. I tried to sand on two feet but my body wouldn't let me. I looked down at what used to be my arms and legs, which were now brown paws. There was a gray fluffy furry collar around my neck that covered the majority of my chest and covered some of my back. I stood on my four paws, I felt a breeze ruffle my fur which made me feel somewhat relaxed, until I felt some fur being ruffled that I hadn't seen yet. I turned my head to the side and saw that now I had a tail. A tail that resembled a paint brush, the 'bristles' was brown, like the majority of my body, and the 'paint' at the tip was the same gray that was on my collar. In my peripheral vision I could see ears that suck out of the top of my head.

What am I? Why was this place 'deadly' if it looked so peaceful right now? "You going to move or not? I'm waiting.", he said with his back still facing me. "Stop being rube.", I grumbled at him. He started to walk down an opening in the clearing, there was already a path made for other Pokemon to use to help navigate through this forest. I followed him quickly, or as quickly as I could while I tried to get used to walking on four legs. "Slow down. Please? I can't keep up. I have four legs not two.", I asked sweetly. He ignored my pleading and continued to walk faster. "If I waste anymore time I wont be able to get out of here until tomorrow. The sun is going to set soon. I can't stay out here once it turns dark. Stop following me if you can't keep up. Find your own way through this hell of a forest.", he said quickly through gritted teeth.

"Whats wrong with sleeping in this forest for the night?", I asked while I was out of breath because I was trying to keep up with him. He ignored my question and actually started to run from me. I tried to run after him, he was fast, and I wasn't used to running, especially in this new body. My back right paw got caught on a root and I tripped. I rolled up into a ball and rolled down the path a little, about 15 feet down from where I tripped. Once I stopped rolling, I got up out of breath, I had little scratches on my head and paws, they only stung a little bit.

I was gasping for air, I had to get out of here as quickly as possible, especially if what he said was true. The sky was turning pink, the sun is setting. I have to get out of here as quickly as I could. I have to get out before it got dark. I followed down the winding path, I had noticed something. The trees in the clearing I was in when I woke up had no leaves but none of the other trees outside of the clearing were bare. The trees in the clearing were dead, they did look like there was a fire there. But was that the reason that the trees were dead?

"I wonder what happened to those trees. I wonder why they were burnt. Why were they dead?", I whispered to myself. It was getting darker out, I had to hurry, I hastened my pace. The path was pretty much a straight path even though the path was winding, the path didn't branch off. My belly growled at me as I entered another clearing, which had a giant apple tree in the middle of it. My mouth watered when I saw the apples hanging from the branches. I knew it was useless, but i had to try, I walked up to the giant tree, I put my front paws on the trunk of the tree, and I tried to shake the tree. I was so hungry, "Please? Can I somehow get at least one of those apples from this tree? They look so good.", I said to no one.

My ears twitched and I turned to see some Pokemon, or what I assumed was one, that I had never seen before. The only Pokemon that was different from the others stood only 7 feet from me. It's body was kind of shaped like a cylinder, which was yellow with green-yellow spots on it. It's arms were leaves, giant green leaves. It's mouth was on the top of it's head, in an 'o' shape, it had two sharp teeth in it's mouth. It's black eyes were under it's mouth. There was a giant leaf over it's mouth and it had attached to it, which I assumed was a tail.

The smaller Pokemon were surrounding the tree, which effectively trapped me against the tree. The smaller Pokemon's body was a stem, it's feet were roots. Their arms were small green leaves, compared o the bigger Pokemon's leaves. Their head was kind of an upside down teardrop with a little 'o' mouth at the bottom of their head. Their eyes were tiny black dots. I backed up against the tree, "Bellsprout, get this appetizer. Take care of her my children, but save some for me.", the bigger Pokemon said menacingly. I assumed that the smaller Pokemon were the Bellsprout that the bigger Pokemon had referred to.

There were at least 10 of the Bellsprout closing in on me. In unison the Bellsprout said, "Yes, father." They were about 5 feet in front of me and getting closer by the second. I didn't want to hurt them, but I didn't want to die either. I started to shake, scared of dying like this.

Ashuri: Yes I'm going to be like that. I hope it was good. I think it was but then again that's my opinion. Review please. We can't become better writers if we don't get other peoples opinions. We are still accepting OC's.
